Let’s break down the opening NFL Week 7 odds and share our picks. We have NFL Week 7 predictions for every point spread bet, moneyline bet, and Over-Under bet on the board at football betting sites. You can also find our exclusive NFL Week 7 A.I. NFL picks for this week.

The following NFL Week 7 betting odds are courtesy of Bovada:

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. New Orleans Saints Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
Jacksonville Jaguars-1 (-110)-115Over 42.5 (-110)
New Orleans Saints+1 (-110)-105Under 42.5 (-110)

The Jaguars and Saints headline what should be an entertaining confrontation at the Caesars Superdome. This is a critical matchup, and could serve as a deciding factor for the playoff picture in December.

Jacksonville is heating up after getting off to a slow start this season. They are coming off a dominant 37-20 performance versus the Colts after beating the Bills in London.

Conversely, the Saints came up short with a 20-13 loss at Houston. The Saints had chance after chance to score, but couldn’t finish drives. Despite an inconsistent 3-3 start, the division is wide open, with the Bucs leading the NFC South at 3-2.

On Thursday Night Football, New Orleans with a superior defensive effort at home should ultimately be the difference. Trevor Lawrence will play well, but the Saints likely get a huge stop or two to derail the Jaguars.

Jaguars vs. Saints Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: New Orleans Saints +1 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: New Orleans Saints (-105)
  • Over-Under Bet: Under 42.5 (-110)

Buffalo Bills vs. New England Patriots Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
Buffalo Bills-9.5 (-110)-410Over 43.5 (-110)
New England Patriots+9.5 (-110)+305Under 43.5 (-110)

The Bills have their eyes set on a Super Bowl run. Meanwhile, Patriots’ fans are wondering when they are getting a new head coach and QB.

Bill Belichick’s coaching career is running on fumes, while Mac Jones is clearly not the heir apparent to Tom Brady in Foxborough. That said, there should be motivation to play well against the Bills.

The Bills’ defensive injuries have been quite significant recently. What was once a strength not long ago, Sean McDermott’s defense now has critical areas on defense to address.

The visitors end up on top on the scoreboard, but laying 9.5 points against a divisional rival on the road is too inflated.

Bills vs. Patriots Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: New England Patriots +9.5 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: Buffalo Bills (-410)
  • Over-Under Bet: Under 43.5 (-110)

Atlanta Falcons vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
Atlanta Falcons+2.5 (-110)+115Over 39 (-110)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers-2.5 (-110)-135Under 39 (-110)

The Falcons are capable of winning games, but their one-dimensional offense doesn’t make this a top-tier team in the NFC.

It’s a QB-driven league, and no one is sure whether Desmond Ridder is the guy for the job in Atlanta as of yet. When the Falcons get behind, it can be tough to stage a comeback on the ground.

Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier are a fantastic 1-2 punch at running back. However, the Buccaneers have the personnel to limit the Falcons against the run.

Expect Baker Mayfield and the Buccaneers’ vertical ability through the air to give them the edge at home.

Falcons vs. Buccaneers Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: Tampa Bay Buccaneers -2.5 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-135)
  • Over-Under Bet: Over 39 (-110)

Las Vegas Raiders vs. Chicago Bears Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
Las Vegas Raiders-1 (-110)-115Over 46.5 (-110)
Chicago Bears+1 (-110)-105Under 46.5 (-110)

The Raiders are a team that are a smart-spot bet in the right situation. Conversely, they can be great fade material some weeks.

This is an early start time for the Raiders, who are traveling from Pacific to Eastern Time. It’s not a favorable situation for the Raiders at Chicago in Week 7. Justin Fields and Jimmy Garoppolo could both be out of action.

Fields suffered a right-hand injury last week against the Vikings. Meanwhile, Garoppolo had to go to the hospital with a back injury.

The Raiders are a subpar team on the road, so the edge has to go to the Bears at home.

Raiders vs. Bears Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: Chicago Bears +1 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: Chicago Bears (-105)
  • Over-Under Bet: Under 46.5 (-110)

Detroit Lions vs. Baltimore Ravens Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
Detroit Lions+2.5 (-110)+120Over 44.5 (-110)
Baltimore Ravens-2.5 (-110)-140Under 44.5 (-110)

The Lions and Ravens have the makeup for one of the most entertaining matchups of the week. These are two fully capable offenses, but this one likely comes down to which pass rush has the better day at the office.

With the Ravens returning from overseas, the Lions should have a head start. The Ravens are coming off an impressive 24-16 win over the Titans at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Against a better QB than Ryan Tannehill, it would have been much closer though.

