It’s another day at the racetrack on Tuesday in the United States. Last night was a good day at Mountaineer Park, as we attacked the end of the card and won with a Daily Double on the final two races. The win equated to a +290 payout. None of the big tracks are open for racing on Tuesday, as is usually the case early in the week, but there’s more than enough action to keep you busy.
BetOnline has nine cards in the US and a couple in Canada at Fort Erie and Assiniboia. That’s more than enough races to try to locate some winning horses. I was making it work when it was just Fonner Park and Will Rogers Downs a few months ago, so in comparison, this is a lot of racing. The big time events will have to wait until Saturday. Del Mar and Saratoga have multiple graded events taking place this weekend.
Across the pond in the UK at Ascot Racecourse is where the big money is located this weekend. The King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes (Gr. 1), Princess Margaret Keeneland Stakes (Gr. 3), and Wooldridge Group Pat Eddery Stakes are all on the schedule at the historic Ascot Racecourse. The action in the US will keep us busy enough this weekend, though. For Tuesday, we will be at Parx in Philadelphia and Lone Star Park in Texas. Head below for our free Parx Racing picks for July 21, 2020.

Distance: 6 Furlongs
We open at Parx with Race 2, which covers 6 furlongs on the dirt for a $18,000 purse. Pahall Revear and Flat Rate are included on my shortlist for Race 2. Pahall Revear is 2 for 30 in his career, with his most recent win on December 9, 2017, so it has been a long minute since he’s won a race.
That’s 20 straight races without a win on his resume. Pahall Revear has finished 3rd, 5th, 8th, 4th, 3rd in his previous five events. In his most recent outing, Pahall Revear finished 3rd on July 1 at Delaware Park in a $16,000 event. The top-3 were in a field of their own, with Pahall Revear finished 10 ½ lengths ahead of Tapitontheside to show.
That was the first race for Pahall Revear since March 2. He went on a layoff and responded with a decent enough effort. On March 2, Pahall Revear finished 4th for a $20,500 purse. Pahall Revear took a slight class drop in his next outing and was able to do one better. He’s been in fairly decent form in the morning, and was able to show improvements in his latest effort just a few weeks ago.
He could be in store for an even bigger move in the right direction on Tuesday afternoon in Philadelphia. Leading up to his most recent entry, Pahall Revear completed 4 furlongs with a time of 51.43 seconds on June 24. If Flat Rate doesn’t doesn’t perform up to expectations, then I think Pahall Revear has a good case. Flat Rate came close in each of his last two outings, as he placed twice in back-to-back events.
Flat Rate finished 2nd on June 24 after dropping a class to a $16,000 race. Flat Rate was edged out by Fort Royal by a length at the wire. He came close again in his next performance on July 11, but was denied to lose by 1 ½ lengths against The Minit I See U. Flat Rate looked good in the morning over 4 furlongs, with a time of 49.43 seconds to suggest better form than Pahall Revear. I’m backing the No. 4 horse to do one spot better than his previous event on Tuesday at Parx.

Distance:1 Mile 70 Yards
Race 6 is slightly up in class as opposed to Race 2 at Parx on Tuesday. Seven horses are registered for this mile and 70-yard event on the dirt for a $22,000 purse. The No. 4 and No. 5 horses are both attractive ponies in Race 6. Slingin Sammy B and Flashndynamite are expected to run solid races here.
Slingin Sammy B has a win in 4 of 20 races in her career, with a close call in her most recent race. However, Slingin Sammy B has been searching for the winner’s circle since winning on Halloween. Slingin Sammy B is winless in six straight races. She placed 2nd a couple of times, including her most recent outing on July 1, but not much else to get excited about.
She placed 2nd on July 1 in her second career at Parx. Slingin Sammy B finished 3 lengths behind Flashndynamite in that race for a $22,000 purse. It was a race between Slingin Sammy B and Flashndynamite, with no other competition to discuss. Slingin Sammy B was clear of Sally O’Prado by 12 ½ lengths to grab 2nd. Flashindynamite was just too much for Slingin Sammy B in that one.
Flashndynamite is 10 for 24 in her career with a nice win percentage of 41.6%. No that isn’t Zenyetta or anything, but Flashindynamite has had a productive career and is coming off a hat-trick. Flashndynamite started with a win on January 14 over Diva Drama by 7 lengths in a $46,000 event.
She followed up for another W on February 10 for a 1 ¼ length win over Unbridledadventure. Finally, Flashindynamite shook off Slingin Sammy B for a 3 length win on July 1. Flashindynamite had the lead at the ¼ pole by a head and continued to drive and build on the gap. I believe she can get it done again on Tuesday for four straight wins.

Our final selection of the day at Parx comes to you from the dirt in Race 8. This event is for another $22,000 purse. Seven horses are scheduled to run in this one as well. Luvinmeiseasy and Terry’s Charm should run bold runs in the event. Terry’s Charm is 11 for 56 in his career and coming off an effective day on July 6. He beat Refuseing by a length to rally on the inside rail. It was his first win of 2020 after going 4th, 3rd, 6th in three previous races. Prior to that stretch, Terry’s Charm won on December 17, 2019 over Kenyan by a length. That was for a $30,000 purse.
Luvinmeiseasy recently completed four straight wins with a victory on March 2. He was unable to follow up for a fifth win in a row, but could spring free against this field. From June 22, 2019 to March 2, Luvinmeiseasy won 8 out of 10 races that he participated in for a crazy impressive run. In his latest win in March, Luvinmeiseasy beat Try Flying by 5 lengths in a much more difficult race than he’s assigned today. Prior to that win, Luvinmeiseasy won on February 3 in a 8 ½ length win over Final Prospect in a blowout.
Since finishing 5th on June 17 in his most recent outing, Luvinmeiseasy looks primed to respond for a better performance. His work in the morning has been impressive. Luvinmeiseasy recorded a 4-furlong workout with a time of 47.60 seconds on July 3. If Luvinmeiseasy shows up to the gate on Tuesday and runs to her full potential, then a win is going to be on the plate.
