With only three games remaining in the NCAA Tournament, it’s time to lock in our best 2026 Final Four predictions. After an exciting and profitable Elite Eight, the last four teams travel to Indianapolis for what should be two exciting matchups.
In this betting guide, I’ll break down the latest men’s Final Four odds, analyze each matchup, and share my favorite bets to cover the spread.
Men’s NCAA Final Four 2026 Predictions and Betting Odds
The following NCAA Final 4 betting odds are courtesy of Lucky Rebel:

| Illinois (-135) vs. UConn (+115) |
Illinois -2 (-110) UConn +2 (-110) |

Over 157 (-110) Under 157 (-110) |
The best college basketball betting sites expect both of these matchups to go down to the wire. There isn’t much separating either team. If the latest 2026 Final Four betting odds are any indication, we could be in for a couple of classics.
Illinois has the largest moneyline odds, which suggests a 57.4% implied probability at -135. In the heavyweight matchup between Michigan and Arizona, the Wolverines are slightly favored at -115, which equates to a 53.5% implied chance.

Illinois Fighting Illini vs. UConn Huskies Preview and Prediction
The Connecticut Huskies keep on marching forward after last second heroics against the Duke Blue Devils. In a 73-72 win over Duke, UConn capitalized on a turnover to bury a three from the logo to send them into a frenzy.
Down by 19 points earlier in the contest, the Huskies chipped away at the lead, which ended with a dagger from Braylon Mullins. And with that, head coach Dan Hurley will make his third trip to the Final Four since 2023. He and Illinois face uphill NCAA National Championship odds, though.
Both of his previous Final Four appearances ended with national titles, but Hurley and the Huskies should have their hands full with the Fighting Illini. Illinois had a much easier time in the Elite Eight, cruising past a surging Iowa squad by a score of 71–59.
Iowa had been playing solid basketball, but Illinois quickly extinguished that underdog run. With the victory, the Fighting Illini have now won by double digits in all three of their NCAA Tournament matchups. That run includes an impressive 65–55 win over Houston, one of the best defensive teams in the nation.
Illinois enters the Final Four with the fourth best KenPom ranking. With a NetRtg of +34.41, they sit a step ahead of UConn’s +29.11. Additionally, Illinois’ NET rating has them a couple of spots ahead of UConn this season. This is a balanced, talented group that can win with either its defense or its offense.
Overall, the Fighting Illini rank 22nd in the nation in scoring, averaging 83.8 points per game. Led by Keaton Wagler, they’re in a strong position offensively. Wagler poured in 25 points on 47.1% shooting to bury the Hawkeyes, and he’s likely to be the best player on the floor in this matchup.

Defensively, Illinois has been just as impressive during the NCAA Tournament. They’ve stepped up to hold opponents under 60 points in all three games, playing with outstanding energy and tenacity. If they bring that same level of intensity, UConn’s offense could easily bog down.
Hurley’s experience on this stage is certainly dangerous for Illinois, but coming off such an emotional win over Duke, there’s a real chance for a letdown from UConn. I expect Illinois to capitalize and prevail by five or six points.
In short, I recommend backing Illinois to cover as one of the best Final Four picks on the board.
Michigan Wolverines vs. Arizona Wildcats Preview and Prediction
The men’s college basketball futures markets have one of these two teams winning the national title. Currently, Arizona has a small advantage over Michigan at +175, but the Wolverines are within striking distance at +180. The 2026 Final 4 odds for this one indicate a competitive battle that is decided in the last seconds.
It’s also a matchup between the most well-balanced teams remaining in the tournament, and I’m expecting these elite frontcourts to battle in the paint all game long. Michigan is coming off a statement blowout, a 95-62 dismantling of Tennessee.
That was arguably the most complete effort we’ve seen from any team this season. Arizona, meanwhile, is riding its own wave of momentum. The Wildcats just secured a 79-64 win in the Elite 8, a game that was competitive through the first half, after previously routing Arkansas 109-88.
Michigan features Yaxel Lendeborg, but Arizona should be able to counter with Koa Peat and Ivan Kharchenkov in the frontcourt. That tandem is strong enough to neutralize what is typically Michigan’s biggest edge. The Wolverines are at their best when Lendeborg is overwhelming opponents, but the Wildcats have the size and versatility to answer.
Just check out the effort by Brayden Burries on this play. pic.twitter.com/d1gtdeMj7D

Where Arizona truly separates themselves is in the backcourt. I trust Jaden Bradley and Brayden Burries to take control of this game more than Elliot Cadeau and Nimari Burnett. Cadeau is a terrific playmaker, but I expect Bradley and Burries to come up with a few more key plays than their Michigan counterparts, and that may ultimately decide the outcome.
This matchup sets up for a down-to-the-wire thriller, but Arizona has the slight overall edge and likely survives in a highly entertaining contest. With that in mind, the Wildcats stand out as one of the best Final Four bets to cover the spread.
