We upped our all-time table tennis record to 40-24 last night with another win in the Setka Cup. The win pushes us to 7-0 in the Setka Cup, as we’ve yet to lose a pick on Ukranian table tennis. Alexander Leonenko came through in four sets to get the win to provide us with another winning table tennis pick. It got interesting in the third set, I must admit that I thought things were going sideways.
Leonenko made the first two sets look really easy, and then he got off to a rocking start in the third set with a 4-0 lead. That lead evaporated and his opponent went on to win that set. Leonenko had match point at 11-10 and he allowed it to get away. And then with a 10-8 deficit in the fourth set, it looked inevitable that it was going to a final set. Leonenko was able to turn it on, though, and get the win 12-10.
That was our 40th win, which is more than you can ask for on table tennis. It’d be nice to get back to hockey, but this will suffice for now. Again, ensure that you’re following proper bankroll management and not getting over your head when it comes to table tennis betting. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with all of the options and blindly fire away like most people are doing. Some online sportsbooks have credited table tennis with keeping their profits up.
The majority of people that are helping the sportsbooks out are bettors with no patience. One or two table tennis picks per day should be enough. Even three if you find a bettable spot, but if you’re getting near five bets a day, that’s going into blind betting territory. It’s difficult to handicap that many matches properly. Treat table tennis like any other sports league when it comes to bets per day and you should be fine to have some fun without sinking your bankroll.

Ilya Kanunnykov vs. Aleksey Krutko Setka Cup Table Tennis Betting Odds:
Ilya Kannuykov vs. Aleksey Krutko Prediction:
Ilya Kannuykov splits time between the Ukraine Win Cup and Setka Cup. You will often see players in Ukraine do that between the Win Cup and Setka Cup to improve their chances of making better money. Between the Win Cup and Setka Cup, Kannuykov has been struggling at the tennis table courts recently. He is 2-7 in his previous nine matches in the Win Cup, and since going back to the Setka Cup on May 23, Kannuykov has gone 3-6.
He’s on a four-match losing streak going into Monday and has losses in six of his previous seven matches.Even more concerning is Kannuykov’s history against Aleksey Krutko. Krutko is 5-1 against Kannuykov, with two wins by scores of 3-1 on Sunday and Saturday. In all five of his wins against Kannuykov, Krutko was able to dispatch Kannuykov in four sets.
Krutko hasn’t been playing that well recently, with losses in eight of his previous ten matches. However, he’s proven in the past to be much better than that. Overall between the Win Cup and Setka Cup since March, Krutko has gone 83-55. Conversely, Kannuykov’s recent failures have been more indicative of his overall performance. He is 21-34 in his previous 55 matches. Krutko is more likely to bounce back after a poor weekend.
