Sunday’s slate kicks off with a clash between the Rams and the Jaguars at Wembley Stadium. Then, the Raiders are the biggest underdog of the weekend, getting 12.0 points for their divisional matchup with the Chiefs. Detroit also hosts the Buccaneers in a battle of NFC Super Bowl contenders on Sunday Night Football.
The Bills and Ravens get much-needed byes this week to help recover from their two- and four-game losing streaks, respectively.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cincinnati Bengals Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pittsburgh Steelers | -5.5 (-115) | -270 | Over 43 (-115) |
| Cincinnati Bengals | +5.5 (-105) | +220 | Under 43 (-105) |
Thursday Night Football features the Steelers and Bengals in an AFC North showdown. The Steelers are 5.5-point road favorites for this game after a strong start of the season with Rodgers leading the offense.
Pittsburgh had a bye in Week 5 and returned to action last weekend with a win over Cleveland (1-5). The Steelers’ offense has scored 21+ points in four of their five games. Also, Pittsburgh’s defense has put its early-season struggles behind it.
The Steelers allowed 63 points in their first two games but have held two of their last three opponents to 14 points or fewer.
Cincy, on the other hand, pulled the plug on the Jake Browning experiment and traded for Joe Flacco. The 40-year-old Flacco racked up 219 passing yards and two TDs in his Bengals debut, but Cincinnati lost its fourth-straight game.
The Bengals’ offense was better with Flacco under center, and he is no stranger to facing the Steelers. Flacco and company should keep it close, but Pittsburgh will likely win this AFC North matchup.
Steelers vs. Bengals NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Cincinnati Bengals +5.5 (-105)
- Moneyline Bet: Pittsburgh Steelers (-270)
- Over/Under Bet: Over 43 (-115)
Los Angeles Rams vs. Jacksonville Jaguars Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Los Angeles Rams | -3 (+100) | -150 | Over 45 (-110) |
| Jacksonville Jaguars | +3 (-120) | +130 | Under 45 (-110) |
The NFL International Series continues this weekend with the Rams facing the Jaguars at Wembley Stadium. Los Angeles (4-2) got back in the win column last week with a 17-3 win over the Ravens in Baltimore.
Jacksonville, on the other hand, lost at home to the Seahawks. Now, the Jags are 3-point underdogs for this international matchup.
No team has more experience playing in the UK than the Jags. Jacksonville also has one of the best defenses in the NFL, forcing a league-high 14 takeaways.
Both teams are among the stingiest scoring defenses in the league. LA allows 18.3 PPG, the third-fewest, and Jacksonville gives up 20 PPG. Both teams average a tick over 23 PPG on offense.
The Rams will be without Puka Nacua, who leads the NFL in receptions (65) and is second in receiving yards (616). LA’s offense will struggle without Nacua, opening the door for a Jags upset.
Rams vs. Jaguars NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Jacksonville Jaguars +3 (-120)
- Moneyline Bet: Jacksonville Jaguars (+130)
- Over/Under Bet: Under 45 (-110)
New Orleans Saints vs. Chicago Bears Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| New Orleans Saints | +5.5 (-110) | +210 | Over 47 (-110) |
| Chicago Bears | -5.5 (-110) | -250 | Under 47 (-110) |
Chicago (3-2) looks to extend its three-game winning streak with a home date against the Saints (1-5). New Orleans has not won a road game since Week 14 of last year. The Saints are 5.5-point road underdogs for this game.
Spencer Rattler has not thrown for more than 230 yards in any game this season. The Saints’ rushing attack has also struggled, and Alvin Kamara is still searching for his first 100-yard game of the year.
The Bears’ offense, on the other hand, has started to click under first-year head coach Ben Johnson. Chicago has scored 25+ in three straight games, and D’Andre Swift is coming off his best game of the season. Swift had 175 scrimmage yards in the Bears’ MNF win over the Commanders.
