Kiwoom Heroes vs. Hanwha Eagles: Hanwha Eagles -1.5 (-145)
Note that yesterday was rained out, so the Kiwoom Heroes and Hanwha Eagles will try to get this matchup in at Daejeon Hanbat Baseball Stadium. My thought remains the same, with the Eagles a sharp play on your runline for your best KBO bets today.
Laying the runline with Hanwha is more than justified with Cody Ponce on the mound. The rookie right-hander has been elite, owning a 1.76 ERA and 0.90 WHIP across the season. He’s already dismantled the Heroes three times in 2025, racking up a 3-0 record and 1.90 ERA in the matchup. Simply put, Ponce dominates bad teams, and Kiwoom fits the mold.
HUGE congratulations to Hanwha Eagles pitcher Cody Ponce (@Cody_Ponce48), who broke the #KBO record for strikeouts in a single season: 226!

Offensively, Kiwoom continues to fail. They sit dead last in team batting average at .242 and haven’t shown any signs of life against quality arms. That’s a bad combo heading into a matchup against one of the KBO’s most consistent arms.
Ha Yeong-min doesn’t offer much resistance. His 5.32 ERA is rough on its own, but his 8.68 ERA against Hanwha is downright brutal. With a soft arm on the mound and no punch in the lineup, Kiwoom is up against it.
Hanwha should cruise here and cover comfortably on the runline for your KBO picks today.
Doosan Bears vs. NC Dinos: Doosan Bears Moneyline (+110)
Doosan is quietly offering sharp value on the moneyline tonight at +110. Choi Min‑seok takes the hill for the Bears with a solid 3.91 ERA and 1.29 WHIP through 15 appearances. The 19-year-old has shown poise beyond his years, holding opponents to three or fewer earned runs in five of his last seven starts.
That stability is a stark contrast to what the Dinos are rolling out. Kim Nok‑won has been rocked in this matchup, sporting a bloated 6.30 ERA across four starts against Doosan. His season-long numbers don’t help either. A 7.02 ERA and 1.80 WHIP through 57.2 innings point to ongoing command and contact issues.
When you’re getting the steadier arm and the team that owns this pitching matchup, grabbing Doosan at plus money feels like a clear-cut edge.
