1. The Sports Geek’s March Madness Pick’em Contest

The Sports Geek invites you to join our exclusive 2026 March Madness pick’em contest! It’s free to enter, you simply have to sign up for a free TSG account.

To play, you must make picks from multiple ATS lines and props for the Sweet 16 and the Final Four. The winner at the end of each round will win a $500 gift card. If there are ties, you’ll be asked to complete a tiebreaker question.

2. BetUS’s Sweet 16 $10,000 Bracket Contest

BetUS continues its March Madness contests with a Sweet 16 bracket contest. Members receive 1 entry for free, and then one more for every $100 deposited into their accounts.

To compete, you must complete a 16-team bracket and submit it between March 23rd and March 26th. Be careful when submitting your picks, though, as your selections cannot be changed once submitted.

The grand prize for a perfect bracket is $10,000.

Additional prizes for this contest include:

All prizes, except the grand prize, have a 10x rollover.

How to Enter

Complete these steps to join this BetUS March Madness contest:

Bovada has a Mega Drops contest that started at the beginning of March Madness, where players could get up to $100 after each round, all the way through the Final Four.

All you have to do is make a single bet on a game in that specific round, for example, the Sweet 16 coming up on Thursday. After your bet, your qualifying account will be entered into a random Mega Drop draw. The prize pool is $30,000 for the Sweet 16, and $20,000 for the Elite Eight, which follows immediately.

The prize pool is split between all eligible players, and each player can receive up to $1000 for each round.

4. MyBookie’s 25K March Madness Bracket

Not to be left out, MyBookie is also running a Sweet 16 bracket contest in 2026. The prize pool consists of $25,000. There will be 250 winners, and it is broken down as:
