Los Angeles has accounted for 13% of the betting tickets and 19% of the total betting handle at the said sportsbook and is the only team to amass double-digit percentages in both betting departments.
The New York Yankees are second with 9% of the total betting slips and 10% of the total cash wagered while the Chicago White Sox complete the Top 3 with 9% of the tickets and 8% of the total handle.
As far as sportsbook liability is concerned, however, the Yankees are the biggest liability for BetMGM with the Arizona Cardinals coming in second and the Dodgers in third place.

Likewise, New York has the second-best odds to take one of the four available wild card slots at -900 with only the Boston Red Sox having shorter odds than them at -1000.
The Yankees are currently leading the AL wild card race and are one game ahead of the Red Sox, two games off the Toronto Blue Jays, three on top of the Seattle Mariners, and four over the Oakland Athletics. According to BetOnline, Toronto has a +180 odds to take a wild card spot while Seattle and Oakland are at +1200 and +5000, respectively.
