Best Josh Allen Prop Bets: Predictions, Odds, & Best Bets vs. Patriots

You can find Josh Allen prop bets throughout the entire season, including weekly props and season-long markets. I will be analyzing them each week and sharing the best Josh Allen prop predictions here.

For Week 4, the Bills and Allen are facing the Patriots, so let’s take a closer look at the latest props for this matchup. When I’m done with them, I also evaluate Josh Allen’s odds for individual awards like MVP and Offensive Player of the Year.

Josh Allen Prop Bets vs. Patriots

Lucky Rebel provided the following Josh Allen prop odds for Buffalo’s Week 4 matchup against New England.

Prop Bet Odds Prediction
Anytime TD scorer -117 TD scorer
Total passing & rushing yards Over 262.5 (-117)
Under 262.5 (-113)
Over 262.5 (-117)
Total interceptions Over 0.5 (+109)
Under 0.5 (-143)
Over 0.5 (+109)

Allen and the Bills survived a five-turnover performance against the Chargers last week to remain undefeated. Buffalo cannot afford to make that many mistakes this weekend against the Patriots.

Top NFL betting sites have Allen listed at -117 to score this weekend. He is also available at over/under 262.5 total passing and rushing yards. Oddsmakers have Allen available at over/under 0.5 interceptions.

Anytime TD Scorer: Josh Allen (-117)

Allen has scored six rushing TDs so far this season, tying Derrick Henry for the league lead. He has scored two rushing TDs in every game this year.

Lucky Rebel has Allen listed at -117 to score this weekend against New England.

Allen is averaging 4.1 YPC this season and rushing 9.3 times per game. He is nearly unstoppable near the goal line on QB sneaks and can scramble for long TDs when opportunities arise.

New England has been great against the pass, allowing just 170 yards per game, the second-fewest in the league. However, the Pats have struggled, relatively speaking, against the run. They have allowed 108.3 YPG on the ground this season.

The Pats have struggled to stop Allen in the past, too. He has averaged 4.4 YPC in his 15 career games against New England. He also has five rushing TDs but has not scored against New England since New Year’s Eve 2023.

I believe Allen has a good chance to find the end zone again, so the odds are good enough for a wager.

Total Passing & Rushing Yards: Josh Allen Over 262.5 (-117)

    • Over 262.5 yards (-117)
    • Under 262.5 yards (-113)

Allen is ninth in the NFL with 262 passing YPG and has added another 38 YPG on the ground, second among QBs. He has averaged 300 total yards from passing and rushing per game this season.

Hitting his average could be challenging against a stout Patriots defense. Oddsmakers have Allen listed at over/under 262.5 total rushing and passing yards this week.

In his career, Allen has averaged 32.5 rushing YPG against New England. He has also averaged 201.5 passing YPG in his 15 starts against the Pats. His 234 combined passing and rushing YPG would not be enough to cover this prop.

However, New England has only been average at best against the run this year. The Pats have not had to face any running QBs this year, but they have allowed 46 yards on eight attempts (5.75 YPC) to opposing quarterbacks this year.

A porous run defense will struggle to contain Allen, making it easier for the former MVP to cover his yards total for this prop.

The Bet
Allen Over 262.5 combined yards

Total Interceptions: Josh Allen Over 0.5 (+109)

    • Over 0.5 interceptions (+109)
    • Under 0.5 interceptions (-143)

Buffalo did not commit a turnover in its first two games of the year. That changed quickly in Week 3, as the Bills turned the ball over five times against the Chargers.

Allen was responsible for three of those turnovers, throwing two interceptions and losing a fumble.

Lucky Rebel lists Allen at +109 to have over 0.5 interceptions this weekend. He has 11 interceptions against the Patriots in his career, averaging just under one interception per matchup. Allen has also thrown at least one interception in five of his last seven starts against New England.

New England’s defense only has two interceptions so far this season, but they have at least one pick in back-to-back games. Allen’s history against New England and his rollercoaster playing style suggest he will throw at least one pick on Sunday.

The Bet
Allen Over 0.5 interceptions

Josh Allen Prop Bets for the Season

Lucky Rebel also has the following season-long props for Josh Allen in 2026.

Prop Bet Odds Prediction
Regular season MVP +230 Wins MVP
Offensive Player of the Year +2800 No bet

Allen has emerged as the early-season betting favorite to win MVP at +230 odds. He is also a fringe Offensive Player of the Year contender at 28-1 odds.

Other markets to watch for include Allen’s passing yards, rushing yards, and touchdowns scored totals. While these props are not currently available, they will open periodically throughout the season.

Regular Season MVP: Josh Allen (+230)

Allen won the MVP in 2024 after leading the Bills to a 13-4 record and leading the league with a QBR of 74.8. The win was controversial, though, as Lamar Jackson, not Allen, was named as the First-Team All-Pro quarterback.

The Bills had a down regular season in 2025 by their standards, but Allen still finished third in MVP voting.

Lucky Rebel lists Allen as the +230 favorite this year to win his second MVP award. Through three games, Allen has definitely been the most valuable player in the league. He leads the NFL in total touchdowns with 11 and is averaging 300 total yards per game.

Allen needs to continue to play well and help the Bills reclaim the AFC East if he wants to truly be in the MVP conversation. Winning, or at least competing for, the top seed in the AFC would also help his campaign.

On the bright side, Allen is beloved by the media members who comprise the MVP voters. The division is also wide open with New England suffering through a Super Bowl hangover. With that in mind, Allen is worth the risk as the MVP favorite in early October.

The Bet
Allen MVP
Lucky Rebel
+230

Offensive Player of the Year: Josh Allen (+2800)

Allen is also a contender for Offensive Player of the Year. At +2800 odds, he is currently tied with teammate James Cook for the 10th-best odds to win the award.

He has the best odds of any quarterback in this market, but Allen is unlikely to win OPOY.

The MVP has essentially become a QB-exclusive award, while OPOY is typically given to the best skill player. In fact, it has been nearly a decade since a QB won OPOY (Patrick Mahomes, 2018). That puts Allen at a disadvantage when it comes to becoming a true contender for OPOY in 2026.

Also, despite his greatness so far, Allen has never finished better than fourth in OPOY voting. Even when he won MVP in 2024, Allen only finished sixth in OPOY voting.

Considering that, I am passing on Allen as an OPOY contender this season.
