Browns vs Chiefs Spread and Prediction – Week 15 NFL

The Cleveland Browns are coming off a huge win over the defending Super Bowl champions last week. This effort has been overshadowed by the recent talks of Mike Holmgren joining the club to run the football operations. Browns owner Randy Lerner toured Holmgren the around the Cleveland facilities for the past two days but no decision has been made about his involvement with the team. The Browns are looking to win their second straight game for the first time in more than a year Sunday at Arrowhead stadium. The Browns (2-11) snapped a seven-game slide and a 10-game home losing streak. The Chiefs (3-10) are struggling again, no surprises as they have gone 9-36 since its last playoff appearance in 2006. They lost their third straight game, dropping a close one 16-10 in Buffalo last week. Cleveland defeated the visiting Chiefs 31-28 in overtime Dec. 3, 2006, in the last meeting. Kansas City has won three straight at home in the series. Below are you betting lines, trends and predictions for this Browns vs Chiefs Week 15 game.

Browns vs Chiefs Predictions:

Final Score Prediction – Cleveland 17 Kansas City 14

Spread Prediction – Take the BROWNS to beat the spread. Coach Eric Mangini and the Cleveland Browns are a motivated bunch. Regardless of how unstable and unpredictable the Steelers have been playing, beating them is no easy task. Cleveland got its first rushing touchdown from a running back in Chris Jennings with a 10-yard run last week. Also, newly appointed starter Brady Quinn hasn’t thrown an interception in his last 145 passes as he is playing for a contract next season. The Browns are looking to end the season on a high, take them to beat the spread this weekend.

Over/Under – I like the UNDER 37 total points. Both teams have horrible offenses, The Browns have the leagues 23rd ranked offense and the Chiefs have the leagues 30th ranked offense. The return of Dwayne Bowe, the Chiefs leading receiver who was suspended for four games for substance abuse should help the Chiefs offense. However, I don’t think they will score more than 14. Take the under.
