Toronto Tempo (+175) vs. Chicago Sky
The Toronto Tempo at +175 is worth a look against the Chicago Sky at WNBA betting sites.
Toronto (3-4) enters this matchup looking to respond after a 99-80 loss to Portland on Saturday. Marina Mabrey and Kiki Rice each scored 19 points in the defeat, but the Tempo need more from Brittany Sykes after she managed just ten points on 3-of-9 shooting. If Sykes returns to form offensively, Toronto’s backcourt becomes much more dangerous.

Chicago (3-3) has issues of its own coming off an 85-75 home loss to Minnesota. Kamilla Cardoso continued her strong start with 17 points and seven rebounds, but the Sky struggled badly from the field. Chicago shot just 32% overall and went 6-of-29 from beyond the arc, which made it difficult to keep pace offensively.
The value sits with Toronto here. The Tempo are a respectable 2-2 on the road, while Chicago has dropped its first two home games of the season. With the Sky still searching for consistency on offense, Toronto has a real shot to steal this one outright at plus money.
Connecticut Sun vs. Portland Fire (-6.5) (-115)
Portland Fire -6.5 (-115) is the best look against the Connecticut Sun.
Connecticut continues to spiral after a 97-70 loss at Golden State on Monday dropped the Sun to 1-7 on the season. Aneesah Morrow recorded 11 points and ten rebounds off the bench, but the bigger issue remains the team’s overall lack of production. Connecticut ranks dead last in points scored per game and second last in points allowed, which is a brutal combination when facing a team playing with confidence.
with your host, Carla Leite! 🎙️

Portland (4-3) heads home after an impressive 81-74 win in New York on Monday. Carla Leite led the way with 18 points, while Megan Gustafson chipped in 11. The Fire also forced 19 turnovers in that victory, continuing a trend of active defense creating easy offense.
This matchup heavily favors Portland on both ends of the floor. Connecticut has struggled to generate offense consistently while also failing to slow anyone down defensively. Laying the points with the Fire at home makes sense against a Sun team that looks completely outmatched right now.
