New England Patriots vs Indianapolis Colts NFL Pick – Week 15

The NFL is set up with another great slate of games throughout Week 15. Two of these games will be on Saturday. One of these matchups will be between the New England Patriots and the Indianapolis Colts. These two teams have been strong this season and will look for a big win in this one. This game will kick off at around 8:15 PM Eastern time on NFL Network.

New England has earned a record of 9-4 to start out the season, which has them sitting in the top spot of the AFC East. The Patriots have been one of the hottest teams in the NFL recently winning seven in a row. New England is coming off a big win against the Buffalo Bills before their bye week. The Patriots will look for a fast start on the road.

The Colts have put up a record of 7-6 throughout this season, which has them in second place of the AFC South. Indianapolis is coming off a win in their last game and have won four of their last five. The Colts are coming off a win against the Houston Texans before their own bye week. Indianapolis earned a huge 31-0 win in that game and will look to carry momentum in this one.

These two teams have been solid early in the season and will look for a pivotal win in this one. The Patriots have been the better overall team and have been red hot since starting 2-4. Indianapolis has been really strong as well though. If either team can come out fast in this one, it could be enough for the win on Saturday night.

Patriots vs. Colts NFL Game Preview

The last time the Patriots and Colts met up was in Week 5 of the 2018 season. Andrew Luck had three passing touchdowns, including two to Eric Ebron. It was not enough for Indianapolis though. Tom Brady had three passing touchdowns and Sony Michel had a rushing touchdown. New England was able to dominate at home to earn a 38-24 win.

These two teams met up 81 times throughout this season. The Patriots lead the all-time series with a record of 52-29. New England has won eight games in a row against the Colts and will look to stay hot in this one. Indianapolis will look to bounce back in this one though. Both of these teams have changed a lot since the last time they met up.

Andrew Luck was the starting Quarterback for the Colts, while Tom Brady was the starter for New England. Mac Jones is now the starting quarterback for the Patriots. Carson Wentz is the starter for Indianapolis now. Both teams have improved on defense as well and will look to play some shutdown defense on Thursday night.

Opening Odds and Line Movement

The spread for this game opened up at -4 ½ in favor of Indianapolis. The line has dropped down to -2 ½ for the Colts. Indianapolis will look to earn a big win in this one.

The total for this game started out at 48 points. The over/ under for this game has dropped down to 45 ½ points. This line makes sense with both defenses playing well.

The spread for this game has dropped lower, which makes sense with New England coming off a bye week and red hot. I expect Indianapolis to come out fast though after earning a shutout in their last game and a bye week of their own.

Free Bet and Game Prediction: Indianapolis Colts -2 ½ (-108)

These two teams have been solid as of late and will look for a big win coming off their bye week. Indianapolis is at home in this one and will look to hand the Patriots their first road loss. New England will look to remain the hottest team in the NFL. If either team can come out strong, it could be enough for the win.

Mac Jones has been solid for the Patriots throughout his rookie season. Jones has passed for 2869 yards, 16 touchdowns and 8 interceptions on the season. Carson Wentz has been solid with Indianapolis as well. Wentz has thrown for 2948 yards, 22 touchdowns and 5 interceptions. He has also rushed for 167 yards and a touchdown.

The Colts are slight favorites in this matchup and I think they will come out fast in this one. Indianapolis is at home and also coming off a bye week. New England has yet to lose on the road this season, but I think the Colts will hand them their first loss. As slight favorites in this one, I really like the value on Indianapolis on Saturday night.
