We have two horse racing cards to handicap on Wednesday in the US. We have you covered at Gulfstream Park for the afternoon. Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach gets their four-month winter meet underway today. Following the racing at Gulfstream Park, you can head over to Remington Park in Oklahoma where they have some evening racing in OKC.
Mountaineer Park, Penn National, Charles Town, and Evangeline Downs are also racing later on in the day on Wednesday. There is no shortage of evening racing today. It hasn’t been usual to see Charles Town and Mountaineer in West Virginia race on the same day, but it looks like they will be fighting for dollars tonight in the state.

Remington Park is putting on a nine-race $159,017 card on Wednesday in Oklahoma. We’ve identified three horses that have a good chance of going to the winner’s circle. Head below for our free Remington Park picks for December 2, 2020.
Race 1
Post Time: 7:07 p.m. CST
Distance:5 ½ Furlongs
Purse:$12,342
Race 1 runs for 5 ½ furlongs on the dirt for a $12,342 purse. Justaboutright and Princess Asya should run strong races in the stretch on Wednesday. Justaboutright gets the outside from the No. 6 post position. She is 2 for 15 in her career and is dropping down in class for this performance on Wednesday.
Justaboutright was 6th in the $70,000 Bob Barry Memorial Stakes (Black Type) on September 25, and 7th in her most recent assignment on October 21 for a $30,000 purse. She slides way down in class for Wednesday, but her form in her last race wasn’t particularly impressive. It should put her close here, but more is likely needed for a win.
Princess Asya will run from the No. 2 post position tonight. She has finished 1st, 10th, 5th, 1st, 8th in her career. In her latest win, Princess Asya beat Sigicricket by 2 lengths in a $19,763 event on October 7. Her next assignment was just too tough, as Princess Asya was 8th in a $38,250 race. She is fine below the $20,000 mark, though, and should run well in this race.
Race 3
Post Time: 8:03 p.m. CST
Distance:6 Furlongs
Purse:$9,000
Race 3 is a 6-furlong event for a $9,000 purse on the dirt. Lil Red Vette and Spun Line are going to be runners to watch in this event. Both are in good form recently and should have something to say in the stretch. Lil Red Vette is 4 for 17 in her career and finished 2nd and 1st in her previous two outings. She placed 2nd behind Lone Star Lady by 4 lengths for a $8,000 purse. Lil Red Vette followed up to win on October 31 over I’mthebossrightnow by 2 ¼ lengths.
That was the third win for Lil Red Vette in five attempts. She has finished in the top-2 in five of her last six outings as well. Spun Line has been in the top-3 in her last two entries. She won on September 26 over Dustwhirl Wonder by a half length in a $8,000 assignment. Spun Line followed up on November 6 to place 2nd behind Much About It by 1 ¼ lengths in a $9,000 race. She was the favorite to win that race, but unfortunately for her connections, it didn’t result in a win. Having said that, the shorter distance. Spun Line raced at 7 furlongs in that event. Dropping down to 6 furlongs should help on Wednesday.
Race 4
Post Time: 8:31 p.m. CST
Distance:1 Mile 70 Yards
Purse:$8,800
Race 4 is our final look at Remington Park for the day in Oklahoma. Skyhat and Ebony Bay should present bold bids on Wednesday at Remington Park. Skykat won two races ago on September 24 in a $10,000 assignment at Lady Elsa. She was a heavy favorite in that race, so there were no surprises. In her debut at Remington Park on November 11, Skykat finished 4th in a $8,800 event. That was a disappointing debut for the $72,000 Skykat at Remington Park.
Ebony Bay is 1 for 7 in her career and has finished in the top-2 in four straight performances. She is really running well right now and should be tough to slow down on Wednesday night. Ebony Bay has gone 2nd, 1st, 2nd, 2nd in her previous four races. She won on August 15 over Glorious Tapizar by 4 ½ lengths in a $10,800 event. Similar form should be more than enough for a win for Ebony Bay on Wednesday in this class.
