SSG Landers vs. NC Dinos: Under 9.5 (-118)
The SSG Landers and NC Dinos meet on Saturday for the second of three matchups at Changwon NC Park. The Landers got off to a quick start behind a gem from Drew Anderson in a 4-0 victory.
We should have another stout pitching matchup on Saturday, too. The total appears a touch inflated at 9.5 runs. Landers’ ace Mitch White is scheduled to receive the starting assignment on the road. White has been dynamite in his first season in the KBO.

He owns a 2.65 ERA and 1.08 WHIP through 74.2 innings of work. The 30-year-old KBO rookie has allowed no runs in three of his previous five outings. In his latest start, White mowed down the Hanwha Eagles across six innings for no runs allowed and a 0.83 WHIP.
On the opposite side, Cho Min-suk receives the starting call for the Dinos. He’ll make his first start in the KBO since the 2023 season. Cho held up pretty well that season, with a 4.06 ERA and 1.52 WHIP. After missing last year and pitching sharply in the minors recently, Cho appears ready to make his first outing in two years.
I’m confident that White and Cho combine for a fairly formidable performance to hold the total under 9.5 runs!
Hanwha Eagles vs. Kiwoom Heroes: Hanwha (-162)
Former MLB standout Ryu Hyun-jin gets the call for his 15th start in 2025. Since returning home to South Korea, Ryu has impressed in the KBO. Ryu and the Eagles should be in the leading position over the lowly Kiwoom Heroes in this matchup.
The Heroes enter dead last in the league after dropping to 26-57-3 with a 2-1 loss yesterday. They were foiled by Cody Ponce, and are likely going to see the same result versus Ryu in this matchup. The Heroes rank last in the KBO, with a team batting average of .237 and 297 RBIs.

Ryu should stay on top here, as he’s already handcuffed the Heroes this season for a 0.00 ERA and 0.33 WHIP across six innings! Don’t expect the Heroes’ offense to suddenly come to life against Ryu. Their best chance is to get an elite showing from starter Lachlan Wells.
Wells is in solid shape through two starts in the KBO. He owns a 3.38 ERA and 1.13 WHIP across eight innings versus the Tigers and Lions. However, the former Australian League pitcher has limited experience in the KBO, and I don’t trust him nearly as much as Ryu here.
Everything considered, the Eagles are getting a pretty strong price on the moneyline for your best KBO picks today!
