Survivor Season 50 brings a stacked field of 24 returning players back to Fiji, creating one of the most competitive seasons the show has seen. With the first episode scheduled for February 25, it’s a good time to analyze the opening Survivor betting odds.
To help you navigate this star‑studded cast, I break down the latest winner odds, highlight the top contenders, and share my best Survivor 50 predictions.

Following Episode 2 of Season 50, Aubry Bracco’s (-1000) winner odds have grown even higher at the best Survivor betting sites. After coming out of Episode 1 as a -800 favorite, Aubry’s price has moved higher to -1000. At this monster price, Aubry has a 90.9% implied probability to win the Survivor 50 title.
She had odds to win Survivor 50 at -1000 in the pre-season markets, and she is back up to that insane price. The master strategist appears to be in the driver’s seat, but I don’t see the appeal in laying $1000 to win $100, which is the largest odds I’ve seen on Survivor this early in a season.
The rest of the field are huge underdogs, with Cirie Fields (+1000) Survivor Season 50 odds slipping from +750 to +1000. In short, Cirie holds a 9.1% implied probability, representing modest regression from 11.8%.
Aubry is the only player in the field with a better than 10% chance to capture the Season 50 crown. Further down the board, Benjamin “Coach” Wade (+2000) and Jonathan Young (+2000) are tied for the third shortest Survivor 50 odds. It isn’t often you see someone this far up the board with such a long price, but that’s the reality with Aubry well out ahead of her foes.

Survivor 50 Predictions and Betting Pick After Episode 2
Aubry is the overwhelming favorite to win after Episode 2, but there’s no value in betting her at -1000 odds. If you backed Savannah Louie to win, you’ve already taken an early loss, as she became the second castaway voted out of Fiji.
The Season 49 champion was chasing back-to-back titles but didn’t last long. She entered with several major disadvantages: a massive target on her back as the most recent winner, and almost no downtime between seasons, since Season 50 filmed right after Season 49. There was little chance for her to celebrate, reset, or recover.
Savannah rightfully opened the season as a longshot and exited on a 6-1 vote by the Cila Tribe. With Jenna gone a week earlier, we’ve already seen a participant from the original Season 1 and the latest Season 49 winner eliminated. Neither departure was surprising: Jenna was out of her depth in the modern game, while Savannah was a high-profile target from Day 1.

Savannah later admitted she forgot to play her Shot in the Dark at Tribal Council. It was not a strong showing from her, and she may still have been riding the emotional high, and hangover, of her Season 49 victory. It also marked the second straight week to open the season where Cila lost the immunity challenge.
I expected Cila to struggle in challenges coming into Season 50, and that’s exactly what we’re seeing. The opposing tribes are much more balanced in terms of strength, leaving Cila as clearly the weakest group. Now they’re down two castaways, and frustration is starting to boil over at camp.
On the other hand, although Charlie Davis hasn’t locked himself into any core alliances yet, that might actually be to his advantage as the finalist from Survivor 46. He doesn’t need the same giant bullseye on his back that Savannah carried. For now, I like where Charlie sits on a strong Kalo tribe, staying under the radar and avoiding unnecessary attention.
Charlie reached the final Tribal Council in Season 46 by being one of the most likeable players out there and by not making enemies. That shouldn’t be mistaken for a lack of intelligence, as he’s a sharp, witty Survivor player. Expect Charlie to remain in the background early, then step forward when it matters most.
At +5000, I can’t resist taking a shot on Charlie as part of my Survivor 50 betting picks to win. There’s simply too much upside in those odds not to take a flier.
Survivor 50 Tribes and Contestants
Survivor 50 consists of the Purple, Orange, and Teal Tribes. Now, let’s learn more about the three tribes and castaways on each side.
But, first, when does Survivor start? On Wednesday, February 25, 2025, Survivor 50 debuts at 8:00 p.m. ET on CBS and Paramount+.
Vatu Tribe (Purple)
The Vatu Tribe looks like the most dangerous group in Fiji for Season 50. With betting favorites Aubry and Stephenie together, the odds point to a likely winner emerging from the purple side.
They’re backed up by intriguing long shots Colby Donaldson (+3300) and Genevieve Mushaluk (+3300), who could still shake up the game. And the tribe won’t lack drama: Season 46’s Q Burdette (+6600) should add plenty of spicy moments with his colorful personality.
Q is expected to be one of the most vocal players out there and isn’t shy about raising concerns. Watching how he interacts with a master strategist like Aubry should be fascinating. Altogether, the Vatu Tribe’s mix of athleticism and brains makes them a compelling threat.

Cila Tribe (Orange)
Some of the oldest Survivor veterans are joining more recent players on the Cila Tribe. Jenna Lewis (+6600), who debuted in Season 1 in 2000, will return for the first time since Survivor: All-Stars in 2003. A lot has changed since then, so it will be interesting to see if Jenna can keep pace.
Joining her is Cirie Fields (+1400), who appeared on Survivor in 2006 and 2008. It’s been a long layoff for both, which could be a disadvantage against more recent contenders like Joe Hunter (+2000) from Season 48 and Savannah Louie (+6600) from the most recent season. Old strategies are unlikely to translate in the new era of Survivor.
I don’t have much confidence in Jenna and Cirie, but Joe was a threat deep into Season 48. With a few adjustments, he could contend for a top‑five finish. Ozzy Lusth also brings a wealth of experience, having competed in four seasons and finishing as the runner-up on Survivor: Cook Islands in 2006.

Kalo Tribe (Teal)
The Kalo Tribe is an interesting blend of longshots and a couple of castaways with a decent chance of winning. According to the latest odds to win Survivor Season 50, Jonathan has the best chance of winning from the Teal Tribe at +900, but I don’t see the value in his Survivor winner pick odds.
Mike White (+1600), Emmy-winning creator of HBO’s The White Lotus, is also within striking distance. Dee (+2500), Charlie (+4000), Kamila Karthigesu (+3300), and Tiffany Nicole Ervin (+6600) all have recent experience in the modern era of Survivor since 2021. This should come in handy for a competitive season of former players.
