Liverpool is coming into this one following a 5:0 stomping over their fiercest rivals Manchester United. What was supposed to be a tough away game turned out to be a complete heartbreak for Man Utd fans worldwide. As for Brighton, they lost to Manchester City 4:1. It could’ve been even more, but Pep’s City failed to stay calm in key situations in front of the goal.

In addition to the standard lines, Liverpool vs. Brighton betting options include a whole bunch of specials too. Here are some of the highest potential ones:
Liverpool Betting Preview
Let’s start off with Liverpool!
- What’s there to be said about the team that outclassed Manchester United 5:0 last weekend?
- What’s there to be said about the team that has Mohamen Salah, the very best player in the world right now?
Well, a lot, really! Klopp’s men are enjoying themselves right now, and are looking like the best candidates for winning the Premier League this season. Yep, even better than Chelsea and Man City, if we’re being totally realistic here.
When talking about individuals, we have to point out Mohamed Salah once again. But, it’s not just him. Klopp continues to get 120% from all of his players, either through tactical superiority or true magic. I’m not sure which one it is, at this point… and I’m honestly too afraid to ask.
But, their moneyline isn’t worth it, meaning we have to look for value elsewhere. No worries, though, our Liverpool vs. Brighton betting predictions are far from over!

Brighton Betting Preview
Brighton & Hove Albion started off 2021/22 ePL season with a bang! Graham Potter’s men are enjoying their football out there, snatching fifteen points in nine matches. They’re currently sitting in fifth spot with same number of points like Tottenham, and one more than the likes of Everton, Leicester, Arsenal, and Manchester United.
Well, Graham Potter is likely the key piece in Brighton’s puzzle and could very well be the next managerial star in European soccer. The 46-year-old bases his gameplay around possession and building from the back using good on-the-ball defenders as well as creative midfielders. That’s exactly what Brighton has been about this season… and thus far, it seems to be working just fine!

Even though Brighton build from the back and tend to play passively with the ball at times, once they get forward, they go there in numbers. Both wing backs join the attack, especially Cucurella on the left side who doesn’t just go near the touchline but cuts inside as well.
Their passiveness has resulted in a lack of goals, 9 scored and nine conceded thus far, we can’t really hold it against them. Even though they’re averaging one goal per game, I reckon they won’t score anything against Liverpool.
But, how will their defense far against the likes of Salah and Mane? Well, the leading ePL scorer ought to be able to get his name in the scorers’ sheet tomorrow. Cucurella will be covering him on the right, and while the Spaniard is a great all-arounder, Salah’s individual brilliance will swim to the surface, for sure!
Liverpool vs. Brighton Betting Pick
That said, let’s wrap this story up and go straight to the pick:
There’s no way Brighton puts one past VVD and the rock-solid Liverpool defense. We’ve seen them do wonders against United and, despite Ronaldo scoring an offside goal, they were absolutely incredibly from start to finish. I expect more of the same from them here, meaning Salah’s master class will do his thing in the attack, with VVD and the company preventing the opposition from creating chances and putting one past Allison.
Until next time. May the odds be in your favor!
