Best WNBA Predictions Today (With Reasoning), October 26

There are important things to know before betting on the WNBA. Fortunately, if you can’t do your own research, you can see exactly how we arrived at each of our WNBA picks today and the key factors that influenced our analysis.

Atlanta Dream vs. Golden State Valkyries: Dream (+100)

The Dream had a rough Game 4. 17 turnovers is a brutal number at any level of basketball, and Angel Reese and Allisha Gray were both well below their offensive standards. That kind of performance doesn’t repeat itself two games in a row. Atlanta cleans up the ball-handling, and this becomes a different game. Rhyne Howard was good, however, with 19 points.

On the other side, Golden State’s offense has been stagnant throughout this series. The Valkyries are built around their defense, which is a legitimate strength, but leaning that heavily on one end of the floor makes it hard to pull away when the other team tightens up. If Atlanta protects the ball, the Valkyries don’t have enough offensive firepower to run away with this one.

At even money (+100), you’re getting the Dream at a great price. The juice on the Valkyries makes Golden State the less efficient bet here even if you like them. Atlanta’s bounce-back potential combined with Golden State’s offensive limitations makes the Dream the sharper play at WNBA betting sites.
