Crazy Bets Available Online Overview
Aliens
First on my list of weird things you can bet on are aliens! BetUS offers multiple markets for extraterrestrials, especially after the Trump administration released a bunch of files with government documents and videos on the topic.
A cool way to wager on aliens is to bet on whether any well-known celebrities will be revealed as extraterrestrials. BetUS lists the following celebs as favorites to be confirmed as aliens.
-
- Elon Musk (+2500)
- Adam Silver (+3000)
- Kanye West (+4000)
- Mark Zuckerberg (+4000)
- Tom Cruise (+5000)
You can even bet on the first person to return with Aliens
-
- Michael Jackson (+1500)
- Elvis Presley (+2000)
- Bob Saget (+2500)
- Prince (+4000)
- Jesus Christ (+5000)
Both wagers must be graded by the end of 2026. If you feel adventurous and want to try a wager on these, you will find them at BetUS.
Sperm Racing Cup
The growing world of sperm racing is one of the most bizarre new competitions for bettors to enjoy. Thanks to BetUS, there are two exciting futures markets for the upcoming World Cup for this fertile new sport.
- Current record to be broken (-1000)
- Continent of Winner
- Eurasia (-300)
- North America (+200)
- Africa (+300)
- South America (+500)
- Australia (+2000)
The current world record was set by a member of USC during the USC vs. UCLA meet last year. At that competition, the record for one lap of the 3,800μm track is 64 seconds.

This year’s World Cup does not have a set date, but it will offer a $100,000 prize to the winner. Athletes from 128 countries are expected to compete.
You can also wager on which continent the winner of the Sperm Racing Cup will be from. Europe and Asia are combined as one option. Given the sheer number of potential competitors, it is no surprise that Eurasia is listed as the -300 favorites.
North America has the second-best odds at 2-1, with Africa rounding out the top three at 3-1. South America (+500) and Australia (+2000) are also available in this strange betting market.
The Winds of Winter Release Date
George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series inspired the popular HBO series Game of Thrones. Many of Martin’s other works have also been turned into successful shows.
Despite the popularity of the original books and their TV adaptations, Martin has yet to finish the series.

A Dance with Dragons, the fifth installment of the books, was released in 2011. Despite having 15 years to work on book six, The Winds of Winter has no release date yet. BetUS has the following odds for a release date announcement in 2026:
-
- The Winds of Winter to be announced by the end of 2026 (+400)
Martin previously planned to complete the book series before the TV show ended. Game of Thrones’ much-maligned finale aired in May 2019, more than seven years ago.
In January, Martin stated he had 1,000 pages of The Winds of Winter manuscript completed, and he wants to finish the series. Announcing an official release date could also help prompt the ongoing Game of Thrones spin-offs inspired by Martin’s other works, House of the Dragon and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
Jake Paul to Announce a Run for Public Office
Like him or not, Jake Paul has a knack for staying in the headlines and using his notoriety to generate millions of dollars. With his boxing career at an impasse, many have speculated what Paul’s next career move could be.
Months after breaking his jaw and being TKO’d by Anthony Joshua, Paul joined President Donald Trump at a rally in Kentucky in March. During the rally, Trump endorsed Paul and said he would be running for office in the near future.
YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul spoke alongside President Trump at a rally in Kentucky on Wednesday and was bestowed the president's "complete and total endorsement" if Paul chooses to run for political office.

