Jack Shore (-260)
Zviad Lazishvili (+200)https://t.co/AIk8BVCbHt @jackshoremma— BestFightOdds (@BestFightOdds) August 23, 2021
Lazishvili is undefeated in 12 bouts and has submitted five out of his last eight opponents. The 29-year old last fought at LFA where he became the promotion’s bantamweight champion.
A former Georgian and Russian grappling champion, Lazishvili won the Kombat League world championship in Italy by defeating Magomed Magomedov at the 5th Kombat League World championships in 2015. Magomedov is popularly known for being the first fighter to defeat former UFC bantamweight champion Petr Yan.
Lazishvili Called Out Sean O’Malley at UFC 264

Lazishvili was one of the fighters who called out Sean O’Malley at UFC 264 after Suga’s original opponent Louis Smolka withdrew from the bout with a staph injury. But Lazishvili did not get the call and was instead placed in the UFC’s pool earlier this month.
But Lazishvili’s first 10 fights were against relatively unknown fighters in his native Georgia or Russia. But that wasn’t his fault as he took on the first guy who signed to fight him. Wanting to improve, he moved to the United States in 2018 and signed with the LFA with the hopes of eventually fighting in the UFC.
After defeating veteran Josh Huber in his promotional debut in 2019, Lazishvili captured the LFA bantamweight championship with a submission victory over Ricky Steele, doing so as a +190 betting underdog against the former Contender Series and TUF 27 veteran who entered the fight as the -220 chalk.
Shore is Also Unbeaten at 14-0 Overall, 3-0 UFC

As for Shore, he goes from a pick’em fight against Said Nurmagomedov to being a sizeable -260 odds on favorite against Lazishvili. The 26-year old Welshman is undefeated in three UFC bouts and has opened and closed as the betting favorite in all three bouts, including as a massive -1000 chalk at BetOnline when he fought Aaron Phillips at UFC Fight Island 1 in July of last year.
Overall, Shore has an unbeaten record of 14-0 with four knockouts and 8 wins via submission. He has opened and closed as a 2/1 betting favorite in eight of his last nine bouts. The only time he was favored by longer odds was when he was a -170 in his last fight against Hunter Azure at UFC Vegas 23 last April 10th. Shore won that bout via split decision.
A former Cage Warriors FC bantamweight champion, Shore was supposed to fight Nurmagomedov at the September 4 UFC event. Unfortunately, Nurmagomedov ran into visa issues and could not travel to the United States.
