There are 14 matchups in Week 14, and few are bigger than Thursday’s encounter between the Lions and the Cowboys. Detroit are 3-point home favorites after a devastating defeat last week.

Sunday’s matchups are also full of playoff implications. For instance, the top-seeded Bears look to maintain control of the NFC despite being 6.5-point underdogs as they take on the Packers in Lambeau.

In the AFC, the Chiefs (6-6) and Texans (7-5) battle in KC for a spot in the postseason, with Kansas City 3.5-point favorites on Sunday Night Football.

The four teams on a bye this week include the Panthers (7-6), Patriots (11-2), Giants (2-11), and 49ers (9-4).

Dallas Cowboys vs. Detroit Lions Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Dallas Cowboys +3 (-105) +140 Over 54 (-110)
Detroit Lions -3 (-115) -165 Under 54 (-110)

Dallas earned a third straight win with a shocking 31-28 victory over the Chiefs on Thanksgiving. Detroit were less fortunate, falling 31-24 against the visiting Packers.

The Lions host the Cowboys this week, with Detroit 3-point home favorites. Dallas is a +140 underdog in the latest moneyline odds for this game.

Losing to the Packers for the second time this season was bad enough. However, Detroit’s top receiver, Amon-Ra St. Brown, exited the game in the early first quarter with a low ankle sprain. St. Brown is at risk of missing this pivotal prime-time game against Dallas.

If ASB is out, the Lions’ offense will be less explosive. That is dangerous against Dallas, who lead the NFL with over 390 total yards of offense per game. The Cowboys can take advantage of the Lions’ defensive injuries, too, allowing Dallas to pull off a third straight upset.

Cowboys vs. Lions NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: Dallas Cowboys +3 (-105)
  • Moneyline Bet: Dallas Cowboys (+140)
  • Over/Under Bet: Under 54 (-110)

Seattle Seahawks vs. Atlanta Falcons Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Seattle Seahawks -7 (-115) -380 Over 44.5 (-110)
Atlanta Falcons +7 (-105) +290 Under 44.5 (-110)

Seattle’s offense did not score a touchdown until the fourth quarter of Sunday’s matchup against Minnesota. On the bright side, the Seahawks’ defense was dominant, including scoring a pick-six, in the team’s 26-0 win.

The Seahawks hit the road this week, laying 7 points as the favorite against the Falcons in Atlanta.

Despite a wealth of offensive talent, the Falcons have averaged just 20.3 PPG, the seventh-fewest in the NFL. Atlanta’s defense has also struggled lately, allowing 24+ points in five of its last six games.

Seattle’s offense stumbled last week, but Sam Darnold and company are in a prime spot to bounce back this Sunday. The Seahawks defense is unlikely to pitch another shutout, but it can harass the 37-year-old Kirk Cousins often enough for Seattle to win and cover on Sunday.

Seahawks vs. Falcons NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: Seattle Seahawks -7 (-115)
  • Moneyline Bet: Seattle Seahawks (-380)
  • Over/Under Bet: Over 44.5 (-110)

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Baltimore Ravens Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Pittsburgh Steelers +5.5 (-105) +225 Over 43.5 (-110)
Baltimore Ravens -5.5 (-115) -275 Under 43.5 (-110)

The top two teams in the AFC North square off for the first time this season in Baltimore as the Ravens (6-6) host the Steelers (6-6). Both teams lost last week, but the winner of this game will gain valuable positioning in the divisional race.

Baltimore are 5.5-point home favorites against a Pittsburgh team that has lost five of its last seven games. The Steelers are +225 moneyline underdogs for Sunday’s game.

Lamar Jackson and the Ravens’ offense managed just 14 points on Thanksgiving against a Bengals’ defense that has allowed over 30 PPG this season. Their defense also reverted to its early-season form, giving up nearly 400 yards of offense.

The good news for Ravens’ fans is that the Steelers are in their typical late-season form. Pittsburgh’s defense is bad, giving up over 240 rushing yards last week, and the offense is somehow worse.

The Ravens should be able to win this one with ease, covering the spread in the process.

