Samsung Lions vs. SSG Landers: SSG Landers (-155)
The KBO semifinals open with the SSG Landers hosting the Samsung Lions, and the home side has the edge in both form and pitching. SSG rolls out Mitch White, who was rock-solid all season with a 2.87 ERA and 1.15 WHIP over 134.2 innings. The 30-year-old has been locked in down the stretch, allowing two or fewer earned runs in four of his last five starts.

Samsung counters with Choi Won-tae, who hasn’t found his footing since joining the Lions. He carries a 4.92 ERA and 1.44 WHIP and has barely been used recently, with his longest outing over his last four appearances being just 2.1 innings. That likely means an early trip to the bullpen, and against an SSG lineup built to grind out runs, that’s a tough spot.
With White on the bump and home field in their corner, expect the Landers to take control early and grab Game 1.
