The Buffalo Bills and Tampa Bay Buccaneers meet in the most exciting matchup of Week 14 at Raymond James Stadium. There are some lousy games on the schedule this week.
I’m not going to lie that it isn’t the prettiest card, but the Bills and Buccaneers should make up for some of these games I have no interest in.
This is a monster showdown that many people have had as a Super Bowl preview. After what you’ve seen from the Bills recently, do you still have the same opinion?

The Bills can go to Tampa and beat the Buccaneers, and then people will talk like everything is fine again suddenly. Despite their recent 41-15 loss against the Colts and 14-10 to the Patriots on Monday night, I’m still high on the Bills at 7-5.
That’s if they can show their defense is okay without Tre’Davious White. That’s a massive loss in the Bills’ secondary. It’s not going to show in a game when their opponent passes the ball only three times in poor weather conditions.

However, White’s absence could be a problem in Tampa versus Tom Brady and their high-octane offense. Mike Evans and Chris Godwin could be a tough load to handle in this one.
Josh Allen and the offense might have to dig deep if their secondary isn’t getting it done without White in the secondary. After being held down by the weather last week, the Bills’ offense is likely chomping at the bit to hurl the ball around.

Bills vs. Buccaneers Prediction:
Tom Brady and the Buccaneers will look at the absence of Tre White in the Buffalo secondary and go to work through the air early in this one. Brady is the best quarterback in the NFL at exploiting edges over a defense.
You have to believe that the game plan will be focused on taking advantage with one of the best cornerbacks out of the game. Brady goes into Sunday with 34 touchdowns and 10 interceptions on 68.3% completions.
He hasn’t been perfect, including this past week giving the Falcons an easy defensive lineman pick-6 on the goal line. It doesn’t mean that most defenses have had success against the Buccaneers, though.
The Bucs have scored at least 30 points in their last three games, and they lead the NFL with an average of 31.4 points scored per game. When this offense is interested, they can name their number. Antonio Brown has been OUT, but Rob Gronkowski has turned back the clocks and looks like vintage Gronk.
Brady is first in the NFL with 311.1 passing yards per game. He has led the Bucs’ offense to 403.7 yards per game for second in the league. With Leonard Fournette running well this season, it’s putting a lot of stress on defenses.
Buffalo can’t sit back and wait on Brady. They’re going to have to do much better than they managed versus the New England run game last week. The Patriots romped for over 200 yards on the ground in a game where Buffalo knew what was coming.
Buffalo Bills vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Betting Trends:

- OVER is 4-0 in their previous four games as an underdog on the road
- OVER is 16-6-1 in their previous 23 games after a win
- 4-0 ATS in their previous four games at Raymond James Stadium

- OVER is 4-1 in their previous five games versus a team with a winning record
- OVER is 11-4 as a favorite at Raymond James Stadium
Josh Allen and the Bills will have to attack the Buccaneers’ defense in this one. They can’t play the ball possession game. I have confidence in the Buccaneers scoring at home.
Tampa has been dealing with a makeshift secondary because of injuries. They’ve held up well all things considered, but 20th with 248.4 passing yards allowed per game leaves room for improvement.

After being held down by the weather last week, expect Allen and the Bills to come out firing in the perfect Florida weather on Sunday. The Bills are fifth in the NFL with 28 points per game, and they should be able to score around that mark in Tampa.
This one is shaping up to be the most entertaining game in Week 14. I see Allen and Brady both having their way and putting up big numbers. Team with the ball last might win this one. I lean Bills, but like the OVER more in a 31-28 or 30-27 final at Raymond James Stadium.