New Orleans allows 114 rushing YPG, so Swift could have another productive game this week. The Saints have not scored more than 19 points in a road game this year, and their offensive struggles will prevent them from covering the 5.5-point spread on Sunday.
Saints vs. Bears NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Chicago Bears -5.5 (-110)
- Moneyline Bet: Chicago Bears (-250)
- Over/Under Bet: Over 47 (-110)
Miami Dolphins vs. Cleveland Browns Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Miami Dolphins | +2.5 (-105) | +125 | Over 40 (-115) |
| Cleveland Browns | -2.5 (-115) | -145 | Under 40 (-105) |
Two 1-5 teams face off in Cleveland this weekend as the Dolphins visit the Browns. Cleveland are 2.5-point home favorites in this Week 7 matchup.
The Browns’ defense has played exceptionally well at home this season, allowing 13 PPG in games played in Cleveland. Miami are winless on the road, scoring an average of 17.7 PPG away from home this year.
Cleveland’s rushing attack has been the most productive part of its offense this season. Rookie Quinton Judkins is averaging 4.6 YPV and 76.6 rushing YPG. Miami allows 168.5 rushing YPG, the most in the NFL, so Judkins should have his most productive game of the season this weekend.
A strong day on the ground from Judkins should help carry the Browns past the Dolphins. Cleveland’s suffocating defense will also help the Browns cover the 2.5-point spread in Dillon Gabriel’s first career win.
Dolphins vs. Browns NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Cleveland Browns -2.5 (-115)
- Moneyline Bet: Cleveland Browns (-145)
- Over/Under Bet: Under 40 (-105)
Las Vegas Raiders vs. Kansas City Chiefs Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Las Vegas Raiders | +12 (-110) | +475 | Over 45.5 (-105) |
| Kansas City Chiefs | -12 (-110) | -700 | Under 45.5 (-115) |
Kansas City dominated the Lions in their Week 6 prime-time matchup to improve to 3-3 this season. The Chiefs are home again this week, laying 12 points against their AFC West rival, the Las Vegas Raiders.
KC are the biggest favorites of the weekend at -700. Their odds imply an 87.5% win probability.
Las Vegas took down the Titans last week, 20-10, ending their four-game losing streak. Unfortunately for Raiders fans, Las Vegas will likely go back to losing ways this weekend.
The Raiders allow the 10th-most points (24.8 PPG) this season, while scoring the third-fewest (17.2). Adding to Las Vegas’s issues this season is the play of Geno Smith. The journeyman QB leads the NFL with 10 interceptions this season.
Smith’s turnover issues, combined with the Raiders’ poor scoring defense, will doom the Raiders this week. The good news is that KC rarely blow out opponents, making Las Vegas a good bet in the spread market.
Raiders vs. Chiefs NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Las Vegas Raiders +12 (-110)
- Moneyline Bet: Kansas City Chiefs (-700)
- Over/Under Bet: Under 45.5 (-115)
Philadelphia Eagles vs. Minnesota Vikings Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Philadelphia Eagles | -2 (-110) | -135 | Over 43 (-115) |
| Minnesota Vikings | +2 (-110) | +115 | Under 43 (-105) |
Philadelphia will attempt to end its two-game skid this weekend against the Vikings in Minnesota. The Eagles are 2-point road favorites for this NFC clash.
Minnesota were on a bye last week, so they had extra time to recover from their two-game international road trip. The added time off also gave the Vikings extra time to prepare for a struggling Eagles’ team.
Jalen Hurts has thrown for 280+ yards in each game, but Philly have topped out at 17 points in their back-to-back losses. Hurts has also been sacked nine times in the last two weeks, and the Eagles’ rushing attack has been nonexistent.
The Vikings’ defense has allowed 19.5 PPG, the fifth-fewest in the NFL. Minnesota also racked up 13 sacks in its first five games and should pressure Hurts early and often this weekend. A stout defense versus a struggling Philly offense is a recipe for a Vikings win this weekend.
