Dallas Wings (+5) vs. Minnesota Lynx (-105)

The Dallas Wings plus the points is the best bet in this matchup between two of the WNBA’s hottest teams.

Dallas (7-3) picked up its fourth straight win with a 104-96 victory over Los Angeles. Arike Ogunbowale continued her outstanding run with 30 points, six rebounds, and six assists, while Jessica Shepard dominated the glass with 22 points and 15 rebounds. The Wings were efficient throughout the night, shooting 53% from the floor and knocking down 10 triples.

Minnesota (9-2) has been just as impressive. The Lynx crushed Seattle 88-68 for their seventh consecutive victory. Natasha Howard led the way with 27 points, and Minnesota continues to set the standard on both ends of the floor, ranking first in the WNBA in both points scored and points allowed.

Even with the Lynx rolling, this number feels a bit too high. Dallas is playing excellent basketball, has plenty of offensive firepower, and should be able to trade punches with one of the league’s elite teams. Expect a competitive game that stays within a couple of possessions, making the Wings the value side at +5 at WNBA betting sites.

Phoenix Mercury (+280) vs. Golden State Valkyries

There is value on the Phoenix Mercury moneyline as they look to extend their winning streak to three games against a Golden State team that has started to lose momentum.

Phoenix (4-8) comes into this matchup with a losing record, but the record does not tell the full story. The Mercury have responded well after a difficult stretch, winning back-to-back road games, including a 78-72 victory in Portland. DeWanna Bonner led the way with 19 points, five rebounds, and five assists, providing the veteran leadership this team needs. Those consecutive wins have helped Phoenix regain confidence after suffering a 40-point home loss to Minnesota on Friday.

Golden State (6-5) has dropped two straight following an 84-79 defeat in Las Vegas. Gabby Williams scored 27 points, but the Valkyries struggled offensively overall, shooting just 39% from the field while connecting on 11-of-35 attempts from three-point range.

The Valkyries have not been playing their best basketball lately, while Phoenix appears to be trending in the opposite direction. With the Mercury building momentum and carrying confidence from consecutive road wins, the underdog price offers plenty of appeal in what looks like a very winnable game.