Steelers vs. Ravens NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: Baltimore Ravens -5.5 (-115)
  • Moneyline Bet: Baltimore Ravens (-275)
  • Over/Under Bet: Under 43.5 (-110)

Tennessee Titans vs. Cleveland Browns Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Tennessee Titans +3.5 (-110) +170 Over 34 (-110)
Cleveland Browns -3.5 (-110) -200 Under 34 (-110)

Tennessee moved one step closer to securing the first overall pick again this season with a 25-3 loss at home to the Jaguars. Cleveland also lost last week, falling 26-8 at home to the San Francisco 49ers.

The Browns are 3.5-point favorites at home for this matchup against the one-win Titans.

Last week’s loss was not all bad for Cleveland. Myles Garrett picked up his 19th sack of the season, moving him that much closer to breaking the record of 22.5 sacks in a single season.

Garrett could very well break the record this week against a Tennessee offensive line that has allowed Cam Ward to be sacked 48 times this year. Whether he breaks the record or not, Garrett and the Browns’ defense should control the game, leading Cleveland to the win at home.

Titans vs. Browns NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: Cleveland Browns -3.5 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: Cleveland Browns (-200)
  • Over/Under Bet: Over 34 (-110)

Indianapolis Colts vs. Jacksonville Jaguars Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Indianapolis Colts -2 (-105) -125 Over 47.5 (-110)
Jacksonville Jaguars +2 (-115) +105 Under 47.5 (-110)

First place in the AFC South is on the line this week as the Jaguars host the Colts. Indianapolis are 2-point road favorites, even though the Colts have lost three of their last four games.

Adding to the pressure this week is the fact that the Colts have not won a game in Jacksonville since 2014. Ending their decade-long losing streak is the only way for the Colts to reclaim their spot atop the division this Sunday.

Jacksonville, on the other hand, have won four of the last five games and are riding a three-game winning streak. Two of their last three wins have been blowouts.

The Jags have the best run defense in the NFL, holding opponents to under 83 YPG on the ground. They face their biggest test of the year against Jonathan Taylor, the league’s leading rusher with 1,282 yards.

Indy’s recent struggles have revolved around opponents stopping Taylor and the Colts’ offense falling off a cliff. If the Jags can follow that blueprint, and the tool are there, they will pull off the upset at home on Sunday.

Colts vs. Jaguars NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: Jacksonville Jaguars +2 (-115)
  • Moneyline Bet: Jacksonville Jaguars (+105)
  • Over/Under Bet: Over 47.5 (-110)

Washington Commanders vs. Minnesota Vikings Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Washington Commanders -2 (-110) -135 Over 42 (-110)
Minnesota Vikings +2 (-110) +115 Under 42 (-110)

Two struggling playoff teams from last season square off this week in Minnesota. The 4-8 Vikings, who were shut out last week, are getting 2 points against the visiting Commanders (3-9).

Part of Washington’s struggles have been due to the absence of second-year QB Jayden Daniels. The reigning Rookie of the Year has missed six games this season and is yet to be cleared for contact after dislocating his elbow in Week 9.

If Daniels is cleared in time to play in this game, he will give the Commanders a major edge in this matchup. Washington’s offense has improved in Daniel’s absence and nearly pulled off an OT upset of the Broncos last week.

Minnesota’s QB issues are much harder to solve, and the Vikings’ offense has averaged just 10.5 PPG over the last four games. The Vikings’ offensive struggles should lead to a fifth straight loss this week against the Commanders.

Commanders vs. Vikings NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: Washington Commanders -2 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: Washington Commanders (-135)
  • Over/Under Bet: Under 42 (-110)

Miami Dolphins vs. New York Jets Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Miami Dolphins -2.5 (-115) -145 Over 40.5 (-115)
New York Jets +2.5 (-105) +125 Under 40.5 (-105)

The Jets and Dolphins finish their regular-season series this week at MetLife. Unlike when these teams met in Week 4, both are coming off impressive wins.

Miami handled its business, winning 21-17 at home over the Saints. The Jets upset the Falcons, taking down Atlanta 27-24 at home. Despite the win, the Jets are 2.5-point underdogs at home in this AFC East tilt.

The Dolphins have been on a heater, winning four of their last five games. Unfortunately for Miami, this game is being played in New Jersey in December. Tua Tagovailoa is 0-7 in his NFL career in games below 45 degrees.

Tagovailoa’s inability to play in the cold will cost the Dolphins again this weekend. The Jets, who have won three of their last five, have been better with Tyrod Taylor under center, and should win at home this week.

