Lotte Giants vs. KIA Tigers: Giants (-110)
The Lotte Giants offer strong value on the moneyline against the KIA Tigers, with Elvin Rodriguez providing a significant advantage on the mound. At -110, Lotte is the preferred side in what could be a competitive matchup.
Rodriguez has been excellent this season, carrying a 3.77 ERA and 1.32 WHIP across 22 starts. He’s also been remarkably consistent, allowing three or fewer runs in 11 consecutive outings. That level of reliability should give the Giants a solid foundation against KIA.

Rodriguez has been even better against the Tigers, posting a 1.29 ERA against KIA in 2026. His success in this matchup makes him particularly appealing at a near-even price.
The Tigers counter with Hwang Dong-ha, who enters with a 4.82 ERA and 1.49 WHIP. His recent form is a concern, as he’s surrendered 16 runs across his last five outings. Hwang has also struggled against Lotte, recording a 4.85 ERA in two starts against the Giants this season.
With Rodriguez consistently limiting opposing offenses and dominating KIA, while Hwang continues to allow runs, Lotte has the more favorable pitching matchup. The Giants should have enough opportunities against Hwang to secure the outright victory.
Samsung Lions vs. Kiwoom Heroes: Lions -1.5 (-135)
The Samsung Lions have a strong setup on the runline against the Kiwoom Heroes, with Choi Won-tae providing a significant advantage on the mound. Samsung’s offensive production and overall pitching strength also make the Lions an appealing choice to win by multiple runs.
Choi has been particularly effective against Kiwoom this season, posting a 2.67 ERA across three starts. That matchup success should give Samsung confidence that he can keep the Heroes’ offense under control.
Kiwoom has struggled to generate offense throughout the season, ranking last in the KBO with a .246 team batting average and just 435 RBIs. The Heroes also send Park Jun-hyun to the mound, and his 5.04 ERA suggests Samsung should have opportunities to score. Park has allowed at least four earned runs in three of his last five starts, highlighting his recent inconsistency.

The Lions have the offensive firepower to take advantage. Samsung ranks second in the KBO with a .278 team batting average and leads the league by a wide margin with 614 RBIs. Their pitching staff is also second overall with a 4.24 ERA, giving them an advantage on both sides of the ball.
With Choi pitching well against Kiwoom and the Lions holding significant advantages offensively and on the mound, Samsung should be capable of creating separation.
