1. Identification of Sponsor.
This series of “Promotional Sweepstakes” is sponsored by The Sports Geek (“Sponsor”). The Promotional Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
2. Promotion Period.
The start and end dates of each Promotional Sweepstakes are set forth on the Promotional Sweepstakes Homepage (defined below). Such start and end dates, which constitute the “Promotional Sweepstakes Period” of each Promotional Sweepstakes, are expressly incorporated into these Official Rules (“Official Rules”).
3. Eligibility.
To be eligible to enter these Promotional Sweepstakes, you must be:
- a legal resident of the United States or Canada.
- be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry, and have a valid email address at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each of such employee’s, officer’s, and director’s immediate family members are not eligible to enter these Promotional Sweepstakes or win a prize. For purposes of these Promotional Sweepstakes, immediate family members are defined as spouses, partners, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and individuals living in the same residence for at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not.
VOID IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE PARTICIPATION IS PROHIBITED. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering these Promotional Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant to The Sports Geek that you meet these criteria. You further represent and warrant that your participation in or attempted participation in these Promotional Sweepstakes does not violate any federal, state, or local law or regulation that governs your entry into these Promotional Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in these Promotional Sweepstakes for any reason, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By participating in these Promotional Sweepstakes, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and Sponsor’s interpretation of and decisions under these Official Rules, which will be final and binding in all respects.
4. How to Enter.
To access the Promotional Sweepstakes, go to URL (the “Promotional Sweepstakes Homepage”). The Promotional Sweepstakes Homepage will display a series of game and wager lineups. Each game and wager lineup constitutes its own Promotional Sweepstakes and has its own Promotional Sweepstakes Period and prize. To submit your entry (“Entry”) into a particular Promotional Sweepstakes, provide your predictions of the winners of each of the games in the lineup, confirm you have read and agreed to these Official Rules and that you are 21 years or older, and provide a valid email address (“Promotional Sweepstakes Email Address”).
No purchase is necessary. Entries are not real money wagers. Prizes will only be awarded as set forth in Sections 5 and 7 of these Official Rules.
Once the Promotional Sweepstakes Period for a particular Promotional Sweepstakes is over, you will no longer be able to enter that Promotional Sweepstakes. An Entry is deemed “received” when Sponsor’s servers record the Entry information. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or “thanks for entering” message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an Entry. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for these Promotional Sweepstakes.
Only one Entry per eligible Promotional Sweepstakes participant (“Participant”) per Promotional Sweepstakes is permitted. Participants entering or attempting to enter a particular Promotional Sweepstakes more than once during the Promotional Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. To avoid all doubt, Participants are permitted to use only one Promotional Sweepstakes Email Address and the use of multiple Promotional Sweepstakes Email Addresses will be void.
Sponsor may run multiple campaigns, contests, or other sweepstakes (collectively, “Alternative Promotional Sweepstakes”) simultaneously. Participation in one campaign, contest, or sweepstakes does not constitute participation in and does not prohibit participation in any Alternative Promotional Sweepstakes.
Mass Entries generated by a script, computer program, macro, robot, or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits or that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified from the Promotional Sweepstakes in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by those who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including requirements regarding age and residence) are void.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Participant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the Promotional Sweepstakes Email Address used to submit the Entry. (Registered account holder is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.) Participants who win the Promotional Sweepstakes (“Winners”) may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of a Participant cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected Entry shall be deemed ineligible.
Entries made in any manner not specifically allowed under these Official Rules will not be entered into the Promotional Sweepstakes.
5. Winner Selection and Prize.
For Leaderboard Contest types, prizes are awarded based on the highest score, meaning the Participant makes the most Winning Picks. In the event two (2) or more Participants achieve the same score, the Contest tie-breaker answer will be used to break the tie. The Participant whose tie-breaker answer is closest to the actual result will be ranked higher. If after the Tie-breaker a tie still exists between one or more contestants, the prize pool will be split equitably among the tied contestants.
The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received and the Participants’ ability to correctly identify Winning Picks.
A Participant may win more than one prize during the Contest period.
Leaderboard Contest Prizes:
1. Grand Prize (1)
One (1) winner will be awarded the equivalent of $5,000 USD in Bitcoin (BTC), based on the USD-to-BTC exchange rate at the time the prize is awarded, as determined by a publicly available exchange selected by the Sponsor.
Prize to be awarded to the Participant with the most cumulative Winning Picks over the four rounds of the 2026 NFL playoffs (Wild Card Round, Divisional Round, Conference Championships, and Super Bowl LX).
