The 6-3 Dallas Cowboys are set to host the 3-6 Washington Redskins this Sunday at 1 pm ET from Cowboys Stadium. Dallas comes into this game with sole possession of first place in the NFC East division, and the Redskins come into this game with sole possession of last in the NFC East. However, this does not seem to matter as we have seen in years passed, as Washington has come out on top in 5 of their last 8 meetings overall. Last week, the Dallas Cowboy offense did not show up, as they were not able to put any points on the board until the last few minutes of the game. Dallas’ defense stayed strong throughout, giving plenty of opportunities to Tony Romo and the Dallas offense, but Dallas lost to Green Bay 17-7. On the other side of the ball, the Redskins are coming off of a big 27-17 win over the Denver Broncos. This win brought an end to a 4-game losing skid the Redskins were riding. The Cowboy’s are averaging more passing, rushing, and total yards than the Redskins on offense, but the defense numbers go slightly to the Redskins. We look for Tony Romo to expand his targets and use more personnel than the Austin-Witten-Barber threats. We also look for plenty of pressure to be put on Redskins QB Jason Campbell, especially from pro bowl defensive end Demarcus Ware. Injuries are not expected to be a factor in this one. Both Demarcus Ware and Marion Barber who were questionable, are now probable for the Cowboys, and million dollar man Albert Haynesworth is expected to play for the Redskins. However, the Redskins will still be without Chris Cooley and RB Clinton Portis. Betting line, odds, trends, and our predictions for Dallas/Washington are below.

Washington Redskins @ Dallas Cowboys Predictions:
Final Score Prediction – Cowboys 31 Redskins 16
Spread Prediction – We like DALLAS to cover the 11 point spread at -110 odds. Dallas has been great at home this season, hosting a 3-1 record at their new stadium. Owner Jerry Jones has said he would like to see Felix Jones get more touches, and this could mean doom for the Redskins. Dallas has 3 very capable backs to give the ball to, as well as one of the hottest receivers in the game right now, Miles Austin. Although these two average about a 5-point spread when they meet, we truly believe this year is a different story, and expect the Cowboys to cover the 11 point spread in their brand new billion dollar home. Bet on Dallas to cover the spread at Bodog.com
Over Under Prediction – Take the OVER 41.5 total points in this Cowboys/Redskins match up. Until last week, it was very tough to keep the Cowboys off the scoreboard as they are averaging roughly 25 points a game. The Redskins only average about 16 point per game, but we fully expect Dallas to explode offensively after a lackluster performance a week ago in Green Bay. Look for the Dallas defense to put heavy pressure on Jason Campbell, while Tony Romo and the Dallas offense gets back on track. Lay down on the OVER 41.5 total points at Bodog.com