Jared Goff and the Lions’ offense should be tougher to stop. But, most importantly, Aidan Hutchinson and the Lions should pressure Lamar Jackson into mistakes.

The points are valuable in what could be a game decided by a last-second field goal.

Lions vs. Ravens Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: Detroit Lions +2.5 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: Detroit Lions (+120)
  • Over-Under Bet: Under 44.5 (-110)

Arizona Cardinals vs. Seattle Seahawks Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
Arizona Cardinals+8 (-110)+305Over 46.5 (-110)
Seattle Seahawks-8 (-110)-410Under 46.5 (-110)

The Seahawks are back home after an early start at Cincinnati in Week 6. The Bengals did a fine job preventing Geno Smith and the Seahawks from getting comfortable.

However, the same is unlikely to be true for the Cardinals in this matchup. Expect the Seahawks to turn their offense up with a much cleaner performance at home over the Cardinals.

The Cardinals have looked good in flashes, but Joshua Dobbs likely has a significant mishap or two to put the Seahawks in the driver’s seat. Look for the Seahawks to win and cover by double digits.

Cardinals vs. Seahawks Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: Seattle Seahawks -8 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: Seattle Seahawks (-410)
  • Over-Under Bet: Under 46.5 (-110)

Cleveland Browns vs. Indianapolis Colts Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
Cleveland Browns-2.5 (-115)-150Over 39.5 (-110)
Indianapolis Colts+2.5 (-105)+125Under 39.5 (-110)

After Deshaun Watson was working towards starting in Week 6, he sat on the bench with an injury designation against the San Francisco 49ers. Reports suggest that his rotator cuff injury is progressing well, so his return appears promising, but not confirmed right now.

The concern for the Browns is quickly turning their focus on the Colts after such a determined effort versus the 49ers last week. The Browns may have emptied the tank and aren’t in their best form at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Considering how differently these teams played last week, the Browns should be one of the largest public plays of Week 7. From an effort perspective, expect the Colts to look like a different team at home.

Browns vs. Colts Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: Indianapolis Colts +2.5 (-105)
  • Moneyline Bet: Indianapolis Colts (+125)
  • Over-Under Bet: Under 39.5 (-110)

Washington Commanders vs. New York Giants Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
Washington Commanders-2.5 (-110)-135Over 41.5 (-110)
New York Giants+2.5 (-110)+115Under 41.5 (-110)

For a myriad of reasons, this hasn’t been an ideal season for the Giants. They are dead last in the NFC East with just one win.

Saquon Barkley and offensive line injuries have been at the forefront of their problems. However, the Giants are optimistic that they will have Daniel Jones and Barkley together this week. Last week, Tyrod Taylor was serviceable in relief of Jones against the Bills.

If that is true, the Giants should be in much better shape to compete in Week 7. On Sunday, the Commanders had a gutsy 24-16 win to end a three-game losing streak. This team is still wildly inconsistent from week-to-week, though.

Commanders vs. Giants Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: New York Giants +2.5 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: New York Giants (+115)
  • Over-Under Bet: Under 41.5 (-110)

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Los Angeles Rams Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
Pittsburgh Steelers+3.5 (-110)+145Over 42.5 (-110)
Los Angeles Rams-3.5 (-110)-175Under 42.5 (-110)

The Steelers are on the West Coast after returning from their bye week. In Week 5, the Steelers were in top defensive form in a 17-10 win over the Ravens.

It wasn’t a pretty effort from the offense, but the defense gave the Ravens a multitude of issues. They should be able to do the same to Matthew Stafford and the Rams.

If the Steelers did their work during the bye week, they should have the advantage. Stafford has Cooper Kupp back, but the Steelers’ defense can give the Rams’ offense some issues.

Steelers vs. Rams Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: Pittsburgh Steelers +3.5 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: Pittsburgh Steelers (+145)
  • Over-Under Bet: Under 42.5 (-110)

Green Bay Packers vs. Denver Broncos Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
Green Bay Packers-1.5 (-110)-125Over 46 (-110)
Denver Broncos+1.5 (-110)+105Under 46 (-110)

The Packers are another team returning to the field following a bye week. Coming off back-to-back losses, the Packers had plenty of homework to complete.

The bye came at the perfect time for this young Packers squad. Jordan Love and his receivers were out of sync in a 17-13 loss at Las Vegas.

Now, the Packers have a favorable matchup versus a porous Denver defense. Love and the Packers receive a gift out of the bye against one of the worst secondary units in football.

