Saturday features a great game between the New York Giants and the Baltimore Ravens. This game kicks off at 7:30 PM EST. It will be played at the M&T Bank Stadium, home of the Ravens. Our Giants vs Ravens Predictions, Spread and Betting Odds can be found below!
The Giants come into tonight’s game 1-1 this preseason. They are coming off a loss to Pittsburgh at home. They failed to win against the spread of +1 and exceeded the game total line of 34, with a final score of 24-17. New York Giants back up QB Rhett Bomar completed 13 of 26 of his passes for 167 yards and threw an interception. Andre Brown took the majority of the carries on the ground and rushed for 61 yards and a TD on 13 attempts. The Giants attempted a late comeback but they didn’t quite have enough left in the tank to finish the job. Their defense gave up 161 rushing yards to the Steelers, which is simply too much if you want to win.
The Ravens are coming in 2-0. They won their last game against the Washington Redskins, 23-3. They easily covered the spread of +1 and the game total of 37.5 was not eclipsed. Backup QB Marc Bulger performed well completing 13 of 16 of his passes for 130 yards. The Ravens rushed for a total of 143 yards and 2 TDs. The Ravens defense held the Redskins to 25 rushing yards for the game. The Ravens defense did allow 365 yards passing through the air but they proved the Ray Lewis statement that their defense “bends but doesn’t break”.

Giants vs Ravens Predictions for Preseason Game:
Spread Prediction (TOP PLAY) – The line on the spread makes the Ravens 4 point favorites and rightly so. Coming off an impressive road win, they come home with confidence in their defense and their running game. The Giants had a tough time containing the run against the Steelers and I think they will have trouble against the Ravens as well. The Ravens are on a roll and I think they will continue this trend. PREDICTION – RAVENS -4
Game Total Prediction – The Ravens are averaging 20 points per game this preseason and the Giants are averaging 16.5 ppg. I think the Ravens are going to dominate the time of possession in this game due to their superior running game. The defense of the Ravens has been very stingy and this leads me to think that this game will be low scoring. PREDICTION – UNDER 37.5
