Best KBO Predictions Today (With Reasoning), September 15
There are important things to know before betting on the KBO. Luckily, if you don’t have time to do your own research, you can discover how we came to a conclusion for each one of our KBO picks today:
Lotte Giants vs. Samsung Lions: Over 10 (-125)
The Lotte Giants and Samsung Lions have the makings of a high-scoring matchup, making Over 10 runs at -125 one of the best KBO bets today. Both starting pitchers have vulnerabilities, and the offenses should be in position to take advantage.
Park Se-woong has struggled badly heading into this start, carrying a 5.01 ERA and 1.51 WHIP across 22 games. He has surrendered 12 earned runs over his last three starts, and Samsung has already shown it can produce against him. That is a major concern against a Lions’ lineup batting .278 with 691 RBIs, ranking second in the KBO.

Won Tae-in has been more reliable overall with a 4.20 ERA and 1.34 WHIP, but his 7.13 ERA against Lotte creates another favorable matchup for the over. The Giants should have opportunities to contribute to the scoreboard against a pitcher who has historically struggled in this matchup.
With Park’s recent struggles, Won’s poor history against Lotte and two productive offenses on the field, 10 runs is a manageable number to clear. Both starters have matchup concerns, and Samsung’s elite offense should help drive a high-scoring game.
KT Wiz vs. Hanwha Eagles: Wiz (-155)
The KT Wiz are one of the best KBO picks today against the Hanwha Eagles, and the -155 moneyline is worth backing. KT enters this matchup with a massive advantage in both overall form and offensive production.
The Wiz sit atop the KBO at 75-46-3, while Hanwha has struggled to a 54-68-3 record. KT also leads the league with a .281 team batting average, creating a difficult matchup for Wang Yan-cheng.
Wang owns a solid 3.75 ERA overall, but that number jumps to an ugly 6.75 ERA against the Wiz this season. KT’s ability to consistently get on base and produce runs should put immediate pressure on him.
Ko Young-pyo gives KT another advantage on the mound. He enters with a 3.80 ERA and excellent 1.16 WHIP, while allowing three or fewer runs in eight of his last nine starts.

That level of consistency should limit Hanwha’s scoring opportunities and allow the Wiz’s potent lineup to take control. With KT dominating the standings, leading the league in hitting, and holding a significant matchup advantage against Wang, the Wiz are the clear side.
