The 2025 NFL Draft odds show a clear top pick: the bookies expect Cam Ward to go first, and it’s hard to disagree with them. However, there are many other prop bets and a lot of uncertainty after the first pick, so we’re here to add our top NFL Draft predictions.

We break down multiple markets before sharing our analysis and betting picks for the 2025 NFL Draft.

There are a wide array of NFL Draft betting odds to consider placing your money on at BetUS! We are covering the major markets and will continue to update the latest prices leading up to Draft Day on April 24.

Cam Ward’s NFL Draft odds to go No. 1 have skyrocketed since we bet on him at -130 in January. We added more money behind Ward at -350, but -10000 offers no value whatsoever at NFL betting sites! If you are interested in discovering our best NFL Draft props, please consider reading below.

2025 NFL Draft First Pick Odds and Predictions

Here are the odds for the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, courtesy of BetUS:

PLAYERODDS
Cam Ward-300
Abdul Carter+200
Travis Hunter+1000
Shedeur Sanders+1800
Mason Graham+7000
Jaxson Dart+7000
Mykel Williams+8000
Shemar Stewart+8000

QB Cam Ward (-300) has emerged as the clear betting favorite to be selected with the No. 1 pick of the 2025 NFL Draft. The Miami Hurricanes product was a -130 favorite to go off the board in January.

In short, Ward’s implied probability has risen from 56.5% to 75% over the last two months. The biggest shift has been Shedeur Sanders (+1800), who has fallen from the second-shortest odds at -110 to +1800! That’s an unbelievable 52.4% to 5.3% change.

There could continue to be massive movement in this market, so ensure that you are checking back at NFL betting sites. The way I see it, Ward’s price is likely to ascend higher prior to the draft on April 24.

Sanders was incredibly overhyped as a pro prospect this past season, and the NFL Draft odds reacted by inserting him as one of the favorites. Nevertheless, the markets have finally come to their senses, and +1800 is probably where he belongs. Don’t consider Sanders at +1800, though.

Ward remains the guy for the Tennessee Titans or New York Giants at No. 1. The Titans have the top selection, but the Giants are rumored to be working out a deal for the pick. The 6’2” native of West Columbia, TX, spent time in three college programs. He opened his career as a relatively unknown prospect at the FCS’s Incarnate Word.

After two years of dicing up weak defenses, Ward proved he can do it at the FBS level at Washington State. Ward passed for 25 touchdowns and seven interceptions on 66.6% passing.

Important in this era of NFL football, Ward is also a mobile quarterback who can evade pressure. He rushed for 144 yards and eight scores on the ground during his one season as a Cougar at Washington State. In his last year, Ward wrapped up college with 39 touchdowns and seven touchdowns on 67.2% completions.

He also threw for 4,313 yards, roughly 600 more than the 3,735 a season earlier at Washington State. In addition to the numbers, Ward has the intangibles that make up a great NFL quarterback.

He always has his head up scanning the field and looking for his second and third option if the first isn’t there. The poise in the pocket is there, and he can run when he needs to. While comparisons to Steve McNair are premature, the 22-year-old does things that remind you of him at times.

Although -300 odds is getting too rich for me, he will likely be -450 in April. He has a higher chance to be the first pick than 75%, so he’s still worth adding to a parlay for your NFL Draft betting picks!

First Offensive Lineman Drafted Odds and Prediction

PLAYERODDS
Will Campbell-200
Armand Membou+150
Kelvin Banks Jr.+800
Josh Simmons+6000

Kyle’s Prediction: Will Campbell

There is a two-player race between Will Campbell and Armand Membou for the first offensive linemen picked in the 2025 NFL Draft. However, there is only one offensive lineman that I see as a potential top 5 pick.

Campbell has a real chance of going in the top 5, potentially to the New England Patriots. They probably would have liked to draft Travis Hunter, but unless they swing a trade, it’s unlikely they’re going to have this opportunity.