Dolphins vs. Jets NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: New York Jets +2.5 (-105)
  • Moneyline Bet: New York Jets (+125)
  • Over/Under Bet: Under 40.5 (-105)

New Orleans Saints vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
New Orleans Saints +8.5 (-110) +320 Over 43 (-105)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers -8.5 (-110) -430 Under 43 (-115)

New Orleans play their fourth road game in the last five starts this week as they take on the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay. The Saints are 8.5-point underdogs against the division-leading Bucs.

Tampa Bay have a -22 point differential, the worst of any division leader in the NFL. New Orleans, 2-10 this season, have the third-worst point differential in the league at -113.

The good news for Bucs’ fans is that the team is getting healthy. Second-year running back Bucky Irving returned to the lineup last week, racking up 81 scrimmage yards and a TD in his first action since Week 4.

Irving should be even more productive this week against a Saints team that gives up over 125 rushing YPG. Tampa Bay should win, but the Saints can cover the 8.5-point spread.

Saints vs. Buccaneers NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: New Orleans Saints +8.5 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-430)
  • Over/Under Bet: Over 43 (-105)

Cincinnati Bengals vs. Buffalo Bills Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Cincinnati Bengals +6 (-110) +220 Over 52.5 (-110)
Buffalo Bills -6 (-110) -270 Under 52.5 (-110)

The marquee game of the early Sunday slate is a cross-division clash between the Bengals and the Bills. This game was originally in the middle window but was flexed to the early window.

Buffalo’s 240+ rushing yards helped the Bills trample the Steelers 26-7 in Pittsburgh last week. They are 2-0 against the AFC North this season, and the Bills are 6-point home favorites in this matchup.

Cincinnati also won last week, ending a four-game losing streak with a 32-14 win over the Ravens on Thanksgiving. Joe Burrow’s return inspired the team on both sides of the ball, with Cincy’s defense putting on its best performance of the year.

The Bills’ biggest issue is their run defense, which allows over 140 YPG. Cincy also has a pitiful run defense, allowing over 150 YPG.

Buffalo lead the NFL with over 155 rushing YPG and will have a field day on the ground against Cincy. However, the Bengals’ quick passing game can exploit holes in the Bills’ defense. Burrow can lead the Bengals to another road upset, earning his fourth win of the year in as many starts.

Bengals vs. Bills NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: Cincinnati Bengals +6 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: Cincinnati Bengals (+220)
  • Over/Under Bet: Under 52.5 (-110)

Denver Broncos vs. Las Vegas Raiders Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Denver Broncos -8 (-110) -435 Over 41 (-105)
Las Vegas Raiders +8 (-110) +325 Under 41 (-115)

Denver overcame a feisty Commanders team to improve to 10-2 and take one step closer to ending the Chiefs’ nine-year streak as AFC West champions. The Broncos can earn a vital division win this week on the road in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas’s plan to build around journeyman QB Geno Smith did not work. The Raiders are 2-10, have lost six straight games, and have a -129 point differential.

Despite the Raiders’ issues, they did nearly beat the Broncos in Week 10, losing 10-7 on TNF. Both teams have their fair share of offensive issues, but Denver’s defense gives them a clear advantage in this divisional matchup.

The Broncos’ defense struggled at the end of their OT win last week, but the Raiders are a much easier matchup. Denver should win, but Las Vegas can cover the 8-point spread thanks to Bo Nix’s struggles leading the Broncos’ offense.

Broncos vs. Raiders NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: Las Vegas Raiders +8 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: Denver Broncos (-435)
  • Over/Under Bet: Under 41 (-115)

Chicago Bears vs. Green Bay Packers Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Chicago Bears +6.5 (-105) +255 Over 44.5 (-115)
Green Bay Packers -6.5 (-115) -310 Under 44.5 (-105)

Chicago’s win over Philadelphia, paired with the Rams’ loss in Carolina, propelled the Bears to the top seed in the NFC. Caleb Williams and company have won nine of their last 10 games, but they are 6.5-point underdogs in Lambeau this weekend.

Green Bay secured a much-needed win over Detroit on Thanksgiving. However, Jordan Love and the offense have struggled at home this year. Love and the Packers averaged under 15 PPG in their last three home games.

If those struggles continue, the Packers will be in trouble against the Bears this week. Chicago average 26.1 PPG this season and have scored 24+ points in eight of the last ten games.

