Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl 45 Odds and Prediction

The 2010 – 2011 National Football League season will conclude with the Super Bowl taking place at the new Dallas Stadium, home of the Cowboys. That is the lone goal for owner Jerry Jones, head coach Wade Phillips, quarterback Tony Romo and everyone in between for the Cowboys organization. The Cowboys look to be the class of the NFC East, but certainly a division that has changed over the off-season. Philadelphia, Washington and the New York Giants appear to be destined to battle it out for second place.

For the Cowboys to get to the Super Bowl, quarterback Tony Romo is going to have to have yet another sensational season. In 2009, the quarterback from Eastern Illinois threw for over 4400 yards and 26 touchdowns. His top receiver, Miles Austin is back for another go-round, and appears destined to show he is truly legit as a top notch receiver. Austin caught 81 passes for 1320 yards and 11 touchdowns. Jason Witten is also a huge threat down the middle of the field, as the Cowboys tight end. Dallas threw for 267 yards last season, ranking 6th in the NFL.

The Cowboys will of course play their NFC East brethren twice during the regular season. Outside of those games, the Cowboys play the following teams: w/Chicago, @ Houston, w/ Tennessee, @ Minnesota, w/ Jacksonville, @ Green Bay, w/ Detroit, w/ New Orleans, @ Indianapolis and @ Arizona. The Cowboys start their 2010 season on the road; September 12th at Washington, where former Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb now resides.

One thing that is probably widely agreed on; it will be harder for the Cowboys to get to that Super Bowl game, then it would if they played in it; to win it. The NFC appears to have several solid teams that have a chance to make a Super Bowl run this year. Dallas is going to be very good this year in the NFC. We love the receiving core of Austin, Witten, Williams and rookie Dez Bryant. The running game will be better for Dallas this season, and Wade Phillips has learned a few things from some of his problems as a head coach. Picking Dallas to win the NFC and Super Bowl would probably look good heading into the playoffs, and is worth putting some money on. Bet it now at!
