Hey Guys, I’m back again offering some of my favorite FanDuel NBA picks for today’s large 10 game slate. Tonight features a Lakers v Rockets game which sports the highest total of the night at 235, a whopping 14 points higher then the next closest game. The flip side of that game is the two games which involve the Jazz v the Pistons and the Grizzles v the Bulls, those are two games that I’ll be avoiding exposure to. The Spurs are getting healthy again with Aldridge being cleared to play for tonight’s game against the Blazers who are playing on a back to back. A strategy going forward for the rest of the season should be to roster players in meaningful games with low spreads, also try to avoid back to backs especially on the road.
The majority of last nights game were a train wreck, besides the late game which had the highest spread of the night. The Cavaliers got off to a blistering start shooting 9-9 from behind the arc in the first 15 minutes against the Pistons. Shooting like that will turn a game into a blowout quick, which is what happened the Pistons played down 20 points almost the entire game. Portland struggled to get things going against the Pelicans and were going into the 4th quarter having only scored 59 points. It was a rough night if you were like me and had a lot of exposure to the Portland & Pelicans game. Lets get into tonight’s FanDuel NBA picks, tonight ill be giving out my favorite studs and value picks.

PG – Kemba Walker ($8400) – There is a lot of uncertainty tonight at the point guard position but Walker provides us with a nice floor/ceiling combo. The point guard best remembered for his game winning shot against Pittsburgh in the conference tournament has been one of the most consistent fantasy players since the All-Star Break. Walker has scored at least 38 FanDuel points in 8 out of his last 9 games. The Hornets look to be without their second scorer tonight Batum who is battling an injury. Look for Kemba to be the first and second option again tonight on the offensive possessions. The game vs the Pacers isn’t great on paper but it offers the most competitive game on the slate with a spread of 2.5.
SG – James Harden ($12000) – The Rockets have a team total of 126.5, I’m not sure if I have ever seen a total that high in my life. The only problem with playing James Harden is the blowout potential, as the Rockets currently sit as 17.5 point favorites. If the Lakers can keep this game competitive going into the 4th quarter, Harden should have no problem being the highest scoring player on the slight by 10+ FanDuel points. Harden is more than capable of paying off this salary, as he did in his last game scoring 66 FD points against the Cavs. I highly suggest playing Harden with some Lakers players in your lineups, because if they keep it close the Lakers will have some high scorers. Its risky, but its GPP winning upside as well.
The most obvious play tonight is Jeremy Lamb, he has a $900 price increase tonight. Lamb is a lock in cash for me, but at that price tag he is fade-able in tournaments.
C – Clint Capela ($5300) – As most of know or you should know by now the Lakers are bad at defending centers. Capela has really shown a nice floor the last few weeks scoring at least 25 FanDuel points in 5 out of his last 6 games. As mentioned above the total for the Rockets tonight is 126.5 with the game total in the 230’s. Capela is a great way to get cheap exposure to what should be the highest scoring game on the slate. But he also get a great individual match up against the rookie Zubac.
SF – TJ Warren ($5900) – Warren barely makes the cut on value plays, but since he’s under 6k he qualifies. The Suns are at home tonight against the dreadful Kings, in what should be one of the highest scoring games on the slate. Warren is more of a cash play due to his nice floor but lack of ceiling, with his inconsistent amount of shots per game. Speaking of Warrens floor he has eclipsed 22 FD points in 12 straight games, but has only eclipsed the 40 point mark once. I love the match up for Warren and the Suns tonight, and he could potentially go over looked due to the chalk fading to Hornets players and the Rockets game.
As always best of luck tonight guys and hopefully these FanDuel NBA picks help you win some money tonight!
