The Hanwha Eagles vs KT Wiz matchup has underplay written all over it — two starters locked in and limiting damage. That makes the Under 7.5 (-120) the sharp choice.
Cody Ponce has been nothing short of dominant this KBO season. He owns a 1.70 ERA and 0.90 WHIP, is undefeated, and has consistently shut down KT Wiz before. Against them, his ERA drops even tighter, and his record is perfect. That level of control from a starter puts a ceiling on the scoring.

Opposite him, Ko Young‑pyo has been more than serviceable. With a 3.11 ERA and 1.23 WHIP in 26 appearances, he’s kept opponents in check lately, allowing two or fewer earned runs in nine of his last 12 outings. His recent form suggests KT Wiz won’t be letting runs come easily.
When both starters are locked in like this, it’s tough for either offense to break through. Expect a low‑scoring duel. Under is the value play.
Doosan Bears vs. SSG Landers: Under 8.5 (-118)
Friday’s matchup between the Doosan Bears and SSG Landers shapes up as a strong Under spot at 8.5 runs. With both starters trending well and recent form supporting a lower-scoring game, the value leans Under at -118.
Doosan hands the ball to Choi Min-seok, who’s been sharp against this Landers lineup. He owns a 1.64 ERA in previous meetings with SSG, and while his full-season line sits at 3.98 with a 1.29 WHIP, he’s shown he can keep the Landers’ bats quiet.
