Best WNBA Predictions Today (With Reasoning), June 18
There are important things to know before betting on the WNBA. Fortunately, if you can’t do your own research, you can see exactly how we arrived at each of our WNBA picks today and the key factors that influenced our analysis.
Atlanta Dream vs. Indiana Fever (-105)
Atlanta (9-4) heads into this matchup feeling good after a dominant 102-77 road win over Toronto. Allisha Gray (26 points) and Rhyne Howard (24 points) combined for 50 points, while Angel Reese controlled the paint with 15 points and 17 rebounds. The Dream also overwhelmed Toronto on the glass 44-24, including 14-5 on the offensive boards, turning second-chance opportunities into easy offense.

The problem is that Indiana (9-5) is playing just as well, if not better. The Fever have won four straight games and are coming off a 113-91 victory over Toronto, a performance that showcased the firepower of one of the league’s most explosive offenses. Kelsey Mitchell poured in 27 points, while Caitlin Clark orchestrated the attack with 21 points and 14 assists. Aliyah Boston added 18 points and 11 boards for Indiana.
This shapes up as one of the most competitive games on the board as the first half of a home-and-home between the two teams. But Indiana gets a meaningful edge by playing at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, where they’ve won six in a row. The Fever already own a win over Atlanta this season and have consistently risen to the occasion against the Dream. With Clark directing the offense, Mitchell providing scoring punch, and the team riding a four-game winning streak, Indiana offers value as a home underdog at WNBA betting sites.