The Patriots must bolster their offensive line to provide QB Drake Maye with better protection. There isn’t a better option than drafting the dominant and athletic LSU offensive lineman.

While he isn’t the biggest lineman in the draft at 6’6”, 323 pounds, he has incredible speed and agility coupled with strong hands. If the Patriots don’t select Campbell, it won’t take long for another team to nab him.

Alternatively, the Jaguars or Jets could be tempted by Campbell’s ability to be a long-term anchor on the offensive line. In any event, Campbell should have -350 odds to be the first offensive lineman drafted, so he’s a sharp NFL Draft bet at -200!

The Bet
Kyle's Pick: Will Campbell

Joe’s Prediction: Armand Membou

The NFL loves to overdraft athletic offensive linemen. Membou ran a jaw-dropping 4.91 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine and has risen rapidly since.

While LSU’s Will Campbell is deemed to be the most well-rounded lineman, NFL teams could see Membou’s athleticism and want to mold him into a dominant force.

This pick is about potential ceiling, and Membou’s physical attributes could make him the highest-picked offensive lineman in 2025.

The Bet
Joe’s Pick: Armand Membou

1st Wide Receiver Drafted Odds and Prediction: Matthew Golden (+125)

Arizona’s Tetairoa McMillan has been the projected top receiver in this class since the start of the 2024 college football season. A major shift occurred after Golden ran a blazing 4.29 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine.

The NFL covets speed at receiver, and teams often act impulsively to draft fast prospects in the first-round conversation, like with John Ross, Henry Ruggs, Jaylen Waddle, and many more.

If a team needs a receiver, they may opt for the speedster in Golden. Getting him at plus odds makes a lot of sense, so that’s my pick for this position

Team to Draft Shedeur Sanders Odd sand Prediction: New York Giants +425

Adam Schefter reported on Monday night that Sanders will participate in a final workout before the first round with the Giants in attendance. Based on that indicator alone, the Giants seem to have late interest in picking the former Colorado quarterback.

Separate from the last-minute workout, the Giants are arguably the most desperate team needing a quarterback in this class. They won’t be able to sniff Cam Ward, so they’ll have to make concessions on available options.

A string of bad seasons and Daniel Jones not playing up to expectations means Joe Schoen and Brian Daboll need to prove this team is trending in the right direction. Drafting Sanders makes a lot of sense and the odds are great, so I’m taking the Giants.

The Bet
New York Giants

Armand Membou Draft Position: Under 6.5 +275

The opportunity to grab over +200 odds for Membou to go in the top 6 picks can’t be passed up. Multiple teams in the top 6 need offensive line help, including the New England Patriots, Las Vegas Raiders, and Jacksonville Jaguars.

The 2025 class is loaded with defensive talent, and these teams could opt to address more scarce positions early, like offensive line.

Membou’s potential can be very appealing, so I can definitely see a team drafting him early on.

The Bet
Under 6.5

Second Quarterback Drafted Odds and Prediction: Jaxson Dart (+180)

PLAYERODDS
Shedeur Sanders-550
Jaxson Dart+180
Jalen Milroe+800
Cameron Ward+2000

The most polarizing prospect in the 2025 NFL Draft undoubtedly goes to Shedeur Sanders. Sanders was hyped to the moon during his collegiate career at the University of Colorado.

There were times when Sanders was described as the undisputed No. 1 pick of this draft. However, the hype train has slowed down, and front offices are questioning whether Sanders is a franchise quarterback.

Being the son of Deion Sanders, teams also have to weigh whether extra baggage will come along with that. Sanders is budding with talent and confidence, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s the quarterback of the draft who falls down the board.

I initially stated that if the Giants or Browns don’t select Sanders, he’s going to slide far. I’m going to stick with that prediction, but I don’t anticipate Sanders landing in the top 5. In fact, Ole Miss’ QB Jaxson Dart can sneak up and go off the board as the second quarterback!

