My Picks:

Jonathan Stewart (RB), (ATL@CAR, $6,400, FPPG: 11.2):

Jonathan Stewart had a very nice game on Monday night in Week 15. He finished with 132 RUSH YDS on 25 carries (which gives him 49 carries over the past two weeks of action) and now has a notable 4 TDS in three out of his last five contest. Stewart ideally faces a Falcons team next that’s defense has been one of the worst D’s in all of football this year against the run. This pick is a very solid value play right now that makes for a very nice tourny play option and is a viable start in cash games as well on FanDuel this Saturday.

Taylor Gabriel (questionable) – (WR), (ATL@CAR, $5,900, FPPG: 10.9):

Taylor Gabriel participated at practice in full on Thursday for Atlanta and looks to be a good bet to start this week. He has now impressively scored 5 TDS in four out of his past five games and while it’s looking like the Falcons will get their top receiver Julio Jones (toe) back this week, Gabriel’s stellar play of late combined with his ideal price tag at the moment make him a very hard option to pass up on this week in GPP/tourny play. He may not finish with a high REC Yard total for his FanDuel owners right now, but his 77.7 REC Y/G in three out of his past five games isn’t bad by any stretch of the imagination and he is still a decent bet to catch at least one TD PASS in Week 16 with or without Julio Jones starting on Saturday due to the fact that Carolina’s D has done a horrible job against the PASS this season.

Cameron Brate (TE), (TB@NO, $5,600, FPPG: 9.6):

In his last contest on Sunday (Week 15), Cameron Brate had 5 catches (with 8 targets) for 73 REC YDS and a TD. He’s now solidly finished with TDS in five out of his past eight games, has averaged 81 REC Y/G in three out of his last six contests, has sported 8.5 TAR/G in two out of his last three contests and next faces a defense, New Orleans’, that is very vulnerable against the PASS. Brate has been a solid second option, receiving wise, for Tampa Bay at the TE spot for starting QB Jameis Winston this year and is an excellent start in Week 16 for cash games or tourny related contests on FanDuel.

Also Consider:

QB: Russell Wilson, Colin Kaepernick, Tyrod Taylor and Matt Barkley

RB: Lamar Miller (questionable), Jay Ajayi, Jeremy Hill (questionable), Ty Montgomery, LeGarrette Blount (only cheap on DK), Frank Gore and Rob Kelley

WR: Michael Thomas, Jarvis Landry, DeSean Jackson, Dontrelle Inman, Michael Crabtree (questionable), Tyrell Williams, Donte Moncrief, Rishard Matthews, Malcolm Mitchell/Chris Hogan (either is a viable option, but I lean towards going with Hogan here due to his lower price tag), Tyler Lockett, Kenny Britt, Robby Anderson and Cameron Meredith

TE: Dion SimsHunter HenryJared Cook and Vernon Davis (a viable option only if Jordan Reed sits)

D: Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers

K: Kai Forbath and Jason Myers
