Atlanta Hawks vs. Memphis Grizzlies Pick – NBA November 26, 2021

The Atlanta Hawks and Memphis Grizzlies meet at the FedExForum for what should be an entertaining contest in Tennessee.

The Hawks are feeling confident on a six-game winning streak going into Friday night. In their most recent attempt, the Hawks pulled away from the San Antonio Spurs for a 124-106 win.

Everyone has been beating up on the Spurs recently, but the Hawks looked impressive. Trae Young led all scorers with 31 points. He also contributed with 7 rebounds and 11 assists.

This six-game run opened with a 120-100 win against the Milwaukee Bucks on November 14. It hasn’t been just about beating up on bad teams.

They’ve done that, too, with a 129-111 win against the Magic, and 113-101 versus the Thunder. The Hawks really needed this streak because they weren’t playing well at all.

Thanks to the six wins, the Hawks are up to 10-9 on the season. They were stumbling with six straight losses and losses in eight of ten games before getting back on track.

The Hawks are a much better team than what we witnessed during that ugly stretch. They take on a Grizzlies team that can be fun to watch as well.

Trae Young versus Ja Morant angle in this game makes this one worth watching even if you aren’t wagering. The Grizzlies have been up and down like the Hawks.

They are going into tonight with a record of 9-9 following a 126-113 loss against the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday. Gary Trent Jr. put in 26 points, while Morant’s 23 points wasn’t enough to keep pace.

The Grizz can be fun to watch, but they need to work on their defense. The effort has been questionable at best. Head below for our free Hawks vs. Grizzlies pick on November 26, 2021.

Hawks vs. Grizzlies Prediction:

The Atlanta Hawks are feeling good recently, but we’ll see what happens against a competent team on the road. Five of their six wins during this run were at home, with the recent win against the Spurs in San Antonio.

Overall this season, Atlanta has not been dependable on the road. They have won just two games in ten attempts and covered only one of those games, the outing versus the Spurs.

The Grizzlies might be inconsistent, but they’re better than San Antonio. At least their offense can score in bunches. The Grizzlies are seventh in the NBA with 110.3 points scored per game.

Morant can be a tough guard to neutralize for 4 quarters. He is averaging 25.3 points per game on 47.8% of shooting this season. Morant has also averaged 7.1 assists per game.

If Morant were to suffer a long-term injury, the Grizzlies are going to be in a lot of trouble. They can’t rely on their terrible defense to win games.
