There are four race tracks available for wagering at BetOnline on Tuesday. One of the three doesn’t belong in the group, though. Kelso Racecourse is located in Kelso, Scotland, but it’s listed under US thoroughbred racing. If you are looking for something in the early morning hours, then Kelso is a good option.
In the US, we have a few options available on the menu. Mountaineer Park, which has been a fixture early in the week, isn’t racing on Tuesday night. Delta Downs, Parx, and Penn National all have cards. Despite no Mountaineer Park in the evening, we have Penn National Race Course in Pennsylvania to take care of the night racing. The first race at Penn National is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. EST.
Penn National is expected to run 11 races on Tuesday evening for a total of $173,600 in prize money. We also have you covered at Delta Downs today as well. Head below for our free Penn National Race Course picks for December 29, 2020.

Race 2 is a $16,200 event across 1 1/16 miles on the dirt. Eight horses are expected to run, with Iywaan and Hashtag Winning likely going to put together good runs in this one. Iywaan has placed 2nd in four out of his previous five outings. His most recent win was in the summer on July 17 in a $16,400 assignment.
Since then, Iywaan has gone 7th, 9th, 2nd, 2nd, 2nd, 4th, 2nd. You can’t fault his form recently, and he came close in his most recent entry on December 9. Iywaan will have to overcome a familiar opponent this evening, though. He lost by 8 ¾ lengths behind Hashtag Winning on December 9. Iywaan was able to pick up some place money, but was well off the pace for a win. Overall, he is 4 for 19 in his career.
Hashtag Winning has been in some excellent form of late. He has been in the top-3 in seven straight performances. Hashtag Winning is coming off back-to-back wins on October 30 and December 9. He won on October 30 in a $16,200 event over Hero’s Hope by 4 lengths.
Hashtag Winning had the lead at the ¾ pole and shook clear from there. He was able to follow up for another win in his next entry against Iywaan. It’s hard to ignore this horse, which has looked great in workouts as well. I will throw my confidence behind Hashtag Winning in Race 2.

Race 5 is our next destination on Tuesday at Penn National Race Course. This looks like a race between Tipsy Moose and Teak. Tipsy Moose has finished 1st, 2nd, 1st, 2nd in his previous four outings. He stands a good chance of winning or being close again. Tipsy Moose’s most recent win was on November 18 over Rio Abajo by ¾ lengths for a $11,800 purse.
He had another good run on December 11, but came short against Dupree in a $13,600 assignment. Tipsy Moose fell by 1 ¾ lengths after weakening in the stretch. He had the lead from the gate going into the stretch, but faltered late in the 6-furlong race. Teak should provide a challenge for Tipsy Moose and the rest in this field. Teak is dropping in class for this event and should find more success.
Teak has gone 4 for 27 in his career and in decent form recently. Teak was on a nice run with four straight races in the top-3. He placed 2nd two races ago behind Belle Tapisserie by a neck in a $45,000 event. In his next outing, Teak was 11th in a $58,185 event. He moves down big time to a $13,600 race on Tuesday. This is a massive class drop for Teak. That should help him out nicely against this competition.

Race 11 is a late night race at Penn National Race Course for a $11,800 purse. It’s the final event of the card on Tuesday. Audrey Grace and Hoss Kitten are a couple to keep an eye on in this event. For the morning-line price, Audrey Grace is 2 for 21 in her career and finished 6th and 7th in her previous two outings. Preceding those races, she looked much better on October 5 at Fort Erie.
Audrey Grace placed 2nd behind Bel Tempo by 2 ¾ lengths for a $19,404 purse. That was highly encouraging, and a similar performance would likely put her somewhere near the front. After a transfer to Woodbine, Audrey Grace didn’t have as much success. Audrey Grace finished 6th in a $26,500 race and then 7th in a $17,700 event on November 19, both at Woodbine.
In her most recent win, Audrey Gray beat Stormy Vision by 5 lengths in a $23,000 event. Audrey Grace is going to find much easier competition at Penn National than she faced at Woodbine. This is also well down in class compared to her latest events. This looks like a winnable race for Audrey Grace, and at this price, she is worth taking a shot on.