Dart had a fantastic career playing in the SEC against some of the best defenses in college football. He passed for 4,279 yards, 29 touchdowns, and six interceptions in his final season on a Rebels squad with a bad offensive line. The 6’2” native of Kaysville, UT, can also run and has solid mobility in the pocket.

The NFL Draft betting odds point to Sanders going behind Ward. Currently, at -500 odds, Sanders has an 84.6% chance of being that guy. However, I think there is a bit of value on Dart at +180.

If you aren’t that convinced, I at least recommend backing Sanders to be drafted over 8.5 picks. The New Orleans Saints at No. 9 looks like the landing spot for the second quarterback off the board, but regardless, the higher payout of Dart before Sanders is compelling at +180!

The Bet
Jaxson Dart

Tyler Warren Draft Position Odds and Prediction: Over 9.5 (-160)

    • Over 9.5 (-160)
    • Under 9.5 (+120)

Tyler Warren was scouted as one of the best tight end prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft. The former Penn State Nittany Lion collected 104 receptions, 1,223 yards, and seven touchdowns in his senior season in Happy Valley. He’s a big and athletic target at 6’6”, 257 pounds.

Warren is also a tremendous pass catcher who can adjust to catch passes that aren’t on target. With Warren’s athleticism and trusty hands, he’s going to make for a huge weapon in the NFL.

Nevertheless, is he worth the ninth overall pick or better, and should you back this wager for your 2025 NFL Draft betting picks? Considering I expect the Saints to opt for a quarterback at No. 9, and earlier picks going in another direction, I’m not optimistic. The New York Jets might be tempted, but they likely look at OL Armand Membou before a tight end.

Now, the Chicago Bears with the No. 10 pick, or the Indianapolis Colts at No. 14, make more sense. However, I could also see him falling even further, and perhaps being overlooked in favor of Michigan’s Colston Loveland.

As one of my best NFL Draft prop bets, Warren going over 9.5 is a fantastic option for your card!

The Bet
Over 9.5

Ashton Jeanty Draft Position Odds and Prediction: Under 9.5 (-250)

    • Over 9.5 (+195)
    • Under 9.5 (-250)

Generational RB Ashton Jeanty is the most exciting running back to come through the NFL Draft in a long time. Although drafting running backs in the first round has been long debated in recent years, Jeanty is the type of player who looks like a top 10 pick.

If there’s an opportunity to select a running back who could be the next Saquon Barkley, front offices are going to take a chance on the Boise State product early in the draft. Jeanty gained a whopping 2,601 yards and 29 rushing touchdowns on seven yards per carry!

He also caught 23 receptions for 138 yards and one touchdown. That number would have been higher if Boise State’s offense had to be more creative, but they simply handed the ball off to him and watched him go to work. This is one special running back who came 27 yards shy of breaking Barry Sanders’ single-season rushing record.

For my initial NFL Draft 2025 predictions, I bet on the Las Vegas Raiders selecting Jeanty at +200 odds. The value was undeniable, and that prop has since risen to -200. With the odds for this prop not that much more expensive, simply going with the under 9.5 picks is recommended.

There could certainly be another team on Draft Day other than the Raiders that falls in love with Jeanty. In any case, the price for this wager should be in the -350 to -375 range, so there is still value on under 9.5 as one of the best 2025 NFL Draft prop bets!

The Bet
Under 9.5

Jaxson Dart Draft Position: Over 24.5 (+145)

Dart has been a beloved name in the 2025 class throughout the entire process. While the media seems to love him, that does not mean NFL teams view him the same way.

Dart lacks the arm strength and overall decision-making skills needed to be a first-round pick. NFL teams seek athletic upside with prospects that Dart doesn’t have.

If Dart does go in the first round, it will likely be at the very end by a team trading back into the first round.

The Bet
Over 24.5
