Squid Game Season 3 Winner

PLAYERODDS
No Winner-200
Player 222 (Kim Jun-hee)+120
Player 456 (Seong Gi-hun)+275
Player 149 (Jang Geum-ja)+500
Player 001 (In-ho/Oh Young-il)+800
Player 120 (Cho Hyun-ju)+1000
Player 333 (Lee Myung-gi)+2100
Player 044 (Seon-nyeo)+4000
Player 007 (Park Yong-sik)+4700
Player 006 (Park Mi-hwa)+4700
Player 338 (Kang Dae-ho)+6000
Player 100 (Im Jeong-dae)+6000

Given what we’ve seen over two seasons of Squid Game, it’s easy to see why No Winner is the favorite at offshore sportsbooks at -200, with an implied win probability of 68.7%. After Season 2, several players were still alive after a rebellion against the soldiers.

But the remaining players were split into two groups, one who wanted to fight for the prize money of 45.6 billion won (approximately $31.8 million in USD). The other group is still battling the soldiers.

Outside of the no winner option, the favorite in these Squid Game odds is Player 222 (+120), who is pregnant. There is also Player 456 (+300), the main protagonist and the winner of the first Squid Game. Player 456 (+275) leapfrogs Player 149 (+200), the mother in a mother-and-son duo with Player 007 (+5000).

Player 001 (+900) is the antagonist and mastermind of it all, so if he were to win, would that even count in the rules of Squid Game?

I’m going to lean towards No Winner at -200 at entertainment betting sites because Jun-ho, the detective looking for the island, could find it and ruin the entire game.

It was also revealed at the end of Season 1 that Jun-ho is brothers with the Front Man, also known as Player 001. The two already met, and it ended with Jun-ho getting shot. He survived, but another confrontation is likely lining up for the third and final season of Squid Game!

The Bet
NO WINNER

Which Character Will Die First?

CHARACTERODDS
Lee David (Player 125)+170
Park Gyu-Young (Guard 011)+275
Park Sung Hoon (Player 120)+300
Kang Ae-Sim (Player 149)+450
Im Si-wan (Player 333)+550
Kang Ha-Neul (Player 388)+600
Lee Jung-Jae (Player 456)+900
Jo Yu-Ri (Player 222)+1100
Wi Ha-joon (Detective Hwang Jun-ho)+1800
Lee Byung-hun (Player 001)+2000
No Death From This List+3000

Player 125 (+170), played by Lee David, is the favorite to die first in Season 3 of Squid Game. He has an implied win probability of 37.0% after Season 2. Player 125 was coerced by Thanos to change a vote in Episode 5 when a fight happened and Thanos was killed. He is a very timid player, not doing anything when Player 380 was attacked and killed. He was last seen having a panic attack, but he is still alive.

Guard 011 (+275) is next with an implied win probability of 26.7%. She is the guard we’ve come to know the best and is trying to stop the organ harvesting plan hatched by the other guards. They’re not happy with Guard 011’s attempt to halt their operation, which is why she’s high on this list!

Player 120 (+300), Player 149 (+450), Player 333 (+500), and Player 388 (+600) are next on the board. These players are all a part of the rebellion formed by Player 456 (+900), the protagonist. Even if he dies, all of these players likely will die before him anyway.

I’m sticking with the favorite, Player 125. To be honest, I’m shocked he made it out of Season 2 alive! But I don’t think it’ll be very long before he meets his fate in Season 3.

The Bet
PLAYER 125

Which Episode Will Jo Yu-Ri’s Character (Player 222) Give Birth?

OPTIONODDS
Episode 1-2+650
Episode 3-4-175
Episode 5+ +145
No Birth in Season 3+1600

As noted above, Player 222, also known as Kim Jun-hee, is pregnant. I believe we’ll see her give birth in Season 3, which wipes the fourth option off the board.

I’m going to take the plus money at +145 and take Episode 5+ here. The pregnancy has been a key topic in the show, and I don’t think it will be resolved early. In fact, I expect that the writers used it to raise the tensions around the show’s finale or even as a plot device that might affect how the story wraps up.

Either way, I expect a late resolution, so this is my betting pick.
