Elon Musk was one of the strongest allies of Donald Trump in this election, but it seems like this relationship is broken beyond repair. In fact, the best political betting sites offer odds on a fight between the two!

That’s hardly a surprise after the message both men posted on social media. Musk’s frustration with the lack of support for his DOGE cuts reached a boiling point, and Trump reacted by threatening to stop his governmont contracts.

The feud sent shockwaves throughout the world, leading to a huge drop in the price Tesla stocks. Could this go one step further and result in a fight between Trump adn Musk? That’s highly unlikely, but the odds for Musk are actually too good to ignore.

The X owner is much younger and has some experience in martial arts. Furthermore, he seems pissed and ready to go to war. The Musk vs. Trump odds of -400 favor him, but they should be closer to -1000, so the value is on Musk.

If the fight doesn’t take place by the end of 2025, all bets are avoid, so if you’re looking for a fun bet on this feud, a small wager on Musk makes sense.

I’m surprised that the odds of Trump terminating DOGE are so high! The department was specifically created for Musk, who wanted to use it to target government waste and corruption.

The billionaire obviously didn’t get enough support to achieve the cuts he was aiming at, which caused the entire Trump vs. Musk conflict in the first place. It’s only natural for the president to terminate this department fairly soon.

Other outcomes make sense too (like Trump posting a Photo-shoped/AI image), but the DOGE is almost certainly going down and the odds are too high to ignore, so that’s my prediction.
