The FIBA Champions League Final 4 odds show two clear favorites: Unicaja Málaga and Tenerife. Those two met in the 2024 final. Can AEK Betsson and Rytas spoil a rematch, and a potential three-peat for Málaga?
I’ll dig into the Basketball Champions League odds for the Final 4 and give you my predictions for both semifinal games, as well as my expectations on the most likely final!
FIBA Champions League 2026 Final Four Winner Odds
| TEAM | ODDS |
|---|---|
| Unicaja Málaga | +150 |
| Tenerife | +165 |
| AEK Betsson | +400 |
| Rytas | +700 |
The two-time defending champions from Unicaja Málaga (+150) are the favorites in the FIBA Champions League Final 4 odds with an implied probability of 40%. But Tenerife isn’t far behind with an implied probability of 37.7% at online basketball betting sites. Both teams should be well-represented in Badalona this weekend.
AEK Betsson (+400) and Rytas (+700) are the FIBA Champions League Final 4 betting underdogs here. AEK has a 20% implied probability, followed by 12.5%. Can these underdogs overcome the odds in Spain?

FIBA Champions League 2026 Format and Key Info
The FIBA Champions League Final 4 will start with two knockout semifinals between the last four teams in the competition. Both games will be played in Badalona, Spain, at the Palau Municipal d’Esports de Badalona, on Thursday, May 7, 2026.
Rytas will face Tenerife in the first semifinal at 12:00 PM ET. The second game is between AEK Betsson and Unicaja Málaga at 3:00 PM ET.
The final will feature the two winners of the semifinals. That will be played on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 3:00 AM ET. This game will also be in Badalona, which will also host the third-place game on Sunday at 11:00 AM ET.
Unicaja Málaga vs. AEK Betsson Prediction
Unicaja Málaga are going for the three-peat after finishing atop Group G, then they tied Asisa Joventut for first in Group K in the Round of 16. The favorites then swept Alba Berlin in two games in the quarterfinals.
Guard Kendrick Perry leads the team with 10.6 points and 4.4 assists per game. But they’re in the semifinals because they’re the strongest defensive team left in the field. These guys know how to get stops when they need to. But they can also get buckets as the third-best team in the FIBA Champions League in points per game.
Largest margin in BCL Finals history, back-to-back champions in 2025, and in the 2026 Final Four. 🏆

AEK got here by topping Group F in the group phase, and did the same in Group J in the Round of 16. The Greek team needed three games to beat Asisa Joventut in the quarterfinals. Guard Frank Bartley scored 18.5 points to lead AEK, and he also topped the team with 3.5 assists. Like Unicaja, AEK is also an excellent defensive team, and put the clamps on Joventut in the quarterfinal clincher, allowing just 67 points.
These two teams met in the semifinals last season, with Unicaja pulling out a 71-65 win. The star of that game was Dylan Osetkowski with 14 points and ten rebounds. Osetkowski is now in Serbia, but Unicaja has Perry and power forward Tyson Perez to step up. I expect a low-scoring game, with Unicaja likely to pull out the win again in my 2026 FIBA Champions League Final 4 predictions on Thursday!
Tenerife vs. Rytas Prediction
Tenerife came out on top in Group D in the group phase, and repeated the feat in Group L in the Round of 16. They did need three games to outlast Galatasaray in a repeat of last year’s semifinal, but put the tie to bed with a 99-59 thrashing in the final game.
Patty Mills leads a balanced attack with 12.0 points. Tenerife legend Marcelinho Huertas is still going at 42 years old, averaging 11.3 points and 6.2 assists. They’re also a solid defensive club, as Tenerife showed in their blasting of Galatasaray.

Rytas are the new boys to this stage of the FIBA Champions League Final 4, as they’ve lost in the Round of 16 in three of the last four seasons. This season, the Lithuanian team finished first in Group A in the group phase, and again in Group A in the Round of 16.
Rytas then eliminated ERA Nymburk in the quarterfinals in two close victories. Guard Jerrick Harding is second in the FIBA Champions League with 18.8 points, and Rytas is first in the competition with 90.8 points per game. They’re a fine defensive team, but not in the same league as the other teams in the FIBA Champions League Final 4.
That’s why I’m backing Tenerife with my prediction here, not to mention, they’re more experienced at this stage in the competition than Rytas. If it comes down to a close game, I’m more confident that Tenerife can get a stop than Rytas.
FIBA Basketball Champions League 2026 Winner Prediction and Betting Pick
I’m looking ahead to an all-Spanish final between Unicaja Málaga and Tenerife, who met in the 2024 final. That was won by Unicaja by a score of 80-75. I think these are the two best teams remaining in the competition.
My FIBA Champions League Final 4 Winner prediction is Unicaja to pull off the three-peat, as they’re a better team on the both ends of the floor than Tenerife. I believe they’re more consistent offensively, and that they’re the best defensive team in Europe. At +150, Unicaja is a terrific pick to win their third consecutive FIBA Champions League Final 4!