Eagles vs. Vikings NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Minnesota Vikings +2 (-110)
- Moneyline Bet: Minnesota Vikings (+115)
- Over/Under Bet: Over 43 (-115)
Carolina Panthers vs. New York Jets Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Carolina Panthers | -2 (-110) | -130 | Over 42 (-110) |
| New York Jets | +2 (-110) | +110 | Under 42 (-110) |
The Panthers (3-3) have won back-to-back games but are winless on the road this season. New York, on the other hand, are 0-6 and coming off a frustrating loss against the Broncos in London. The Jets are 2-point underdogs at home this weekend.
Carolina’s two-game winning streak was powered by Rico Dowdle’s back-to-back 230+ scrimmage yard performances. The running back is set for another productive day against a Jets’ defense allowing 130 rushing YPG.
New York’s defense will be worse than usual after traveling back from the UK. Also, the Jets’ offense will be without its best weapon as Garrett Wilson is set to miss this game after hyperextending his knee last week.
Without Wilson, the Jets’ already struggling passing offense will be even worse. Carolina should win, covering the 2-point spread and knocking the Jets to 0-7 on the year.
Panther vs. Jets NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Carolina Panthers -2 (-110)
- Moneyline Bet: Carolina Panthers (-130)
- Over/Under Bet: Over 42 (-110)
New England Patriots vs. Tennessee Titans Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| New England Patriots | -7 (-115) | -330 | Over 42 (-115) |
| Tennessee Titans | +7 (-105) | +265 | Under 42 (-105) |
Mike Vrabel returns to Tennessee for the first time since being fired as the Titans’ head coach. Vrabel will not face his successor, though, as Tennessee fired Brian Callahan after last week’s loss to the Raiders.
New England are 7-point road favorites against the Titans in Tennessee. The Patriots are the heaviest road favorite of the weekend.
Firing a struggling head coach can often provide a spark for the team. However, Tennessee are at a severe talent disadvantage in this matchup. Patriots’ QB Drake Maye is playing at an MVP-level, and New England’s defense has held opponents to 20 PPG this season.
The Titans, conversely, have scored just 13.8 PPG this year, the second-fewest in the NFL. Their 83 total points this season are just one more than Cleveland (82), which have the fewest total points in the league.
New England are rolling, and the Titans are struggling to salvage their season less than two months in. The Patriots should win and cover the 7-point spread this week.
Patriots vs. Titans NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: New England Patriots -7 (-115)
- Moneyline Bet: New England Patriots (-330)
- Over/Under Bet: Under 42 (-105)
New York Giants vs. Denver Broncos Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| New York Giants | +6.5 (-105) | +270 | Over 40 (-115) |
| Denver Broncos | -6.5 (-115) | -340 | Under 40 (-105) |
The Giants are 2-1 to start the Jaxson Dart Era, including two upset wins over the Chargers (4-2 and the Eagles (4-2). New York needs another upset win this week, and the Giants are getting 6.5 points against the Broncos in Denver.
Dart and fellow rookie Cam Skattebo have been instrumental in bringing hope back to the Giants’ fan base. Skattebo’s three-TD performance helped the Giants upset the Eagles on TNF last week. He will need to have another big day rushing the ball against the Broncos for the Giants to have a shot at an upset win this week.
Denver’s defense sacked Justin Fields nine times last week, and the Jets ended the game with negative 10 passing yards. Despite their impressive win, there are reasons to doubt the Broncos at home this week.
New York played on TNF, giving the Giants extra rest for this game. Denver, on the other hand, played in London last week and could be jet-lagged heading into this contest. A tired Denver defense will struggle to contain Skattebo and company, opening the door for a Giants’ upset win.