Packers vs. Broncos Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: Green Bay Packers -1.5 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: Green Bay Packers (-125)
  • Over-Under Bet: Over 46 (-110)

Los Angeles Chargers vs. Kansas City Chiefs Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
Los Angeles Chargers+6.5 (-115)+215Over 51.5 (-110)
Kansas City Chiefs-6.5 (-105)-260Under 51.5 (-110)

The Chiefs welcome the Chargers to Arrowhead Stadium for an AFC West rivalry matchup.

On Thursday Night Football, the Chiefs handled the Broncos by a score of 19-8. Despite going through the motions, it was still a double-digit win for the Chiefs. In 2023, the defense is the real star of the show in Kansas City, but the offense is set to hit big plays this week.

The Chiefs go from the terrible Broncos’ secondary to another anemic secondary against the Chargers. In fact, statistically, the Chargers are the worst team in the NFL against the pass.

Expect Patrick Mahomes to dice the Chargers up, while the Chiefs’ defense has been performing well recently. The Chiefs should emerge with a win and cover at home.

Chargers vs. Chiefs Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: Kansas City Chiefs -6.5 (-105)
  • Moneyline Bet: Kansas City Chiefs (-260)
  • Over-Under Bet: Over 51.5 (-110)

Miami Dolphins vs. Philadelphia Eagles Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
Miami Dolphins+3 (-115)+125Over 52.5 (-110)
Philadelphia Eagles-3 (-105)-150Under 52.5 (-110)

The Dolphins and Eagles meet in the matchup of the week on Sunday Night Football. If there’s one game to watch in Week 7, it has to be Dolphins vs. Eagles.

There is talent on both sides of the ball for this epic showdown at Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles are coming off a discouraging effort against the Jets, but should respond well at home.

Is that going to equate to a win after losing to the Jets in dreadful fashion? It was probably a case of the Eagles looking ahead to the Dolphins in Week 7.

However, it’s hard not to consider Tua Tagovailoa and the Dolphins as an underdog. Tagovailoa, Tyreek Hill, and Jaylen Waddle should be prepared to shine in the spotlight.

Dolphins vs. Eagles Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: Miami Dolphins +3 (-115)
  • Moneyline Bet: Miami Dolphins (+125)
  • Over-Under Bet: Over 52.5 (-110)

San Francisco 49ers vs. Minnesota Vikings Odds

TEAMSPREADMONEYLINEODDS
San Francisco 49ers-7.5 (-110)-370Over 45 (-110)
Minnesota Vikings+7.5 (-110)+285Under 45 (-110)

The 49ers remain on the road after an ugly loss at Cleveland against the Browns. Despite missing Watson, the Browns upset the 49ers for a 19-17 final. Jake Moody had a chip shot for the win and missed at the final whistle.

Christian McCaffrey and Deebo Samuel left the matchup early with injuries. Pay attention to the 49ers’ injury report for updates regarding those two. If McCaffrey and Samuel are absent, Brock Purdy will have a significant disadvantage.

We do know that Justin Jefferson will be unavailable for the Vikings. That said, we like how Kirk Cousins played against the Bears without him. Jordan Addison should take on a larger role in the Vikings’ offense in Week 7.

With the Vikings’ NFL Week 7 odds at +7.5, they are a solid home underdog bet.

49ers vs. Vikings Prediction:

  • Point Spread Bet: Minnesota Vikings +7.5 (-110)
  • Moneyline Bet: San Francisco 49ers (-370)
  • Over-Under Bet: Under 45 (-110)

NFL Week 7 Best Bet

The Cardinals had their moment in the spotlight, but now reality is hitting them hard. They were dropped to 1-5 on the season after a 26-9 loss at SoFi Stadium to the Rams.

Since upsetting the Cowboys, they’re riding a three-game skid. This is the Cardinals team that we expected to see this season.

The Cardinals were competitive early on, but we didn’t have confidence that they could sustain it. Now, the Cardinals are back to looking at the first overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

This is the perfect opponent for the Seahawks to regain some momentum following a tough trip to Cincinnati. The offense was unable to develop a rhythm, but that should change versus a spotty Cardinals’ defense.

Geno Smith is likely to strike early and often, forcing Dobbs to get the Cardinals into the end zone with his arm. We do not foresee that going well for the Cardinals in Seattle.

The Seahawks are 4-1 against the spread (ATS) versus the Cardinals in their last five games. Expect the Seahawks to bounce back and make it 5-1 ATS in their previous six matchups over the Cardinals.
