Best KBO Predictions Today (With Reasoning), June 20
There are important things to know before betting on the KBO. Luckily, if you don’t have time to do your own research, you can discover how we came to a conclusion for each one of our KBO picks today:
Samsung Lions vs. Hanwha Eagles: Eagles (-145)
The Eagles hold several key advantages in this matchup, most notably on the mound and at the plate.
Wang Yan-cheng has been a reliable arm for Hanwha this season, carrying a 3.50 ERA while enjoying tremendous success against Samsung. In his meetings with the Lions this year, Wang has posted a dominant 0.90 ERA, consistently limiting scoring opportunities and keeping Samsung’s hitters off balance.
Samsung turns to Jang Chan-hee, who owns a 4.05 ERA, but has shown inconsistency of late. He has allowed five earned runs over his last two starts and has struggled against Hanwha this season, recording a 4.91 ERA in two appearances versus the Eagles.
The offensive matchup also favors Hanwha. The Eagles have been the most productive lineup in the KBO, leading the league with 73 home runs and 370 RBIs. Their combination of power and run production creates a difficult challenge for opposing pitchers, especially one who has already struggled against them.
With Wang’s proven success versus Samsung and Hanwha’s elite offense providing strong run support, the Eagles appear well-positioned to take control of this game for one of the best KBO bets today.
KIA Tigers vs. KT Wiz: Wiz (-120)
The KT Wiz are backed by one of the strongest offenses in the KBO and have a favorable matchup against a KIA team that has been less productive at the plate.
The Wiz lead the league with a .284 team batting average and rank near the top in run production with 354 RBIs. Their ability to consistently generate offense gives them an advantage in close games and provides support even when the starting pitching matchup is relatively even.

Bae Je-seong gets the start for KT and appears to be finding his rhythm after a rocky beginning to the season. He has allowed just two earned runs across his last 10.1 innings, showing improved command and effectiveness over his previous two starts.
KIA counters with Hwang Dong-ha, who has pitched reasonably well with a 4.09 ERA. However, this is a difficult assignment against the league’s top offense, and KT’s lineup has the depth to pressure opposing starters throughout the game.
The offensive comparison is a key factor here. While KIA has been respectable, the Tigers rank closer to the middle of the pack with a .262 batting average and 333 RBIs. KT’s superior production at the plate gives them a clear edge when evaluating the overall matchup.
