Crazy Bets Available Online Overview
Aliens
First on my list of weird things you can bet on are aliens! BetUS offers multiple markets for extraterrestrials, especially after the Trump administration released a bunch of files with government documents and videos on the topic.
A cool way to wager on aliens is to bet on whether any well-known celebrities will be revealed as extraterrestrials. BetUS lists the following celebs as favorites to be confirmed as aliens.
-
- Elon Musk (+2500)
- Adam Silver (+3000)
- Kanye West (+4000)
- Mark Zuckerberg (+4000)
- Tom Cruise (+5000)
You can even bet on the first person to return with Aliens
-
- Michael Jackson (+1500)
- Elvis Presley (+2000)
- Bob Saget (+2500)
- Prince (+4000)
- Jesus Christ (+5000)
Both wagers must be graded by the end of 2026. If you feel adventurous and want to try a wager on these, you will find them at BetUS.
Stranger Things “Conformity Gate” Episode
Stranger Things concluded a successful five-season run on Netflix last year. However, after many fans felt the series finale was lacking, they turned to the internet to create a new conspiracy theory for the popular show.
According to some fans, there were hints in the Stranger Things final season that the entire season was really an illusion created by the show’s main antagonist, Vecna.
The fan theory, known as Conformity Gate, has gained traction, especially since it promised a surprise ninth episode for the final season. BetUS has the odds of a “Conformity Gate” episode being released by December 31st, 2026, at +500.
The theory pushed January 7th as the release date for the secret episode. That date has long since passed, and many people involved with the show, including Netflix, the Duffer Brothers, and Vecna’s actor, Jaime Campbell Bower, have dismissed the idea of a secret episode.
Of course, that is what the creators would say if they wanted to keep the secret episode a secret.
AI Data Centers in Space
AI data centers have become a hot-button issue, and their environmental impacts are a big reason why. One solution proposed by pro-AI billionaires is to put data centers in space.

BetUS has two markets for the date of AI data centers launching into space:
- Launched by December 31st, 2026 (+2500)
- Launched by December 31st, 2027 (+250)
Putting the data centers in space could, in theory, offer a lot of benefits. They would have unlimited solar energy, and the vacuum of space would keep them cool. The logistics of building an AI data center in space, though, present some hurdles.
BetUS also has markets for bettors looking to wager against the future of AI. You can bet on the AI industry experiencing a downturn by December 21st, 2026, at +350 odds. Also, you can bet on AI being charged with a crime by the end of the year at 12-1 odds.
Grey Cup Halftime Show Performer
Betting on the Super Bowl, especially the Halftime Show, is one of the most popular ways for football fans to gamble. However, you do not need to wait until February to wager on a major football game’s halftime performance.
The Grey Cup is the CFL’s version of the Big Game, and it takes place every November. BetUS has the following odds on this season’s Grey Cup Halftime Show performer.
-
- Brad Paisley (+250)
- Nickelback (+300)
- The Beaches (+400)
- Shania Twain (+500)
- Josh Ross (+500)
Despite the game dating back to 1909, the Grey Cup did not start having halftime performers until 1990. Since then, many famous names have graced the stage of the championship game’s intermission period.
Some notable performers in recent years include MGK, the Jonas Brothers, and Green Day.
Brad Paisley is the favorite in this bizarre futures market at +250. He is closely followed by Canadian rock band Nickelback at 3-1 odds. Nickelback previously performed the halftime show in 2011. Shania Twain (2002) and Josh Ross (2022) are tied for the fourth-best odds and, like Nickelback, would be repeat performers.
The Future of “X” in Europe
Countries across the globe have begun taking action against social media platforms. Australia, for instance, recently banned the use of social media for children under 16. France implemented a similar social media ban for children under 15.
BetUS has odds on the future of the platform X, formerly known as Twitter. Oddsmakers have the odds that any European country bans X in 2026 at +300.

The conflict between the EU and X’s owner, Elon Musk, has escalated for years.
In 2025, the EU fined X approximately $140 million for violating the Digital Services Act’s transparency rules. Musk retaliated by banning the European Commission from advertising on X.
Musk has agreed to make changes to X to make the site more transparent. He has six months to implement the agreed-upon changes. However, if tensions start to rise again or Musk fails to follow through, X could be banned.
The six-month timeline is tricky for this wager, as X needs to be banned before the end of 2026 for the bet to cash. However, a six-month trajectory pushes Musk’s deadline into 2027.
Natalie Harp Futures
The Natalie Harp situation has been one of the weirder situations surrounding the president ahead of the 2026 midterms. Speculation about Harp’s exact role ranges from her being Trump’s nurse to the president’s secret lover.
Donald Trump reportedly said his most devoted aide, Natalie Harp, is the only person who loves him as much as his wife and children.
"She’ll never leave me.”

Whatever her role is, it is clear that Harp has a close relationship with the president. So far, though, the details revealed about their relationship have created more questions than they have answered.
BetOnline has multiple markets concerning Harp’s future. Some of the bets currently available include:
- To announce pregnancy via President Trump (+3300)
- To appear in the Epstein Files (+2000)
- Assume any cabinet position (+1400)
- Run for elected office (+1000)
- To present a Fox News show (+250)
One of the best parts about these bizarre wagers is that they have until the end of next year, 2027, to cash. Also, they have high payout odds, meaning a small wager has plenty of time to lead to a big payout before 2028.
FBI Top 10 Most Wanted List
BetUS also has unique bets available, including wagers regarding the FBI’s most wanted list.
Any fugitive from the FBI Top 10 Most Wanted list captured by June 2026:
-
- Yes (-350)
- No (+225)
#BREAKING 🚨 Olympian turned drug kingpin Ryan Wedding — currently on the FBI's top 10 most wanted list — has been accused of ordering the murder of a witness.

— TMZ (@TMZ) November 19, 2025
The list is fluid, and you can view an updated Top 10 Most Wanted ranking on the FBI’s website. Two members of the list, Ryan Wedding and Cindy Rodrigues Singh, were recently captured. For the yes option in this wager to cash at -350 odds, any other fugitive in the Top 10 must be captured by June 2026.
The FBI looks nationwide for the criminals on the list, and tips are submitted from across the country. Successful tips could lead to cash rewards, so there is plenty of incentive for others to turn in the wanted fugitives.
Betting on this market could help you cash in on their efforts. There is also “no” option available at +225 odds if you do not think another member of the Top 10 will be caught by next summer.
Next Celebrities to Be Arrested or Jailed
Celebrity exploits are another way to wager on novelty betting lines. One of the weirdest ways to bet on celebrity futures is to wager on the next celeb to be arrested or jailed.
BetUS has these odds for celebs battling the legal system in 2026:
-
- Nancy Pelosi to be arrested or jailed in 2026 (+500)
- Volodimir Zelensky to be arrested or jailed in 2026 (+600)
- Donald Trump to arrested or jailed in 2026 (+600)
- Marjorie Taylor Greene to be arrested or jailed in 2026 (+1000)
- Bill Gates to be arrested or jailed in 2026 (+2000)
A lot of political figures are featured in the odds, which is hardly a surprise given how hostile US politics have been for a while now. It’s interesting to also see Zelensky and Bill Gates on the list, while BetUS offers odds on many more celebrities.
