Slots Plus Casino Review

Right out of the gate, we got a bad feeling about Slots Plus. They don’t have details on their staging site about their banking options, games, or any licensing, and you have to create an account to even see what they offer.

Once you do create an account, which requires inputting your name, email, birthday, and address, you can either choose to download their app or visit their browser casino.

The app has all of its gaming options and takes about three minutes to install. We’re not big fans of casinos that have downloadable apps, just because it’s risky. Hackers and other characters can pose as the casino you’re looking for and provide a malicious file download in place of the real casino app.

Regardless, we downloaded the app to get access to all of their games. Here’s everything we found.

Black Diamond Casino User Interface

Logging into the Slots Plus app for the first time, we noticed a few things. Number one, the images weren’t a great resolution. We saw some pixelation, some screen tear, and those are things that Slots Plus has to fix. It makes their platform seem like it’s straight out of 2006.

The second thing we noticed was the navigation bar. At the top of the page you’ll see this:

Slots Plus Casino Navigation Bar

You’ll see that there are two tournaments tabs. The reasoning for this? No clue. One of the tabs doesn’t do anything, and the other throws up a popup to install Microsoft Silverlight to access the tournaments. No thank you.

We think an online casino shouldn’t have multiple different software downloads and login pages. It’s just not efficient.

If we were to collect data about the casinos with the lengthiest sign-up processes compared to player drop-off rate, you’d undoubtedly see a correlation between long downloads or sign-ups and decreased player count. People don’t want to get into NSA-level tech to have to spin a few slots.

Other than those few irksome things, the user interface at Slots Plus Casino isn’t terrible. Let’s break it down:

What Slots Plus Does Well What Slots Plus Can Improve On
  • Drop-down menus on the nav so you can easily find the kind of game you’re looking for
  • Running tallies for the jackpots on the slots
  • A feature to easily access your favorite games
  • Live chat button at the top of every page
  • App needs the ability to have customized the window size, it’s either small or full screen
  • Session expires after 10-15 minutes, even if you’re clicking around
  • Every game opens in a new dialogue box

Slots Plus Casino Games

Okay, coming off the rather unimpressive user interface, let’s talk games. We pay special attention to the game selection during our online casino reviews because most times, that’s what players care about the most.

The games at Slots Plus are generally what you’d see at most other online casinos. We didn’t find any exclusive games or any interesting takes on popular titles. Their selection is fairly solid, though they don’t have as many unique live dealer games as other casinos.

Online Slot Games

Considering the name, Slots Plus Casino is primarily a slots casino. They have 3-6 reel slots, bonus round slots, progressives, as well as video poker, and specialty games.

Some of their popular titles include:

  • Lucky Lightnin
  • 777
  • Hyper Wins
  • Egyptian Gold
  • Bubble Bubble 3
  • Ancient Gods
  • Asgard
  • Triple Toucan
  • Storm Lords

You can easily sort what kinds of video poker games you want to play, with options ranging from 1 hand all the way to 100 hands. Slots Plus restricts playing video poker slots to people who have actually made a deposit, but if you do deposit, you’ll be able to access:

  • Loose Deuces
  • Sevens Wild
  • Aces and Eights
  • Joker Poker
  • Jacks or Better
  • And more

Table Games

Slots Plus has most of the table games you’ll find at other online real money casinos. You have to make a real deposit before you can play them; they won’t let you use your no-deposit bonus.

Table games at Slots Plus Casino include:

  • Baccarat
  • Blackjack
  • Pai Gow Poker
  • Pontoon
  • Tri Card Poker
  • Caribbean Stud
  • Caribbean Hold’em
  • Let’ Em Ride
  • Super 21

They also have American, European, and French Roulette, but for some reason, they’re grouped together on the Specialty games page.

Live Dealer Games

If live dealer games are more your style, Slots Plus offers a few different options. It’s worth noting that you can’t use your no-deposit bonus for live dealer games either, and you have to transfer funds from the Slots Plus Casino app to the new live dealer dialogue box. That feature is pretty sketchy, and it’s again an example of Slots Plus’s outdated software.

Live dealer games you can play include:

  • American Roulette
  • European Roulette
  • Baccarat
  • Blackjack

There are different table limits for most of the games, ranging anywhere from $10 to $2,500, so you can play small, or be a high-roller.

Specialty Games

When it comes to specialty games, Slots Plus Casino has far more than most other online casinos. While they do classify Craps and Sic Bo as specialty games, there are other games that actually belong in this section. For example:

  • Keno
  • Bonus Bingo
  • Roaring Twenties Bing
  • Hot Dice
  • Treasure Tree
  • Banana Jones
  • Fish Catch

Slots Plus Casino Banking Options

When we navigated over to the cashier page, we were a little underwhelmed. After checking out some other reviews of Slots Plus Casino, we were under the impression that they offered e-wallets and other simple banking methods. However, upon inspection, it appears that Slots Plus primarily operates with credit/debit card deposits and Bitcoin transactions.

