Could there be history once again in New York with Kevin Love? In six other games highlighted by the OKC visiting Chicago, with two faces to see in Kevin Durant and Carlos Boozer back to offer a different look after both missing games.
NBA Betting Picks for Monday, December 6th:
Minnesota Timberwolves @ New York Knicks – From what I’m hearing when Amare Stoudemire does post games is that the team is learning from any early season mistakes and not letting things go awry. They won against Toronto in game one of the season I believe and continued the streak against the Raptors yesterday, going with what has worked lately, also rebounding after a lackluster defeat in their previous early afternoon game against Atlanta, showing up early and often. The Knicks lost their game in Minnesota, which was a massive career building night for Kevin Love, who single handedly won that game with his rebounding and scoring. He will be hard pressed to repeat such a game, but may be able to put up 20-20 numbers, but will it be enough against a New York squad that has everything working for them? Kevin Love is the real deal and I had my doubts when they go rid of Al Jefferson for a 6’7” PF, to get more time. Michael Beasley may miss this one; he posted 35 points against the Knicks for the 21+ pt. comeback win. Minnesota is 1-10 away from home, a big indicator of being a bad team and not ready to play nightly just yet.

Sacramento Kings @ Los Angeles Clippers – Seeing the last game between these two, has given me an inside look at the makeup’s of both of these teams. The Kings are getting worse and the Clippers are coming into their own, as long as Blake Griffin remains healthy. A surprise win over the San Antonio Spurs shocked everyone except the players for L.A., who know their talent and the level they can compete at. Los Angeles has just had the hard part of their schedule. Taking on the tip-top of the NBA’s Western Conference and though they are not winning, they’re competing nightly and weren’t blown out in any of the final scores. The Kings last two at Staples Center, against the Clips and Lakers were two games they were blown out, losing by a combined 51 points, averaging just 81 points per. The only consistency shown this year for SAC is Tyreke Evans offensively and Samuel Dalembert defensively, that’s it. Landry isn’t the performer he was last year, though I did enjoy the battle with Griffin previously.
Sacramento VS Los Angeles – The total is set giving us a lot of room for late runs. Sacramento isn’t scoring and you never know who will show up for them. The half court is where this game will reside; drives and kicks will be at a premium. 182 was the total in the last game and as long as one team plays defense this game will stay under. I am thinking of a final score of 95-90 in this one. Generosity was given to us from the Vegas line makers, for sure in this one. This game is highlighted with not many finisher’s, just passers and dunkers, which is exciting and seems like they’re scoring a lot, but usually it is tough for them to break 100. The three ball will give the edge to the Clippers, with Eric Gordon and the myriad of options off of the bench and not to mention the shot blocking presence of both teams frontcourts, offering up four spot size at the small forward positions for both teams making jump shots will be prevalent throughout and after the first Q, it will be the first option after taking a pounding inside from all.
I would go with Miami to keep rolling by six in Milwaukee, with the Bucks still looking for their groove. Toronto has trouble against the three ball, but getting a touchdown in Indy is a good way to negate the final for any sports bettor.
