Aqueduct has a big stakes card with eight races, though they are of the smaller variety with all of them worth less than $100,000. A total of $620,000 in prize money is available this afternoon in Queens.

This $75,000 event at Aqueduct gets us going on Saturday afternoon. Look at Easy to Bless and It’s Cold in Dehere to be worth considering.

Easy to Bless is 7 for 16 in her career and was running well before a pothole on February 24. The filly had an $84,000 win on February 4.

She is 2nd, 2nd, 1st, 5th in her previous four attempts. Easy to Bless was unable to follow up in her most recent race.

She settled for 5th in an $88,000 assignment on February 24. Down to $75,000 expect better from Easy to Bless.

It’s Cold in Dehere is 10 for 35 and 1st, 1st, 3rd, 1st, 5th, 2nd, 2nd in her previous eight outings.

She is coming off a couple of acceptable performances, placing 2nd in an $88,000 event on January 13 and then the same on February 24 to finish well ahead of Easy to Bless.

The No. 2 looks like the best in this field.

Distance:6 Furlongs
Purse:$55,000

Race 3 is a $55,000 event covering 6 furlongs on the dirt. Belle Trapisserie and Dark Money should be tough in this Starter Stakes race.

Belle Tapisserie is an experienced gelding with 40 appearances in his career. He is 2nd, 1st, 5th in his previous three attempts.

Two races back, Belle Tapisserie defeated Next Flight by ¾ lengths for a $28,000 prize. That was a nice effort.

In his next showing, he didn’t keep stride and fell to 5th in a $55,000 purse. This should be tough versus Dark Money.

Dark Money is 12 for 30 and 1st, 2nd, 1st, 1st in his previous four attempts and in good form. Looking for a hat-trick, Dark Money is coming off a 4 length $50,000 win.

Before that win, he beat Steam Engine by 3 ½ lengths in the same grade. This jump in grade shouldn’t be a problem in the least.

The Bet
(1) DARK MONEY

(8) Ok Honey
+350 (7/2)

Post Time: 4:25 p.m. EST
Distance: 6 Furlongs
Purse:$55,000

Race 7 is a $55,000 event covering 6 furlongs on the dirt. Awesome Indra and Bustin Bay should have a strong presence in the final furlong.

Awesome Indra is 6 for 23 and should be in good order on Saturday for this race. She has finished 3rd, 1st, 3rd, 1st in her previous four assignments, with a win in her last attempt on February 27.

The mare defeated Saratoga Beauty by 4 ¾ lengths for a $44,000 prize. That was a nice response after showing 3rd on January 16 for a $50,000 purse.

Bustin Bay is 5 for 15, finishing 1st, 1st, 5th in his previous three outings. His most recent win was a 6 ¼ length win in a $50,000 race. Too easy.

He couldn’t repeat that result in his next and most recent race, though. Bustin Bay finished 5th for $74,000 and will go down in class for this one.

Race 7 sets up nicely for Bustin Bay to win.

The Bet
