2025 Miss Universe Favorites
The following contestants are the most likely winners, according to the Miss Universe betting odds for 2025.
Praveenar Singh – Thailand (+250)
Praveenar Singh is one of the to contestants with the highest odds, and I can easily see why. You need a compelling story to win Miss Universe, and Miss Thailand certainly comes with a unique narrative to support her cause.
Becoming Miss Universe has been Veena’s life-long dream. She tried multiple times, registering the following results in the Miss Thailand contest:
- Second Runner-Up in 2018
- First Runner-Up in 2020
- Second Runner-Up in 2023
Many will give up after such a list of heartbreaks, but Singh returned again to win Miss Thailand in 2025 and qualify for Miss Universe.
Now, she is ready to take it a step further. With so much experience behind her, such an interesting story, and with the home advantage at her side, Veena is an excellent betting pick at 2025.
Fatima Bosch – Mexico (+250)
Fatima Bosch from Mexico is the second big favorite in the latest prices and comes with an interesting story herself. She was in a middle of Miss Universe scandal from a few weeks ago after walking out of a rehearsal because of the disrespectful behavior of an official.
Bosch essentially took a stand that won her many admirers, including other contestants that followed her. The incident certainly increased her popularity and put her under the spotlight, but at what cost?
I’d argue that the organizers are probably unhappy with her behavior behind closed doors, which could influence her chances.
I expect a strong performance from Bosch, but I don’t think she can win after what happened in the build-up to the competition.
Ahtisa Manalo – Philippines (+400)
Ahtisa Manalo is the contestant with the third shortest Miss Universe odds. The Philippines representative has plenty of experience with big beauty pageants after placing high in Miss International, Miss Philippines, Miss Cosmo, and more.
She also delivered a compelling video for the competition, advocating for better education and youth leadership in a time when the world really needs fixing.
I expect a strong performance from Manalo, but I don’t think she can beat Miss Thailand and Miss Mexico. Both of them have that extra narrative around them that Miss Philippines is missing.
Miss Universe 2025 Prediction and Betting Pick
The field in Miss Universe 2025 is very competitive, but I really like Praveenar Singh’s chances. Miss Thailand suffered multiple disappointments on the road to the competition and essentially retired at some point, but she is now back and ready to win.
A victory on home soil would be a fairy tale ending for Veena, so I like the narrative too much. The odds of +250 are solid enough to back her, so that’s my final Miss Universe 2025 prediction.
