Week 12 of the 2021 NFL season will begin with three games on Thanksgiving Thursday. And if you’re hungry for some turkey and gravy, the six teams playing on that schedule are hungry too….for wins as all of them are coming off a loss in Week 11:

No team on Thursday is a favorite or underdog by more than a touchdown. The 4:30 pm game between the. The Raiders and Cowboys game has the day’s largest spread at 7 points in favor of Dallas. Meanwhile, the Bears are -3.5 point road favorites against the Lions in the 12:30 pm curtain-raiser while the Bills are six-point betting favorites on the road against the Saints in the 8:20 pm featured game.

Among the six teams, the Bills are the most heavily-bet team with 83% of the handle and 80% of the total bets at -4 points. Meanwhile, Buffalo also has 80% of the handle and 74% of the tickets at -190 in the Moneyline The Cowboys are the second most bet team on Thursday with 85% of the money and 73% of the betting slips at -7 points. Dallas also has 75% of the total betting handle and 73% of the tickets at -300 at the Moneyline.

Cowboys Have Won the Last Three Matchups

Dallas heads to Thanksgiving Thursday having won their last three games played against the Raiders, including a 24-7 home win on Thanksgiving Day in 2009. Overall, these teams have played seven times in the past and the Cowboys have a 4-3 advantage. However, the last time the Raiders won in Dallas was way back in 1998. In that game, recently fired Giants offensive coordinator Jason Garrett was the Cowboys’ starting quarterback.

The Cowboys are the second-best team against the betting spread in the NFL this season at 8-2 ATS while the Raiders are below the .500 mark with a 4-6 ATS record Dallas is also an impressive 9-1 SU and 7-2-1 ATS record in their last 10 games as betting favorites of seven or more points.

Las Vegas has seen their wheels fall off as the season has progressed. The Raiders opened with a 3-0 record but have since lost five out of their last seven games played. Las Vegas is just 2-6 ATS in their last eight games played and they have scored 16 or fewer points during those six losses and four of the six losses were by a double-digit margin.

Saints Injuries Piling Up

The Bills opened as -3 point betting favorites on the road to beat the Saints in Thursday’s late game. However, the spread has ballooned to -6 with the Saints’ injuries continuing to pile up. New Orleans is listing Alvin Kamara, Ryan Ramczyk, and Marcus Davenport as out for this game while Mark Ingram and Terron Armstead are listed as questionable for the road team. That’s not even counting the fact that starter Jameis Winston is out for the season with ACL and MCL injuries.

Since losing Winston three games ago, the Saints are 0-3 with a pair of two-point losses to the Atlanta Falcons and Tennessee Titans. In their most recent game, the Saints were blown out by the Philadelphia Eagles 40-29.

Meanwhile, the Bills have been excellent in bouncing back from tough losses. Buffalo 3-0-1 ATS in their last four games after an ATS loss, They are also 9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 games after losing by 14 or more points in their previous outing. The Bills are also 7-0 ATS in their last seven games against the NFC and are 5-1 SU and ATS in their last six prime time games.