— CBS News (@CBSNews) March 11, 2026
BetUS has Jake Paul listed at +500 odds to announce he is running for public office in 2026.
Paul has a well-known brand and plenty of money to fund a campaign. Also, the GOP has a history of turning media stars into politicians. Two of the last four Republicans to win the presidency, Trump and Ronald Reagan, got their starts in Hollywood.
He has a long way to go before he sets his sights on the White House, but Paul could be a Trump-friendly name to put on ballots in what is expected to be a tough midterm cycle for the President.
60 Minutes Staff Changes
Few news programs have been as negatively affected by Trump’s second term as 60 Minutes. Paramount acquired Skydance and, in an attempt to appeal to the President, made several changes to the iconic news program.
Some of the changes include firing Trump critics, such as longtime anchor Scott Pelley.
BetOnline has multiple markets on future staffing changes at 60 Minutes, such as who will be hired next to join the well-known program.
-
- Megyn Kelly (+400)
- Bill Maher (+500)
- Olivia Reingold (+600)
- Matt Taibbi (+700)
- Joe Rogan (+800)
You can also wager on whether current 60 Minute staff members will leave the show before the end of 2026.
-
- Bill Whitaker to leave 60 Minutes in 2026: Yes (+300) or No (-500)
- Lesley Stahl to leave 60 Minutes in 2026: Yes (+200) or No (-300)
For an even more bizarre wager, consider betting on 60 Minutes hiring an AI correspondent in 2026 at +5000 odds, or the show changing its name this year at +1000 odds.
Insider Trading
Insider trading has long been a problem, especially among political officials. Legislators and other public figures can use their knowledge of upcoming laws and policy changes to help manage their investments and make millions.
Bovada has the following odds on the next public figure to be arrested for insider trading:
-
- Nancy Pelosi (+500)
- Donald Trump (+600)
- Volodymyr Zelenskyy (+600)
- Marjorie Taylor Greene (+1000)
- Sadiq Khan (+1000)
- Steve Wikoff (+1200)
- Warren Buffett (+1600)
- Pete Hegseth (+2000)
- Benjamin Netanyahu (+2500)
- Bill Gates (+2500)
The arrest of the above must happen in 2026 for this bet to have action.
JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Rep. Anna Paulina Luna says it's "statistically not possible" for Nancy Pelosi to outperform billionaire Warren Buffett in the stock market without insider information.

This market is currently limited to 2026, while Congress is under GOP control. With that in mind, it is unlikely that President Trump or any of his supporters would be arrested since they control the government.
Nancy Pelosi, on the other hand, has long been a target of Trump and his allies. Likewise, former MAGA supporters who are now at odds with Trump, like Marjorie Taylor Greene, could be easy pickings for the GOP, especially since MTG is no longer in Congress.
FBI Top 10 Most Wanted List
BetUS also has unique bets available, including wagers regarding the FBI’s most wanted list.
Any fugitive from the FBI Top 10 Most Wanted list captured by June 2026:
-
- Yes (-350)
- No (+225)
#BREAKING 🚨 Olympian turned drug kingpin Ryan Wedding — currently on the FBI's top 10 most wanted list — has been accused of ordering the murder of a witness.

— TMZ (@TMZ) November 19, 2025
The list is fluid, and you can view an updated Top 10 Most Wanted ranking on the FBI’s website. Two members of the list, Ryan Wedding and Cindy Rodrigues Singh, were recently captured. For the yes option in this wager to cash at -350 odds, any other fugitive in the Top 10 must be captured by June 2026.
The FBI looks nationwide for the criminals on the list, and tips are submitted from across the country. Successful tips could lead to cash rewards, so there is plenty of incentive for others to turn in the wanted fugitives.
Betting on this market could help you cash in on their efforts. There is also “no” option available at +225 odds if you do not think another member of the Top 10 will be caught by next summer.
Next Celebrities to Be Arrested or Jailed
Celebrity exploits are another way to wager on novelty betting lines. One of the weirdest ways to bet on celebrity futures is to wager on the next celeb to be arrested or jailed.
BetUS has these odds for celebs battling the legal system in 2026:
-
- Nancy Pelosi to be arrested or jailed in 2026 (+500)
- Volodimir Zelensky to be arrested or jailed in 2026 (+600)
- Donald Trump to arrested or jailed in 2026 (+600)
- Marjorie Taylor Greene to be arrested or jailed in 2026 (+1000)
- Bill Gates to be arrested or jailed in 2026 (+2000)
A lot of political figures are featured in the odds, which is hardly a surprise given how hostile US politics have been for a while now. It’s interesting to also see Zelensky and Bill Gates on the list, while BetUS offers odds on many more celebrities.