Giants vs. Broncos NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: New York Giants +6.5 (-105)
- Moneyline Bet: New York Giants (+270)
- Over/Under Bet: Over 40 (-115)
Indianapolis Colts vs. Los Angeles Chargers Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Indianapolis Colts | +1.5 (-110) | +105 | Over 48.5 (-110) |
| Los Angeles Chargers | -1.5 (-110) | -125 | Under 48.5 (-110) |
The Chargers (4-2) have a slim lead in the AFC West division race. To hold onto their lead, LA must beat the Colts, who currently lead the AFC South at 5-1.
The Chargers picked up a road win last week, taking down the Dolphins 29-27 and ending a two-game losing streak. Indy also won last week, defeating a Kyler Murray-less Cardinals’ team 31-27.
This battle of division leaders will come down to which QB makes the fewest mistakes. The Colts have forced nine turnovers this year, while the Chargers’ defense has seven. Both teams have also held opponents to under 21 PPG.
Justin Herbert is at a disadvantage given the injuries to the Chargers’ skill players. Indy’s last trip to LA was filled with mistakes that cost the Colts their perfect record. Daniel Jones and company should play better this time around, taking down the Chargers.
Colts vs. Chargers NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Indianapolis Colts +1.5 (-110)
- Moneyline Bet: Indianapolis Colts (+105)
- Over/Under Bet: Under 48.5 (-110)
Green Bay Packers vs. Arizona Cardinals Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Green Bay Packers | -6.5 (-105) | -300 | Over 44 (-115) |
| Arizona Cardinals | +6.5 (-115) | +250 | Under 44 (-105) |
The Packers (3-1-1) look to stay atop the NFC North with a win against the Cardinals this weekend. Arizona started 2-0 but has lost four straight games. The Cards’ offense has also been depleted by injuries, and Kyler Murray and Marvin Harrison Jr. are both questionable for this game.
A healthy Cardinals team would struggle against this Packers team. So, it comes as no surprise that Arizona is a 6.5-point home underdog against Green Bay this Sunday.
The Packers are 0-1-1 on the road this season. On the bright side, they should be well-rested after their Week 5 bye and will carry momentum from their win last week into this contest.
Jordan Love’s 251.8 passing YPG are among the most in the NFL. Arizona, conversely, allow the fifth-most passings, giving up 246 YPG through the air. Love and company are still finding their footing, but an easy matchup against a porous Cardinals’ defense is exactly what the Packers need.
Packers vs. Cardinals NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Green Bay Packers -6.5 (-105)
- Moneyline Bet: Green Bay Packers (-300)
- Over/Under Bet: Over 44 (-105)
Washington Commanders vs. Dallas Cowboys Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Washington Commanders | -1.5 (-110) | -125 | Over 55.5 (-110) |
| Dallas Cowboys | +1.5 (-110) | +105 | Under 55.5 (-110) |
Washington’s prime-time loss to the Bears knocked the Commanders down to 3-3 this season. On the bright side, they face a struggling Cowboys team that is 2-3-1 so far this year.
Dallas have scored 40 points and gone to overtime in both of their home games this season. The Cowboys’ offense is averaging 29.7 PPG this year, the third-most in the NFL. However, Dallas’s defense is giving up 30.7 PPG, the second-most in the league.
If the Cowboys’ defense continues to allow opponents to score at will, then Washington will have a field day this week at Jerry’s World.
The Commanders are 1.5-point road favorites for this NFC East divisional matchup. Jayden Daniels and company beat the Cowboys in Dallas last year. Given Dallas’s recent struggles on defense, I think the Commanders can secure the road win again this year.
Commanders vs. Cowboys NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Washington Commanders -1.5 (-110)
- Moneyline Bet: Washington Commanders (-125)
- Over/Under Bet: Under 55.5 (-110)
Atlanta Falcons vs. San Francisco 49ers Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Atlanta Falcons | +2 (-105) | +115 | Over 47.5 (-105) |
| San Francisco 49ers | -2 (-115) | -135 | Under 47.5 (-115) |
Atlanta pulled off the upset in prime time in Week 6, taking down the Bills on MNF. The Falcons are underdogs again this week against the 49ers on Sunday Night Football.