Slots Plus Casino Withdraw Options

Currently, Slots Plus Casino only offers deposits via:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • Bitcoin

As limited as their deposit options are, their withdrawal page is even more sparse. Unless you use Bitcoin, you’re only able to withdrawal your winnings via:

  • Bank Transfer – $150 – $2,500
  • Check by Courier – $400 – $2,500
  • Check by Mail – $150 – $399

That’s why the payout speed is so terrible. Unless you’re using Bitcoin, expect your payout to take anywhere from 5-15 days to arrive.

In the future, we’d like Slots Plus to really improve their payout game. Most casinos of Slots Plus caliber offer e-wallets and additional crypto options, which really help to decrease the overall payout speed.

Slots Plus Casino Bonuses and Promotions

While some online casinos deck out their promotions page with flashy graphics and spinning wheels, Slots Plus takes a super laidback approach with a PDF-style dialogue box.

They have a range of ongoing promotions that occur on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis. When you first log in to your casino app, you’ll see these promotions and any terms associated with them.

However, you’ll still get your no-deposit bonus when you sign up. That’s $40 added to your account before you even make a transaction! You are limited to playing slots and will have to make a deposit to withdraw any winnings, but not all online casinos offer a no-deposit bonus.

Finally, Slots Plus offers plenty of year-round bonuses, including:

  • Welcome Bonus – Slots Plus offers first-time players a chance to tack on a 400% bonus to their first deposit. There’s a minimum of a $25 initial deposit, and the wagering requirements are 50x. Large bonus means large wagering requirements.
  • 200% Double Match Bonus – Get a 200% deposit match on a maximum of $2,000! You must wager your deposit amount 40x, which is pretty high considering that for a 400% it was 50x.
  • 150% Deposit Bonus – A simple promo, get a 150% bonus on a deposit up to $3,000. Can only be used on slots, and has a 40x wagering requirement.
  • Monday Cash Back – On every Tuesday, you’ll receive 20% of whatever deposits you made the previous Monday. Limit to $1,000, and there are no wagering or playthrough requirements.

Slots Plus Casino Customer Support Options

Slots Plus only offers one method to connect with a customer support representative. Their live chat feature, which appears at the top of the homepage in the app.

Now, compared to some other live chat widgets out there, Slots Plus seems to be working with an outdated service. You have to input all of your information, which they should already have since you signed up for an account before you can even ask a question.

Despite the elongated chat process, we were able to get in contact with a rep within a few minutes, so the live chat feature is probably your best bet if you have an urgent problem at Slots Plus.

Other than their chat, they might have an email or phone number, but they don’t list this information on their app, so you’ll probably spend more time trying to find that info than if you were to just start a live chat.

Overall, we think Slots Plus should have more contact options and update their chat widget, so we’re giving them a 3/5.

Slots Plus Casino FAQ

Yes, Slots Plus has a license from the Panama Gaming Authority.

Slots Plus only supports bank transfer, check, or Bitcoin withdrawals. Bitcoin can take up to 3 days to process, but the other methods all have 1–2-week timeframes.

Slots Plus has less-than-ideal withdrawal options, so if you’re really interested in playing there, we recommend using Bitcoin.

Slots Plus is one of the few casinos that offers French Roulette. Because of the en prison and la partage rules of French Roulette, players are privy to a very low House Edge, about 1.35% for certain bets.

The casino app certainly provides you with a better game selection. Only a select few games are offered on the browser casino. But, if you’re concerned with disk space or security, the browser is the way to go. (The app is only 167 MB).

Slots Plus uses Real Time Gaming as their only software provider. RTG has some renown in the gambling scene, but they’re also known for combatting players who complain about their games or not receiving their winnings.

There are plenty of good online casinos out there. Some of the best include Las Atlantis, Super Slots, and Wild Casino. Not only do they have great games and promotions, but they also have dozens of banking options for both deposits and withdrawals. These including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, other altcoins, as well as credit cards and e-Wallets. If you’re looking for a real money gambling site to use every day, check out one of those options!

No, at this time Slots Plus is just an online casino. However, if you’re looking for dual casino/sportsbooks, you can check out BetOnline or BetUS, both of which service US players and have excellent reputations.

As long as you’re the legal gambling age in your region, you can play at Slots Plus. For US players, they set the baseline at 21, which is the federal gambling age.

Yes, you can. However, for some reason, UK players are subjected to double the wagering requirements on bonuses. Because they’re already absurdly high, we don’t recommend claiming them if you’re from the UK.
