The second assignment at Horseshoe Indianapolis covers 5 ½ furlongs for a $20,000 purse. Consider Nile River Queen and Dream Streak for the shortlist in Race 2.

Nile River Queen is winless in eight attempts, but should be a live contender for a win on Tuesday. She should have better results than experienced recently.

Nile River Queen has finished 4th, 5th, 6th in her previous three starts going into this start. In her latest performance, Nile River Queen was 4th in a $15,000 assignment.

Dream Streak is winless in eight attempts going into this start. She’s 2nd, 2nd, 8th in her previous three outings.

In her most recent outing, Dream Streak placed 2nd behind Diamonds N Denim by 2 ¾ lengths for a $20,000 purse. That was a well-done performance.

A race earlier on May 4, she placed 2nd behind Selena Sing by 2 lengths for a $20,000 prize. Dream Streak has a win if she wants to go on Tuesday.

  • Distance:5 Furlongs
  • Purse: $38,500

Race 4 is a $38,500 event covering 5 furlongs on the dirt. Scenic Justice and Good Forever are likely in for good runs in the fourth.

Scenic Justice is making his debut this afternoon. The gelding is expected to have a solid career and compete at this level.

The $20,000 horse has put in decent workouts to prepare for Tuesday. She was clocked at 49.16 and 48.40 seconds at 4 furlongs to put her in solid standing.

Good Forever made her debut on August 4 and was in good shape. It was a pretty strong first-time trip, as Good Forever placed 2nd behind Spotonjustice by 8 ½ lengths for $36,000.

There wasn’t anything wrong with that performance. Her workouts have been going well, too. For the value, it makes sense to bet Good Forever from the No. 3 spot. It’s only 5 furlongs and the inside should help over Scenic Justice.

  • Post Time:5:05 p.m. EST
  • Distance:5 Furlongs
  • Purse:$38,500

Race 6 is a $38,500 event covering 5 furlongs. Consider looking at Big Daddy Justice and Mariachi Justice as big players in this one.

Big Daddy Justice is making his first start on Tuesday after promising workouts. He was clocked at 47.80 in two 4-furlong workouts. Those were promising efforts.

At a longer distance, he wasn’t as strong, but still respectable with a time of 1:01.00 at 5 furlongs. Note that Big Daddy Justice shouldn’t be bothered by the distance, though.

Mariachi Justice made his debut on July 21 and played the part. The gelding placed 2nd behind Conquered by 2 ¼ lengths for a $36,000 prize.

That was a pretty solid attempt from Mariachi Justice. He needed more for the win, but against this kind of field on Tuesday, a repeat of that effort should put him squarely at the front.