Winning in Lambeau is easier said than done, but the Bears are one of the hottest teams in the league. Chicago is a great bet to pull off the road upset against their NFC North rival this weekend.

Bears vs. Packers NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: Chicago Bears +6.5 (-105)
  • Moneyline Bet: Chicago Bears (+255)
  • Over/Under Bet: Under 44.5 (-105)

Los Angeles Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Los Angeles Rams -7.5 (-115) -390 Over 48 (-115)
Arizona Cardinals +7.5 (-105) +295 Under 48 (-105)

Matthew Stafford set a new record on Sunday, throwing his 28th TD pass without an interception. Unfortunately, two of Stafford’s next three passes were intercepted, and the Rams lost to the Panthers.

LA should bounce back this week against the Cardinals. Stafford and the Rams are 7.5-point favorites on the road against Arizona.

Jacoby Brissett has helped revitalize the Cardinals’ offense, averaging over 300 passing YPG in his seven starts. However, Brissett’s production has not led to many wins. Arizona is just 1-6 with Brissett under center, and 3-9 on the season.

The Cards are also the only team in the NFC West with a negative scoring differential at -38. For reference, the Rams have a +124 point differential this year.

LA’s loss last week should be a wake-up call, and the Rams will be extra prepared for this divisional matchup. Arizona should cover, but the Rams will leave this game with their 10th win of the season.

Rams vs. Cardinals NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: Arizona Cardinals +7.5 (-105)
  • Moneyline Bet: Los Angeles Rams (-390)
  • Over/Under Bet: Over 48 (-115)

Houston Texans vs. Kansas City Chiefs Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Houston Texans +3.5 (-115) +170 Over 42 (-110)
Kansas City Chiefs -3.5 (-105) -200 Under 42 (-110)

Week 14’s Sunday Night Football matchup is one of the most important games of the 2025 season. Houston (7-5) heads to Kansas City (6-6) in search of its fifth straight win. A loss by either team puts their playoff hopes in serious jeopardy.

A seventh loss would all but eliminate the Chiefs from the postseason, as KC is on the wrong side of the tiebreakers with the other Wild Card hopeful teams. Patrick Mahomes and the desperate Chiefs are 3.5-point home favorites against the Texans in this prime-time matchup.

Houston’s offense has struggled this year, averaging under 22 PPG, and those issues could derail their hopes of winning this week against a stout Chiefs’ defense. However, the Texans’ defense is arguably the best in the league.

The Texans are the only team in the NFL not to allow 200+ total points this season. They also surrender fewer than 175 passing YPG and hold teams under 92 rushing YPG.

Mahomes has a history of decimating the Texans, though, averaging over 270 passing YPG en route to a 3-1 record against Houston in the regular season. KC is also the more desperate team, and I trust them to find a way to keep their season alive in this must-win prime time game.

Texans vs. Chiefs NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: Houston Texans +3.5 (-115)
  • Moneyline Bet: Kansas City Chiefs (-200)
  • Over/Under Bet: Over 42 (-110)

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Los Angeles Chargers Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets

Team Spread Moneyline Total
Philadelphia Eagles -3 (-105) -150 Over 40.5 (-115)
Los Angeles Chargers +3 (-115) +130 Under 40.5 (-105)

Rounding out an exciting Week 14 schedule is a Monday Night Football showdown between the Eagles (8-4) and the Chargers (8-4). Philly have lost back-to-back games for the second time this season. The Chargers, on the other hand, are battling injuries across the board.

Los Angeles are 3-point home underdogs for this battle of eight-win teams. A big reason the Chargers are underdogs is Justin Herbert’s hand injury. LA’s QB broke his left hand on Sunday and had to have surgery this week.

Herbert is pushing to play, but it is risky to put him in this game behind the Chargers’ injury-riddled offensive line.

Philadelphia allowed two 100-yard rushers last week, and the Chargers want to run the ball. LA could get rookie Omarion Hampton back this week, giving the rushing attack a major boost.

Even if Hampton returns, though, the Chargers’ other injuries will keep them from pulling off the upset against a desperate Eagles team.

Eagles vs. Chargers NFL Week 14 Best Bets:

  • Points Spread: Philadelphia Eagles -3 (-105)
  • Moneyline Bet: Philadelphia Eagles (-150)
  • Over/Under Bet: Over 40.5 (-115)
