Curry torched the Clippers for 33 points with seven three-pointers made in a 105-90 win. It was his 8th 30-point game of the season. He is currently tied with Kevin Durant as the league’s top scorer at 28.6 points per game this season. He also leads the league with 5.5 three-pointers made per game and is the league leader in free throw shooting percentage at 94.2%.
He has taken 23 more three-pointers than any other player in the league at 248 three-pointers attempted but he’s also made 20 more than anybody else in the NBA right now at 105 three-pointers per game. Curry became the fastest player in NBA history to make 100 three-pointers in a season, doing so in only his 19th game of the campaign and breaking the previous mark of 20 games which Curry himself set in 2015-16.
But not only has been Curry making three-pointers this season, but he’s also making more than half of his contested three-pointers at 51.7% which is easily the best mark in the league. He is also scoring 61% of the time when in isolation and is averaging a league-best 1.36 points per possession in isolation.