2. Weekly Prizes (4)
The top Participant on the weekly leaderboard after each 2026 NFL playoff round will be awarded the equivalent of $1,000 USD in Bitcoin (BTC), based on the USD-to-BTC exchange rate at the time the prize is awarded, as determined by a publicly available exchange selected by the Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify the available prizes in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If a Winner cannot be contacted within 14 days from Winner Notification as set forth in Section 6, or if a Winner is ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, fails to timely claim the Prize, or fails to timely return any required documentation, the Prize will be forfeited. Each Winner may also elect to forfeit or decline the Prize. If the Prize is unclaimed, forfeited, or declined, then the Prize may be awarded to the Participant(s) with the next greatest number of Winning Picks (“Alternate Winner(s)”).
In the unlikely event of a game postponement or cancellation, the affected weekly contest may be canceled, and affected Participants will be notified to join the next week’s contest.
6. Winner Notification.
Within five (5) business days of Sponsor determining the Winner(s) of any particular Promotional Sweepstakes, such Winner(s) will be notified that she or he is a Winner, via email to the Promotional Sweepstakes Email Address used to submit the winning Entry (“Winner Notification”). Winner Notification is deemed to occur immediately upon Sponsor’s sending of said email.
Sponsor is not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, or incomplete contact information, or for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in the Winner’s email account to receive email messages. Sponsor is also not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Winner.
7. Redemption of Prize.
Each Prize will be awarded to a valid Bitcoin wallet address provided by the Winner in response to the Winner Notification. Each Prize will be awarded within sixty (60) days of Super Bowl LX on February 8, 2026, following receipt of all required information.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected prizes due to incorrect or incompatible Bitcoin wallet information provided by the Winner.
The Prize is not transferable, and ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH WINNER.
8. Release and Indemnity.
By participating or attempting to participate in these Promotional Sweepstakes, even if ineligible, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and all related individuals and entities (collectively, the “Released Entities”), including directors, officers, employees, agents, and independent contractors, from any and all liability, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages (including punitive, incidental, consequential, and special damages and lost profits), claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or relating to these Promotional Sweepstakes in any way, including, but not limited to, (1) Participants’ participation in these Promotional Sweepstakes; (2) any errors in evaluating the eligibility of Participants or attempted Participants; (3) any acceptance, possession, ownership, misuse or use of the Prize; (4) any typographical, human, or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation, or announcement of any Promotional Sweepstakes activity and/or Prize; (5) any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or Internet service provider utilized by Sponsor; (6) interruption or inability to access the Promotional Sweepstakes Homepage; (7) any damage to Participants’ (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of these Promotional Sweepstakes; (8) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, viruses, bugs, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, even if caused by the negligence of the Released Entities.
9. Publicity Release.
As a condition for entering these Promotional Sweepstakes, each Participant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver her or his name, address, and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering these Promotional Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. Any information Participants provide to Sponsor may also be used to communicate with such Participants regarding these Promotional Sweepstakes or subjects unrelated to these Promotional Sweepstakes or may also be used for purposes of creating a Promotional Sweepstakes winner’s list.
Subject to applicable law, Winners irrevocably grant Sponsor and each of its licensees, successors, assigns, and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, , likeness, for advertising and marketing purposes in connection with these Promotional Sweepstakes, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), and in connection with related products, services, advertising, and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice, or consideration except for the awarding of the Prize.
10. Declaration of Eligibility.
Unless prohibited by law, each Winner will be required to sign and return, within the time period specified at Winner Notification, a Winner Declaration of Eligibility, liability release, and publicity grant (“Declaration”) in a form acceptable to The Sports Geek, which will include consent to the use of the Winner’s name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
If a Winner fails or refuses to sign and return such Declaration within the time period required by Sponsor or if the Prize or Winner Notification is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable to such Winner, such Winner may be disqualified and an Alternate Winner may be selected.
11. Governing Law.
By participating in these Promotional Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these complete Official Rules and by the decisions of The Sports Geek, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Any disputes, issues, or questions concerning or relating in any way to these Promotional Sweepstakes or any Prize, including, but not limited to, (1) the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or (2) the rights and obligations of Participants or Sponsor, shall be submitted to the courts located in Kingdom of Thailand, and resolved under the laws of the State of Kingdom of Thailand, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws. Moreover, Participants explicitly agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
12. Tampering with Contest.
Participants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of these Promotional Sweepstakes, or those who Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption, or damage may be disqualified. Additionally, any attempt to cheat these Promotional Sweepstakes, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, may result in immediate disqualification of the Participant, as well as other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all existing and future Alternative Promotional Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE (INCLUDING THE PROMOTIONAL SWEEPSTAKES HOMEPAGE) OR APPLICATION OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THESE PROMOTIONAL SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ALL LEGAL AND EQUITABLE REMEDIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify (or refuse to award a Prize to) any individual who is found to be, or suspected of, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
13. Suspension / Modification / Termination.
The Sports Geek reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify these Promotional Sweepstakes without notice.
14. Miscellaneous.
In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Declaration is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules.
Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotional Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy, or terms of use on the Promotional Sweepstakes Homepage and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
