Best KBO Predictions Today (With Reasoning), April 29

There are important things to know before betting on the KBO. Luckily, if you don’t have time to do your own research, you can discover how we came to a conclusion for each one of our KBO picks today:

KIA Tigers vs. NC Dinos: Dinos -1.5 (-115)

The NC Dinos stand out as a strong runline play, with a clear edge on the mound and a favorable matchup against a struggling KIA pitching staff. This sets up well for a multi-run victory.

Koo Chang-mo takes the ball for NC and looks fully back to ace form. After dealing with injuries over the past couple of seasons, he’s been excellent in 2026, posting a 2.54 ERA and 0.99 WHIP across 28.1 innings. He’s allowed one or no earned runs in three of his five starts, showing the consistency and dominance that has made him one of the top pitchers in the KBO.

KIA counters with Lee Eui-lee, who continues to struggle. He enters with a 7.71 ERA and 2.04 WHIP, and his issues are even more pronounced against NC, where he’s been hit for a 10.13 ERA and 3.75 WHIP this season.

With a significant advantage in starting pitching and facing a vulnerable arm, NC is well-positioned to take control early and maintain it. Back the Dinos on the runline as one of the top KBO picks today.

Kiwoom Heroes vs. Lotte Giants: Under 9.5 (-120)

This total looks a bit inflated, given the offensive struggles on both sides and a matchup that leans toward controlled pitching. The under is a strong play in this spot.

Kiwoom turns to Oh Seok-joo, who has been effective in both starting and relief roles. He enters with a 2.29 ERA and has allowed more than one run in just one of his seven appearances, showing an ability to limit damage even when traffic builds (1.54 WHIP).

Offense remains a major issue for the Heroes. They rank last in the KBO with a .238 team batting average and have shown very little power, making it difficult to generate consistent scoring.

Lotte counters with Elvin Rodriguez, who has been more reliable than expected. He holds a 4.18 ERA overall and has pitched well against Kiwoom this season, posting a 1.13 ERA in that matchup. He’s also allowed one or fewer earned runs in three of his five starts.

The Giants haven’t been much better offensively, sitting near the bottom of the league with a .244 average and just 74 RBIs. With both lineups struggling and pitchers capable of keeping runs in check, this game profiles as a lower-scoring contest. Consider the Under 9.5 as one of the best KBO bets today.
