After the over hit in 10 of last week’s 14 NFL games, online betting site Caesars Sportsbook revealed that 12 out of the 16 Week 15 games have seen the majority of their tickets written for the over. This includes 9 games where both the tickets and the handle for the same game have gone to the under.
NFL unders have been the trend this season but as per Caesars’ Vice President for Trading Adam Pullen, sometimes people react to what they last saw, and last week, that was the overs dominating the unders.

The Thursday night showdown between the Los Angeles Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs is the most high-profile game of Week 15 with first place in the AFC West on the line in the matchup. The game also has the highest total for Week 15 at 52 via the Caesars Sportsbook.
Los Angeles and Kansas City played each other in Week 3 with the Chargers pulling off the victory with a late 4th quarter TD. The final score in that game was 30-24 and went under the total of 55 set for the game. Thursday’s rematch has a total of 52 and the Chiefs are averaging 32.5 points per game in their last four games played including 48 last weekend against the Las Vegas Raiders.
According to Caesars, the total tickets bet on the Chargers vs Chiefs game is more than triple the tickets of any other Week 15 game. Also, it has the most dollars wagered on the total of any games this week and that includes a $55,000 bet placed in Nevada at the total going over 50.5 points at -110.

So far, there are four very popular totals bets for Week 15 and these four bets have generated 99% of the total betting handle. These four games are Falcons at 49ers at over 45.5, Titans at Steelers at over 41.5, Jets at Dolphins at under 42, and Texans at Jaguars at under 39.
The Falcons at 49ers game also has 93% of its tickets wagered on the over while the Texans at Jaguars game has 86% of the ticket bet on the under. The Titans at Steelers game has 80% of the betting slips on the over. Interestingly, 56% of the total betting tickets for the Jets at Dolphin were written for the over.
A $75,000 bet was placed on the over 41.5 of the Titans at Steelers game. That represents the biggest total bet received so far at Caesars. Meanwhile, the said sportsbook also received a $55,000 bet on the under 41 for the Texans at Jaguars game.
