Best KBO Predictions Today (With Reasoning), June 9
There are important things to know before betting on the KBO. Luckily, if you don’t have time to do your own research, you can discover how we came to a conclusion for each one of our KBO picks today:
SSG Landers vs. LG Twins: Twins -1.5 (-115)
The LG Twins have the ingredients to win comfortably in this matchup, with both the starting pitching outlook and bullpen situation favoring the visitors.
Im Chan-kyu has quietly put together a strong stretch, allowing two or fewer earned runs in four of his last five starts. He enters with a 3.88 ERA and 1.54 WHIP across 60.1 innings and has translated that consistency into a 5-1 record. With LG providing solid offensive support, Im often puts the Twins in position to control games.

The bigger advantage may come later in the contest. SSG is expected to start Kim Min-jun, who is making his first start and is unlikely to work deep into the game. That could force the Landers to rely heavily on a pitching staff that has struggled throughout the season.
SSG enters with a team ERA of 5.32, the worst mark in the KBO, creating a favorable matchup for an LG lineup that has consistently generated offense. If the Twins can get into the bullpen early, they should have opportunities to extend a lead in the middle and late innings.
The combination of Im’s recent form, LG’s offensive depth, and SSG’s pitching concerns makes the runline attractive for one of the best KBO bets today.
Doosan Bears vs. Lotte Giants: Under 10 (-110)
This matchup features two dependable starters and shapes up as one of the top KBO betting picks today.
Gwak Been has been in excellent form for Doosan, carrying a 3.26 ERA and 1.34 WHIP into this start. More importantly, he has been remarkably consistent, allowing two or fewer earned runs in seven of his last nine outings and no more than three runs in any start since Opening Day. He enters this matchup after surrendering just one earned run across his last two appearances.

The Bears have also received quality work from their pitching staff as a whole, ranking near the top of the KBO with a 4.04 team ERA. That should help keep scoring in check even after Gwak exits.
Lotte counters with Na Gyun-an, who has been equally reliable. Na owns a 3.53 ERA and 1.32 WHIP and has allowed three earned runs or fewer in 10 of his 11 starts this season. His ability to consistently limit damage makes him a strong candidate to match Gwak inning for inning.
With both starters showing steady form and neither offense drawing a particularly favorable pitching matchup, runs could be difficult to come by. A total of 10 runs leaves room for a moderately scored game while still cashing the under.