San Francisco lost to Tampa Bay on Sunday, ending Mac Jones’s undefeated run as the 49ers’ quarterback. It was the 49ers’ second loss in their last three games. Despite their recent struggles, the 49ers are 2-point home favorites this weekend.
When healthy, San Fran have one of the best rosters in the NFL. However, the 49ers are far from healthy, already suffering multiple injuries on both sides of the ball. In addition to QB Brock Purdy being out, the 49ers have already lost DE Nick Bosa and MLB Fred Warner for the season.
Injuries cost San Francisco last week, and they will derail the 49ers again this week. Atlanta’s defense, which allows 20 PPG and a league-low 139.5 passing YPG, shut down the Bills’ high-scoring offense last week. The Falcons’ blitz-heavy defense will lead them to another win this weekend.
Falcons vs. 49ers NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Atlanta Falcons +2 (-105)
- Moneyline Bet: Atlanta Falcons (+115)
- Over/Under Bet: Under 47.5 (-115)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Detroit Lions Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tampa Bay Buccaneers | +5 (-110) | +200 | Over 53 (-110) |
| Detroit Lions | -5 (-110) | -240 | Under 53 (-110) |
In the first of two MNF games this week, the Lions (4-2) host the Buccaneers (5-1) in a battle of NFC Super Bowl contenders. The Lions’ offense fell flat last week, scoring just 17 points in their SNF loss to the Chiefs in Kansas City.
Tampa Bay, on the other hand, improved to 5-1 with its 30-19 win over the 49ers. Baker Mayfield led the way with another MVP-level performance that included 256 passing yards, two TDs, and a 139 passer rating.
Despite his heroics this season, Baker and the Bucs are 5-point road underdogs this week.
Detroit’s defense is once again riddled with injuries this season. Tampa Bay’s offense is also depleted with injuries, but Mayfield has made playmakers out of the remaining pieces on offense.
These teams played early last season, before the Lions’ defense was decimated by injuries. Even a mostly-healthy Lions’ defense could not stop the Bucs, and Tampa Bay won in Detroit. If Baker continues to play at an MVP-level this week, he will lead the Bucs to an upset win at Ford Field again this time around.
Buccaneers vs. Lions NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Tampa Bay Buccaneers +5 (-110)
- Moneyline Bet: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+200)
- Over/Under Bet: Over 53 (-110)
Houston Texans vs. Seattle Seahawks Preview: Odds, Betting Lines, Best Bets
| Team | Spread | Moneyline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Houston Texans | +3.5 (-115) | +165 | Over 41 (-105) |
| Seattle Seahawks | -3.5 (-105) | -195 | Under 41 (-115) |
The second MNF game and the final game of Week 7 is a cross-conference matchup between the Texans and the Seahawks. Houston started 0-3 but picked up wins against the Titans and the Ravens before a Week 6 bye.
Seattle, on the other hand, upset the Jaguars in Jacksonville last week, improving to 4-2 on the season. The Seahawks 3.5-point favorites in this prime-time matchup.
It used to be nearly impossible for opponents to win at Lumen Field. Seattle had a 103-55 record at home under Pete Carroll. However, Mike Macdonald, Carroll’s successor, is just 4-8 at home since the start of last season.
Despite their record, the Texans are a tough out for any opponent. Houston allow a league-low 12.2 PPG, and they will be rested after their bye last week.
The bye also gave the struggling Texans’ offense extra time to prepare for this prime-time matchup. Houston has plenty of momentum, too, outscoring their last two opponents 70-10 in their two games before the bye. With that in mind, the Texans are a great bet to pull off the road upset on MNF this week.
Texans vs. Seahawks NFL Week 7 Best Bets:
- Points Spread: Houston Texans +3.5 (-115)
- Moneyline Bet: Houston Texans (+165)
- Over/Under Bet: Under 41 (-115)
